Avoid State Farm. My condo and the Capitol Mansion building was covered by State Farm. I had a situation where water from the condo above me came through my ceiling and caused over $2K+ in damage. After a year of requesting support from the HOA, the property managers, the renter above me, and State Farm, then going to court, State Farm lawyers fought me all the way. In the end Podoley was non-responsive and I paid for all repairs ($2K+), loss of use ($7K), and legal fees ($4K) myself.
