I’m not sure where these positive reviews are coming from. My experience with Ms. Wright, and her office, was sub par, at best. First, Ms. Wright sold me the wrong insurance. Second, she gave me ill advice that resulted in many hours of additional work on my part. Third — and this is the best / worst — Ms. Wright refused to take my phone calls, or return my phone calls, to discuss options moving forward. Since I can only assumei she was aware of her mistake yet was uncomfortable, or unwilling, to figure a path forward, I would *strongly* suggest working with one of the many other insurance brokers in Washington, DC. After waiting MONTHS — while also being incorrectly billed and incorrectly covered — I reached out to another State Farm broker. I was absolutely shocked how quickly, and with ease, my issues were solved. This just further underscores Ms. Wrights complete ineptitude. I urge you, the customer, to look elsewhere. Ms. Wrights business practices are negligent at least and boarder on criminal. Anyone can ask a friend for a glowing review, but when it comes to actually running a business and working with clients, Ms. Wright earns zero stars.

You couldn’t do better than working with Jeunesse Wright and her team. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and really work hard to make sure that you have the right plan and coverage. She is willing to spend time discussing hypothetical situations to explain how they would interact with your proposed policy and how you might like to modify it. Jeunesse is an expert in the instruments available and has even recommended instruments from competitors when State Farm did not have an appropriate one. She will come through for you! Plus, 30 minutes on the phone with her is guaranteed to be the best part of your day.

Shantell was FANTASTIC helping me switch over my policy from the nightmare of Allstates Milewise policy - which, on the surface seemed like a better choice for me since I rarely drive my vehicle but with all of their hidden costs, it was quite clear that a monthly policy with State Farm was the better route to go. Well I lost my old sate farm agent to bad he passed away and they moved me with this one Ill tell you bad service I had two accidents that were not my fault and they decided not to renew me and they did not try to help me . Good luck with them
