Wil Christian and the State Farm office have provided excellent service to me. My husband and I have been with them now for 2 years this coming week. No matter what, they are always so quick to help and manage to stay on top of all our needs. Both my husband and I are highly pleased with everything. We’re sure we got the best policies for our money.

These days it’s hard to find a knowledgeable and experienced insurance agent who can actually help out. This is one of the few agencies that fit such criteria. Not to mention insurance is just plain confusing in general. Wil and his staff always take the time to answer any and every question I have. In fact, they have consistently maintained honest and open communication since my first time dealing with them. Thanks to Wil Christian, I now personally understand their motto “Like a good neighbor State Farm is there”. Wil Christian is the absolute epitome of a good neighbor in my opinion.

This agency knows how to please! Great customer service. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and ‘Hi, how are you today?’ from the receptionist. (Which was very welcoming) Whether I’m having an issue big or small that concerns insurance, I’m thankful I can count on them to be there and assist me. Thanks a million for all your help.

Wil Christian. That’s my agent!! He is one of the most helpful and sweet people in that location. He never fails to do what’s in the best interest of the customer, and I absolutely love his attitude. That man needs a raise for all the effort he puts in. I’ve reached out to him stressed and frustrated and he rapidly turned my anxiety from overwhelming to calm and collected. Its only been a little while since I moved to the area from Florida. It was such a hassle to find affordable coverage that was worth it. Throughout my first few weeks I spoke to several different agents all from separate insurance companies searching for a policy I liked. Wil’s office took the time to explain all of their services and policies, plus he made sure I got the coverage I needed. That’s how getting insurance should be. It’s always a pleasure doing business with Wil and his staff.

My experience filing a claim was really what convinced me to stay with Wil’s State Farm. He called right after my accident to make sure I was okay and to follow up. He didn’t stop there though. He even wanted to meet with me in person to better explain the options I had with the claim. It’s so above and beyond what an insurance rep is required to do, I’ll always remember the kindness of Wil Christian and his office.

This office of seasoned professionals has been providing me with great insurance coverage as well as impeccable customer service since 2014! I really dont need them often but when I do, I know they’ll help me out as much as possible and do what’s best for me in the situation. I highly recommend them.

The office staff were very friendly and professional! Answered all of my questions and got the lowest price I could anywhere for auto insurance. The agent (Wil Christian) was very helpful and explained all my coverage options. I highly recommend going to this location and speaking with Wil.

I have to agree that I wish it was possible to give zero stars. They NEVER answer the phone, and when someone does - its a call center - not the office and you have to wait days for a callback. TERRIBLE customer service.

To this day I carry each one of my insurance policies (life, home, and auto) at Wil’s State Farm. Wil’s knowledge of the insurance industry and professionalism really make him and his office stand out. They really care about their customers.

If I could give him a -0 I would never never returns calls😡 never returns emails 😡 never at his so called office a sign that say I will be right back has been up at his office since the beginning of the summer I dont understand how this man even has a job🤔
