The agent is attentive and fast. I used to have progressive and it was so hard to get someone on the phone and the back and forth. One rep would leave notes and credits on account but it would never appear and when I would call back they would act like they didn’t know what I was talking about. This agent is easy to get in contact with and helps me extremely fast. He’s very professional and has helped me save money on my car Insurance. I have recommended people to him and they have all been extremely satisfied. They should have a commercial saying I saved money on my car insurance by switching to him! He is that good!
