My wife and I insured our international household goods through Clements Worldwide from 2014-2021. We only stopped once our goods arrived at our door in the United States after they were covered for sea freight shipping. We did not ever need to submit a claim (thankfully), but the peace of mind that came along with covering our household was appreciated.Zachary and team pro-rated our coverage where possible, laid out options for scheduled and unscheduled items, and quickly answered emails. Stay far away from this organization. In filing a claim for damaged items due to a government move they have been completely horrendous. I will never use them again.

Insurer of last resort for expats. Theyll leave you hanging. Maintained car and personal property insurance with them for 12 years. They pulled out of the market where I live and didnt notify me. When I asked for an insurance history (claims record) in order to get a new policy with a national provider, they (after much delay) sent me something that is not compliant with local law. The upshot is despite 12 years with no claims I am now forced to pay the highest possible car insurance premium due to Clements failure to provide a valid record of my claims history with them. Multiple requests for assistance to them have gone unanswered. So much for client service....
