Jim, Amy and Alex are the only people I trust with my vehicles. So much so that I drive from Pittsburgh to have them work on my vehicles. They will always tell you what needs to be done and what you can wait on with no attempts to sell or coerce you into anything like the dealerships do. And, of course, they have very fair prices. I’m a customer for life!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, GO HERE FIRST! Jim & Amys shop was highly recommended to me by a mechanic friend who vowed by the quality of their work. They were great to work with and overall pleasant experience.They *really care about their customers* (including their whole staff).A next-day scheduled diagnosis revealed a bad clutch, got a estimate and thorough explanation on what needed to be done, why, and how the estimate was created (price was the less than the average of 5 total shops I got estimates from in Washington County & way less than dealership).I was back on the road in less than a week (fastest turnaround among the other places I got estimates from by a week or more).My car drives better than it did when it was new, and they delivered my car clean and washed!Great experience, great quality, great people, and no stress for me :)

I’ve been bringing my car into Jim’s shop for years. Everyone there is honest and trustworthy. My questions are always answered in terms I can understand. I am charged a fair price and always receive good service. I highly recommend this shop for all of your car repair needs.

Unless you have a new car stay away from this guy.If you have a older car there will be no end to the things he will find wrong with your car.I took my car there for emissions.He said i needed a gasket to fix the problem so i had him do it .Well 238.00 dollars later the car passed emissions and all i needed was a gasket.Then i also wanted him to inspect the car.He said im not saying that no one will inspect your car but i wont. Because i think he purposely looks for every little thing he can find wrong so he can get more money off of people.Total rip off if you want to save some money stay away from this guy.Oh,after i left the shop i got about a block away and the check engine light came back on, so much for emission testing and it only cost me 238.00 dollars. _*RESPONDS TO SHOP OWNERs COMMENTS - *I got the car inspected, so how is that possible, if the car had all the things wrong with it that you claimed?In fact none Of the things you said were wrong with the car even came up at the inspection.If the car had all the problems you said it did than there would not be a inspection station in the whole united states that would have inspected that car. So in my mind that raises a lot of questions about how truthful you are when you tell people what they need to get there car repaired.
