I have used Bruno Plumbing for a number of years for various jobs. While I dont recall the names of all the techs that have done work in my home, what I do remember is that, without fail, they are always on time. They are all very polite. They all respect your home and property.Pricing is always upfront, with a detailed quote before work is started, and in all the times they have done jobs for me, there has never been a situation where pricing changed after work started.Ive told more than one person, as well as my Townhomes Association when a sewer repair was needed, that Bruno is THE place to call.Id tell you the same thing: it you want it done right, with a professional company that has professional techs, you cannot make a better call!

Prior to finding Bruno’s Plumbing and Heating Services we looked for several months to find a professional that was capable of moving over our cabinetry and install a urinal for our son, who has special needs. Several plumbers came in to bid, but we found that Bruno was the most knowledgeable. They didn’t have the lowest bid, but we decided that they seemed to be the best fit for us and we weren’t wrong! They came in and moved the cabinetry and existing plumbing, they re-plumbed some lines in our basement and up to our bathroom. They did this to allow for the 3/4 connection to the urinal. They worked with us to make sure through the process we were satisfied. They kept their work area cleaned and were super efficient. They had the project done in 2.5 days and our son can now be independent in the bathroom. Life changing for all of us! We are so grateful.

One of the pipes going to our kitchen sink sprung a leak over the weekend and my father-in-law recommended calling Bruno Plumbing, and I am so thankful he did! My initial call was answered by an actual person and I received a call back from the service guy within 5 minutes. We discussed the situation over the phone and he said he was finishing a job and would be there ASAP. He called me back about 10 minutes later and was at my house within a half hour. The gentleman was extremely professional, calmed me down since I thought we were going to have to do a major renovation, and had the problem fixed in an hour or so! Bruno Plumbing replaced the bathroom sink and tub 11/2” drain pipes and trap and cleaned the clogged drain line. Very professional, excellent craftsmanship etc., and I highly recommend. I will be using their services for other plumbing repairs.

Jordan came out to take care of some minor items from an inspection report for selling my home. He came out a second time to replace the outside sewer vent with a Philadelphia style cast iron cap due to newer township regulations. I have used Bruno Plumbing several times and always pleased. I have had Bruno Pluming perform work on 4 different occasions at my home. I have to say that I have never been more impressed with a service than the professionals at Bruno. Every technician who has come to my home has been personable, extremely knowledgeable and professional. This time I had J.R. and Bob work together to fabricate a new drain system in my bathroom- it’s really the best craftsmanship. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Tony was professional, polite, and on time. He quickly found the problem with the outdoor gas line and Webber grill. He showed us the piece of split pipe. Replacing the ice maker line took a little longer but he moved, as needed, and returned items when he was finished. Tony remained at the house long enough to make sure the ice maker was working. When the need arises, we will request him, by name. We appreciate that he used protective coverings at all times.

The person that installed my furnrace did not do a lot of things correctly. This iin effect created a snow ball amount of problems. There ended up being a lot of electronic problems due to bad water drainage. It is now fixed right. Im assuming the guy that originally installed it didnt know water and electricity dont mix well. Brunos did fix it all, I never went even 1 day without heat.

Due to an emergency sewage problem in our game room a couple weeks ago I had Tony from Bruno Plumbing & Heating come to the house. After using the camera we realized it would probably need more extensive work. Roots had grown around the pipes and they needed to be replaced. Yesterday he and another guy came with the backhoe and worked the whole day. For the work they did it was worth every penny. Everyone I dealt with at Bruno was very professional and I highly recommend them, especially Tony.

Let me start off by saying, the serviceman (Jordan) was exceptional! He should get 5 stars. The receptionist Sheryl was very rude with me when I tried to explain my plumbing problems. I tried to explain the best way I could, the problems I was having and she was very short with me and condescending. I am calling a plumber because I do not know how to fix plumbing myself. She should realize that and be more patient with customers. I will call them again because of the serviceman and I hope this review is a wake up call on how to treat customers better.

The past two jobs they have quoted me have been astronomical. These guys would rob you if you didn’t know anything about plumbing. I’d rather just have someone tell me they don’t want the job than to over quote something that other plumbers did for less than half the cost. Don’t use these guys for renovations or new construction. They are either over their heads or worse- downright sinister

These guys were just aweful. Installed a grinder pump at my house, they put the electric line to the pump through the sewer line. Tried to charge us to fix it. They also made a mess in the house and didnt really want to clean it up.

Before they even check my furnace out they wanted to sell me a brand new furnace for $4000. I was told my furnace was outdated and there was no parts available for it. I have a different service taken right now and he says that the parts are available for my furnace and the only thing that was wrong with it was in a photocell
