Problem was an AC compressor that was becoming somewhat noisy. Ben and Zack arrived on time and found that the main problem was a clogged/dirty condenser, which they cleaned. They also checked current draw and found everything to be within accepted range. They competed their work with no delays and in a very professional manner. I have always been satisfied with Level 9s approach to service.

I called with an emergency repair for my tenants AC system because it wouldn’t turn on. Two technicians showed up as scheduled; they were very knowledgeable, new very quickly what was wrong and repaired it in less than two hours. It works great now and the cost was much less than I expected! This was the second time Level 9 made an emergency repair and I was very satisfied both times. Thank you Level 9!

We called Level 9 out just to take a look at our system and do some overall maintenance work if needed. Both technicians that came out were very friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up needing two minor parts replaced and they walked me through the how/why for both repairs, even going as far as testing them in front of me so I could see for myself a bad vs good one. That kind of transparency and overall customer service is very hard to find these days, we will definitely be using these guys again in the future if we ever need anything. We had an awesome experience!

Very nice gentleman replaced the condenser fan. Finished the job much faster than I guessed it would take. Quick in and out. Not a thing to complain about.I love how I was in a meeting, working from home, and he just sent me an email with the invoice and didnt need me to come out and sign anything. Paying online was super easy and quick.

Tim was our technician and he was very nice and knowledgeable and efficient. He pointed things out to us on our gauges that were low, so we chose to get them repaired. He was not pushy at all and we will definitely recommend them to our friends. We also signed up for the maintenance agreement which gave us an additional discount, thought they were very reasonable and he did a great job.

We have used Level 9 Heating and Cooling since they took over Jims Heating and Cooling a few years ago. We have two geothermal heating and cooling systems which require the absolute best technicians. Robbie Ketcherside has done a fantastic job servicing our geothermal units. We would not want any one else working on them. We recently had to replace our 24-year old 5 ton unit. Robbie and Adam went above and beyond to install our new system. Extremely thorough and professional. We highly recommend Level 9 Heating and Cooling.

Level 9s Mike came to answer questions regarding the purpose and operation of the swamp cooler in our attic. We are extremely grateful for the HVAC system Level 9 installed in April and turned to Level 9 in the hope of better understanding the entire system in our new home. Mike answered our questions and explained when/whether the swamp cooler was necessary. He was professional, courteous, and tremendously helpful. First and foremost it was a chance getting a service from a company that i am sure had a busy schedule they did fit us in and also they came in the morning that is the most important thing to me they didnt string me along and they sent me a text to let me know what is going on and also alerted me as to when the tech was coming what is nice is it made my day better and i have an elderly mom and she did not need to worry about that since she is home during the morning with my granddaughter. We asked Level 9 for a bid on installing a Mini Split system in our weekend cabin. They arrived on time which we really appreciated. All I have to say about this place is that it is the go to and one of the most amazing businesses Ive ever had help from. My A/C unit went out yesterday June 17th and they were completely booked today June 18th. I told them about my young child and my health condition that makes me sensitive to heat. These guys were great! They are very skilled at their profession. They came in and got right to work. They were clean, respectful, courteous, and easy to talk to. They did their job to perfection. I called 7 days ago to request a quote on both a Central Air replacement and a Mini split system. Lady on the phone was super friendly she didnt know a whole lot but said she would have someone call me back as you can tell from the 1 star I never got a call back. I know its that time of year AC repair gets busy but its not like they are going to do the quote over the phone with out seeing what needs to be done. Total lack of professionalism. I will not try to call again and at this point I dont think I would use them even if it was the cheaper than the other quote I got.

I had an emergency situation with my AC unit right before the record breaking heat. With a 7 month old baby and a houseful of animals, I was panicking about not having cool air. My tech Chris and his office ride-a-long helper Miranda made it out the same day and they were able to get me up and running within an hour. With a 16 year old unit, I was so thankful they could get me through this heat wave. Would recommend to everyone.

Keith the guy who came to our house did an acted professionally the entire time he was here. After he was done he explained everything he did and why in a manner I understood. Furthermore when I could not find my wallet or checkbook he didnt make a big deal out of it which was handled by me going to his shop an paying later that day.

Highly recommend their services. They dont oversell. They work fast, are honest, competent and hard working people. Couldn’t have asked for more.From beginning to end, I was impressed with the professionalism and expertise from Level 9.My geothermal unit was constantly running and was not producing sufficient heat deltas. The technician (Robbie) arrived about punctually. He listened as I described the problem. Then he went to work and read the error code and pinpointed the problem to a bad part. He showed me the difference between the new part and bad part just to provide that this is the culprit. He installed the new part, verified that the machine was operating in specs -- very thorough. He even called Water Furnace to pass on PSI and temps of water in/out just to be certain that machine was working perfectly.

Decided to get some routine maintenance on our AC unit, after buying our house. They changed the filter and looked at the unit outside. That night the whole thing went out and there was no issues prior to them coming out, wanted us to pay an after hours fee for being a Saturday and we were quoted 150 just for them to come take a look. We went with a different company and they came out for free and fixed it that weekend.

We were having them evaluate or humidifier. We are waiting closer to the season to have the work done. They made us aware of another item that needs to be addressed prior to the humidifier being installed.

Technician said we “must have a leak” and put $600 of Freon in our unit without confirming problem area and explaining beforehand.

Our humidifier (12years old) needed a checkup. Our technician was very polite, explained what he did and was very professional. I would recommend him to anyone. We will use this company again without a doubt.

First time using Level 9. We were looking for routine maintaince package to extend the life of our A/C and Furnace. Previously used Bobs Heating and Cooling. I initially spoke to Kyle (President) who explained that the company developed as a result of several Heating/Cooling Co coming together. He took the time to answer all my questions. Today Adam came out to check our furnace and humidifier. He was professional, knowledgeable, answered questions and maintained COVID guidelines. We look forward to seeing him later in the year to check our AC unit.

Everyone I dealt with at Level 9 was very professional and courteous. A technician was at our house within 2 hours of my initial call. They send text notifications when the tech is enroute, which was always on time or early. They brought us two window units to use until our new system was installed. They did a great job with the installation, and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Level 9.

Tech came found problem . Was a stripped out screw an his answer to the problem was we needed a whole new system . For .50 I repaired the fan myself an had to reinstall . The tech lied to my face an said he would return an install it later that day . I feel having these techs work on commission a lot of people are getting screwed from their money . NEVER AGAIN !!!

I needed a replacement circuit board which they located and retrieved from in town. I shared with him a concern I had with my thermostat he listened and took care of that concern.He checked out my system and also replaced the filter and then reported to me his findings.
