YOUNG!!!! He is amazing!! Just had the best pedicure of my life!!!!! First of all this salon is SO clean and spacious!!! Second I was given a choice of pedicures with no pressure to upgrade. I chose a reflexology package .. and Young gave me the best reflexology treatment I have ever had. He is strong and makes sure every party your foot and leg is worked on. The result is a relaxation I have not had in years!! And then HOT stones!!! Thank you Young for your time and attention!!! I will be back with friends!!!!

I really wanted to like this place because it’s so convenient to where I live. I even signed up for the frequent guest program. I’ve been 3 times. Every time I’ve made an appointment days in advance. Every time they have been a minimum of 20 minutes late taking me. It’s frustrating.

Clean salon but unorganized and unfriendly male staff. My appointment was scheduled for 5:45pm… I was told by who I believe is the owner of the salon to wait a few minutes. 30 minutes went by and I was finally asked to sit in the chair. 15 minutes later, a male approached me and asked what pedicure I’d like and I mentioned the “Lemon Pedicure” this treatment included a 20 minute reflexology foot massage as I had a long work day and needed a little TLC. At this point it’s 6:30pm and they close at 7pm (I wasn’t aware at the time that they closed around then).. the male proceeded to roll his eyes and ask if I really wanted the 20 minute foot massage. I replied, “that’s what comes with the service, correct?” …there was no reply back, instead, he got up to grab his supplies.You could clearly sense the annoyance radiating off of him. I waited almost an HOUR to be greeted with an attitude in a very condescending manner so I left without even starting the service.Very poor first experience.

They are by far the best I have ever been to!!! Got a nice shoulder massage as part of getting my nails done, hanah is so nice and very detailed I now have a new nail salon

This place doesn’t accept when a paying customer tells them about a service that needs correcting, they get upset and tell you, you’re not welcomed back. The lady who is the owner tells me that I always complain about the service, which is not true. It’s not complaining its called giving you my feed back, as me being a client you should be listening and taking what I’m saying into consideration so the next time you can do better (there is always room for improvement). This goes for any business. That is just unprofessional. The 1st time I got my lashes down I felt that they were not full enough to my liking so I went back and paid extra, thats not complaining. I didn’t complain when A few weeks ago I made my lash appointment with The owner and she left and someone else do it. I didn’t complain when she made me wait for her to return back to the salon because her daughter forgot to tell her I made my appointment. I waited patiently, I didn’t complain when she basically rushed putting in my lashes, saying she put in 70 pieces which she did not do, cuz one side looks more fuller than the other. (which is why I was told I can’t come back because I commented on the fullness) if I’m paying my hard earned money for a service, I expect it to be worth my money. Every time I go there I pay with out complaining. What I should be complaining about is their extremely high prices, but I don’t. I’m always pleasant never rude, even over the phone I wasn’t rude. But it’s ok I will not return, even though she asked me to come back to correct the situation. As she should, just to keep the clientele happy but Nope “don’t come back is what you’ll get” I will just have to be satisfied with what she left me with. They are other places in the area that I can go too. Moody street nail salons are better. Just because Red nail salon looks better does not mean you’ll get the best quality of service #ByeFelicia

Spa was clean staff professional.Both my feet were raw from pedicure (I did not notice until later).The polish on my toes did not last 3 days and my gel manicure chipped after 6 days. Their prices were more than listed on website

Clean! Hands down one of the cleanest nail salons I’ve ever been to. I’ve been there twice and had two different nails techs and both did and amazing job. My appointment started right on time and sanitation was on point, temp check and everything. I’m a hairdresser and have yet to have a gel mani last more than a week and this time is last a full 2 weeks. I’m impressed, highly recommend!

The technicians are extremely pleasant and professional. The most COVID safe salon I have been to!! The entire salon is very clean and every precaution is taken. Quite a large menu of services offered. It’s a great salon/spa! I have referred many friends!! 💅🌟

A great experience at Red Nails Waltham! They checked temp, had me sanitize and collected info for contact tracing. The staff were professional and they even had my favorite shade of discontinued polish, my nails looked great! Was there for a mani and was tempted to stay for a pedi because I felt so relaxed! Extremely clean and new! Will be back!

I started going there due to covid and have sent several friends. They are the cleanest and most professional salon I have used. I plan to use other services after vaccination

Went here for the first time yesterday to get a dip mani. Temps taken upon entry and sanitizer/hand washing before appointment. Salon is very clean and covid safe!!

Probably the cleanest nail salon that I have been to which is especially reassuring during Covid.

This place doesnt meet Covid19 precautions to start with. I tried to talk with a manager after seeing my girlfriend so disappointed about thehorrible job they did on her nails and a woman named Lily who didnt speak English came out saying that they dont do any refunds and that thats what she asked for. We had no other option than to leave with a feeling of being scammed, at this place they dont know what customer service means, they are not professional, they are the worst place for nails shes ever been. She had the worst experience ever, never saw her so disappointed.

Veryyyyy clean and cognizant of covid precautions! Not the best manicure ever but quick, efficient, and a nice massage!
