Okay so for starters, I cannot say enough good things about Cabinets To Go. I had the pleasure of working with Troy and from the very beginning he was incredibly helpful. I walked in not knowing what I was going to do with our kitchen or how I was going to make it work. I had a budget set and Troy helped us remodel our entire kitchen, staying within our budget, updating it and rearranging numerous times until I was happy with the design and layout. Check out the pictures of our kitchen before, it was a nightmare.We just purchased the home and nothing worked. Our double oven was broken and impossible to find a replacement of that size. The stove didn’t work and the space for cabinets was not used well. Corners were empty and inaccessible. Overall, we didn’t like the old kitchen at all but we had no clue where to start to update it. We wanted to be able to have a standard oven and microwave but with our previous arrangement that wasn’t possible.As you can see, we were able to change everything to the way we wanted and now I have two corners with fully accessible corners utilizing “lazy suzannes” and I am so grateful we went with those! They are HUGE!!! The drawers were another great touch!!! I have 6 heavy duty pull out drawers that are sturdy enough for pots and pans! I’m still amazed. Check out the pictures. After moving over our old kitchen, we still have space for days!! It’s great. I just love how customizable each section of our kitchen was. You can literally design your kitchen from top to bottom. They even do flooring! The quality of their products are top of the line. They didn’t cheap out on anything. Solid cabinets and hardware. They have the soft close technology. They are just amazing. Period. Recommend to all.EXCELLENT customer service! Troy was very detailed in what was happening, kept me in the loop at all times. Asked me lots of questions to figure out what would best suite our family’s needs. I called several times with random questions and always got an immediate response. I was nervous about the whole process because it was our first home and first huge renovation process. AND other places were going to take 3-6 months to receive cabinets and have them installed. Cabinets To Go had ours in less than 2 weeks.I shopped around before finding Cabinets To Go and this was the only place that offered a Lifetime Warranty(other places was no warranty OR 2 years TOPS) and allowed me design the cabinets and countertops to fit what we wanted and what we could afford. Other places gave me a price and it was set in stone. I had options with Cabinets To Go. I could spend more on storage in places I knew I would really need it. This kitchen is the heart of our home. I even tried using Home Depot and they’re in home design “specialist”. She could not give me pricing and adjust to our needs. You choose one kitchen and they give you a set price. Flexibility was what we needed and again, options.I am so excited to be in our new home with our NEW kitchen. I really didn’t think it was going to be possible for us to get a kitchen this beautiful. We’re cooking in it everyday and it’s so easy to find our stuff. Again, I can’t say enough good things.This was hands down the best experience I’ve had. We’ve renovated our entire home and I can say with absolute certainty, if Cabinets To Go offered to design our whole home, paint, doors, trim and base boards, we would have went with them for everything. This is how remodeling SHOULD BE! Cabinets To Go is setting the new standard for renovations. Seamless process. Highly recommend. Ask for Troy 🙂

In no way am I saying that the sales was bad. I had cabinets countertop and flooring. Cabinet guys were great. Countertop had some issues with but they did get it done correctly eventually. The flooring installers were the worst. Still not done almost 3 months. Cant order correctly and and dont show up. Would never again buy from here based on this.

Bad bad bad experience. Messed my order up first. So bought somewhere else and returned my order even with 20% restocking fee. Returned July 1 and they told me in 2 weeks would have a check. After 3 weeks I called and they said my return was started on the 8th (so they sat at the store for a week before anything being processed). Also told me the check wouldve been made on the 10th (friday) and sent out on the 13th (Monday). I continued to wait, calling the store and 1800 number multiple times to see and was told that it was on the way every time. After just receiving my check on August 17 (almost 2 months later) I noticed that it wasnt even printed until August 10. So they lied and lied multiple times. Order anywhere else.

Very limited inventory. They had multiple cabinets on display which were discontinued.If you want white, taupe, or blue, you might like this place

There is a gentleman there by the name of Steve who is very helpful and knowledgeable. He was great and knew what we were talking about just by us describing thing to him. He great place if you are looking to redo your kitchen. Beautiful cabinets!

Steve and Bryan are true friends to do-it-yourselfers. They helped us design our kitchen, took time to answer questions during the process, and cheerfully replaced a problem cabinet. We couldnt be happier.(Watch for sales: They sometimes have 35 percent off with 48 months zero percent financing. We got five estimates, and they beat everyone else by about $1K.)
