Called to walk in within a half hour because I live around the corner. I went in, picked my color and was sat within fifteen minutes. My gel manicure came out great. They did multiple coats (3x, 4x) and made sure to clean up all the edges. The whole process took less than one hour. They were super friendly and conversational. I will definitely return!

I LOVE Ben and Kim! They’ve been doing my nails since I was 12 and been doing my acrylics for the past 8 years on and off. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants their nails done. I’m so glad I found them after they moved!!

Friendly, and safe, they are like your hairdresser and I wont ever change where I get my nails done, I drive two cities to get them done here.

This is my first time in this nail salon ( Glamour Nails) I went there for gel filling and they did such a great job on my nail with really reasonable price. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t have any appointment and was really late near to closing time but they took good care of me. Definitely, I’m gonna go there again. highly recommend 😃🥰

The quality of the powder nail color didn’t seem to last as long as it usually does. That aside, and it could have been out if the norm, the service was outstanding and the color selection excellent. Pricing was very reasonable.

I had a very bad experience. In less than a week my nails are a mess. I paid for a deep, but instead they made me only two layers of deep and completed it with gel that I still dont understand why. Finally, it did not work. Very disappointed.

I have gone to this salon for decades and have always been satisfied with the service. The ownership changed over a year ago and the salon received a well needed makeover. Kimmie, Ben, and staff are always professional and very accommodating to the customers. They are very conscientious with their work and always strive to have all customers leave satisfied. I would recommend this salon to anyone in the Waltham Area.

Two solid hours for French toes, and french shellac nails. No that doesnt mean Mani/pedi...it was a straight forward color change. The outcome really looks like they need more training on how to do a French strip across a nail. One star for no consideration on time and not really seeming knowledgeable on a French.

My mom typically comes here with no issues. Tonight we came for a basic mani/pedi and i could not be more disappointed with the service i received. The woman i had was clearly rushing; cut my toes, didnt listen to any of requests regarding my calluses or nail shape. My manicure was worse; none of my nails are uniform, cuticles and hangnails are still messy and untouched, and she didnt listen to me either when i asked her to cut my nails down to make them all match. To make matters worse, after i checked out (tipped her 18%) she had a manager come over and say she was charging me $6 extra for the type of polish used. I did NOT get a gel manicure, used basic polish. But the staff wouldnt hear it. I work in this industry as well, i understand not liking the tip you receive. But if you cant reflect on the service you actually provided, then you wont go far. My family will not be coming back here.

Ive been going to Ben for 20 years. He always took me at my convenience, which was super nice. Prices were great. However, since he moved to Waltham, he made me wait long period of times EVEN when I had an appointment. Three times in a row, he took others before me, again, when I HAD an appointment already made. I walked out the last time because if I was a loyal customer for 20 years, he should not put anyone before me when I already had the appointment made. Seemed as though his rule now is, first come, first serve. Highly disappointed.

I absolutely love glamour nails! Theyre reasonably priced and very friendly. Very clean, as well. I really enjoy getting my Mani/pedis here and wont go anywhere else!

I waited over an hour and a half after being told I would only have to wait 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes in I was taken to a table to have my gel polish taken off, I waited there another 30 minutes while they took other customers and before someone finally took care of me. I will never go there again.

Got a fill with gel and a creative pedicure. I normally go to royal in Raynham its a bit more pricey but it WORTH it. I came here just because I didnt want to go all the way to Raynham. It already looks like I need a fill the gel polish isnt even near my skin! Its also all under my nails this is the sloppiest gel manicure I have ever had. Its not like the guy should have been rushing either because I was the only customer they are also super thick its already annoying. The pedicure was pathetic compared to royals my aunt started hers before mine and yet I was done before her. For $35 Id like a little bit more effort put into it.

Made me waited entire 2 hours for just simple pedicure. Skipped me 3 times to chose other ladies. I already here first, they just ignore me and pick other people who just arrive after me. Not appreciate.

Ive been going to Glamour (Ben & Kim were Fendi Nail) since they opened under new owners, Fendi for probably 20 years. I used to do acrlytic nails but now do gel. They easily last 2 weeks, Ben and Kim do the best job. Their pedicures are great too. The shop is very clean and the staff friendly. I spend winters in Fl and havent found a salon that does as well. Im always happy to get back to Glamour!

Best Nail shop around with good prices. Forget the Newton Nail shops with their high prices. Ask for Bing!

Dont do it. I read the reviews and thought Ah, people are just angry and do this but I went for a pedicure and the lady cut my nails way too short, it hurt and the polish job wasnt acceptable either. Just a fair warning. I wont be returning.
