Broken equipment, they push cars by hand through the car wash. Indoor office area is filthy, windows are nasty.

Great place for a great cause. I had a unique situation and he took care of me and gave me some great knowledge! Ill be back!

The exterior/windows all looked great, but there was a lot that did not get vacuumed or wiped. For paying the extra to upgrade interior vacuuming (the main thing that I needed), I am a bit upset.

They charged more than what was on the price list. They took forever. Tire shine wasnt applied very well.I might go back if I didnt have any other option.

The employees at this place thinks 🙄 you are suppose to give them a tip. I paid for a service, and if you go beyond that service you may get a tip. Not look for a tip up front. I used to work at a car wash. What has happened to customer service?

A little disappointed. I drive straight into the sun each morning and if there are any smudges on my windshield it makes seeing difficult. When I asked for an extra wipe the attendant dismissed me and said it was already cleaned. I will see Monday morning.

Please dont waste your money on this place. Paid extra with tip for good interior cleaning. Once I started looking around later in my car, the floorboards hadnt been touched, still trash in the cupholders, dust on the steering panel. Never again.

I loved getting in a clean car. I will be back again..I tired $10.00 at the counter and then handed the dryer $5.00.. It wasnt busy, but I will be back..They need workers.😉

Very disappointed, it started raining hard so I hopped in b4 I really had a chance to look at it. I should have turned around & asked for a refund. They told me it was ready but they never even touched the floor or console. Still dirty. Will not return! My truck has no carpet, how hard can it be?

The workers did a fine job of washing both the inside and outside of my SUV. The did a great job on my windows they also STOLE EVERY SINGLE BIT OF CHANGE I KEPT IN MY CENTER CONSOLE. A DEN OF NO GOOD THIEVES. I DISPISE THIEVES. You will get a good car wash here but as for me I would not spit on the establishment if I found it on fire.

Paid $30 plus tip inside. Dont waste your money. The staff who vacuumed my Van were very rude.... and tried to stiff me out of an extra tip. They joked the entire time. My Van needed a vacuum, but they did not clean the corners or under the seats. Dont waste your money.

This is the last time I use this place, they don’t do detailing good at all, I paid $26 for nothing, I had a bag on my front seat they didn’t even move it to do the vacuum. Horrible job, i will look somewhere else. I got ripped off 😡.

If I had an older, less shiny vehicle I suppose they do wash the vehicle but for the money, use an auto wash somewhere and buy a drying towel to do yourself. They are nice folks and pretty quick but for what I purchased, not an expense Ill do again. I paid for the full wash vacuum wipe down........$27 and I tipped 30%. From what I can tell, the truck went through the wash machine and was wiped down but not very well. The windows were done on the outside. If they wiped down the inside, spots were missed and this truck is only 3 days old. The sunroof was skipped and the gas door was scratched but I was able to buff that out with Mcquires. The floors were actually dirtier than when I got there from their shoes.Watermarks, swirls and floor dirt aside, it did look better than it did with 300 miles of road dust on it but I have learned my lesson on this one. When I purchased the vehicle the dealer had it washed right up the road for $24. I will wait until Im on that side of south GA and go there again. The vehicle looked amazing after that one. I just think if Im going to pay someone it ought to look at least a little better than if I ran through the $5 gas station wash but unfortunately, this did not.

It was decent. Not the best, you pay more for less work. I would not have given a generous tip if I had noticed all I paid for had not been done. Little disappointing.

You dont get what you pay for. I had to finish cleaning and detailing the inside of my car myself. Very disappointing and Ill go anywhere else from now on. Also the lobby was disgusting.

Do yourself a favor and take you car literally anywhere else. Paid $24 for a super wash and got in to find the dash wasn’t even touched, my windshield and windows all streaked, and my floor mats so wet there’s were pools of water. The workers are more interested in their conversation than efficiency or putting some elbow grease into your car. Extremely disappointed.

I wish I could rate place this with no stars. I payed for the deluxe wash (Around $22) and expected my car to look great! However, when the employee told me he was finished, I went to my car a looked around. There were still crumbs and debris on the floor, the mats were still dirty, and so were the doors. The cup holders were still dirty. When I asked the man if he could clean it, he had an attitude. When he finished, he asked me Is that good?. He seemed really annoyed that I asked him to finish the job. I told him that I would clean it and he walked away. I grabbed a rag and a bottle of cleaning spray and I finished cleaning my OWN car. I also forgot to mention that my window still had dirty water streaks on it. I had to go back the next day to get it cleaned. I came to the manager about the issue. He acted like he didnt care about the situation. He told me Yeah we will wipe down the windows but thats it. Honestly, I should have gotten a partial refund for that. I hate to complain, but one thing I hate is laziness. If I am paying over $20 for a wash and detail, it needs to be good. I shouldnt have to finish the job for you. I strongly recommend hiring a new staff. Management could use improvement as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Pretty disappointed in my wash today. First off, I was charged extra for dog hair. Which is fine, but honestly, there wasnt much as my dog hasnt been in my vehicle since my last visit to this exact carwash. I paid the fee, though, as I wanted my car spotless. My vehicle comes through the wash, but the detailers never moved the car that rolled through in front of me. The man who owned that car jumped up and tried to raise attention to the workers as my Tahoe was about to hit his ford focus type car. The girl acted as if nothing was wrong, then finally moved his car seconds before my vehicle was about to hit his. Once my car is finished, I get in to leave and see my carpet wasnt cleaned... they charged me extra for vacuuming and then didnt even fully vacuum my car! $37 later... I will not return.

So so. It seems like the service has really gone down the tubes. Lots of items missed, inside windows not cleaned, the vacuum job wasnt the best. For the premium cleaning service... I expected way better.

Starting to do sloppy work. Used to be good. Just paid over $60 to have both cars done. Neither was even satisfactory! Very dissapointed with both!

This place is a joke. Three cars in front of me and I waited over an hour and a half. Employees would disappear for twenty minutes at a time. When I got my car it was horrible. Didnt even wipe off my leather seats, which I paid extra for leather conditioner. I mentioned it to the employee and he gave me a look then said it would be another 20 minutes, presumably so they could get another joint in around the corner. Ive been to this place four (4) times and each time its gotten worse. Every time I leave I say Im never going back no matter how convenient it looks. Well, this time its for real. This place is literally the luck of the draw. If you get a guy who looks like a lazy bum then guess what, Your getting a lazy bum. They have some guys here that are very good and take pride in what they do, but most dont care or dont try unless a manager is riding them. You are better off calling a traveling detail company. You will actually get your moneys worth. This place is the biggest joke. If they werent the only car wash on this side of town they would be out of business. They are literally that bad. Im also contacting BBB. Just fed up with companies who offer crap service. This is obviously an absentee owner business.

Arrived just after they opened. Paid nearly $100 to have my truck hand washed, waxed, and vaccumed. Was called approximately 1.5 hours later and was told it was completed. While doing a walk around before I left the entire front of the truck had not been touched and under the seats had not been vacuumed. Ill definitely go back to Shine Me Up car wash off Apalachee.

My wife and I have been using this Super Suds for about 14 years two to three times per month.Never again.The same service I have been getting on my truck for 14 years at that same car wash for a $5.00 tip is now to cost $30.00 in addition to $21.00 for the not so good car wash.The manager pointed to his shirt, to the Goodwill logo, and said management says we cant do these little extras anymore without getting paid. Give me a break! Of course I didnt pay it, and they nor Goodwillwill ever see us again.

Very dissapointed with this location, would not recommend. We paid $120 for a total wash and interior detailing. When I picked up it was raining a little so I didnt do a thorough check (wish I had). The rearview mirror hadnt been cleaned and the seats felt soapy. Because it was a wet day, I didnt have a chance to let the car dry out in the sun until the next day. I let it sit in the garage overnight with windows open and a couple box fans. After two days the car was finally dry, but there were water stains on three of my four seats that hadnt been there before. I have to wonder if this had something to do with the seats feeling soapy.I called and spoke to the manager Dennis and he said to bring it back and they would go over the seats again. After that visit the seats had actually gotten worse. The water stains had almost doubled in size. They had no idea what the issue was and offered us nothing for ruining our seats. We also noticed a food stain on the ceiling that hadnt been cleaned the first time around.Really dissapointed and recommend you not go to this shop!

I just had the most awful experience at this Super Suds. There were no cars in the prep line ahead of me there was a Dodge truck and a BMW immediately ahead of me and I still waited 45 minutes for my car to even enter the wash bay. I had to leave with my car wet I was only offered a refund for the waxing service I still paid for detailing and drying which was never done. They were only drying one or two cars at a time the guys were just standing around in the wax Bay hanging out I watch the car come out and sit waiting for somebody to detail it until the water had dried leaving spots on it I watched another truck come out with soap all over the truck this place is awful do not ever take your car there!!!!

Now owned by Goodwill and service takes twice as long. Prior ownership took 45mins to 1hr. Now plan for two hours for the Best Value... $22.95 wash. Wish they would hire more staff. Same wash in Ocala, FL is $29.95.Raise prices to hire more staff. Keep up with economy.

The good - (1) the employees are terrific, especially Chris; and (2) they definitely got the car clean as new.The bad - (1) It took way, WAY too long! We got there when they opened, and for seat & carpet shampoo we were told to leave it a couple of hours, but they didnt call until almost closing time and when we got there it still wasnt entirely done, but almost. Why that long??? (2) After the seat & carpet shampoo, everything was SOAKED, and it took DAYS to get it dry with a fan AND a heat lamp going non-stop. (3) I dont like the greasy Armor-All type stuff they put on the dash & door panels. There are many cleaners now that arent greasy (I know because I used to have a show car and detailed it myself), but they must be using something cheap.I hate to give only 2 stars but honestly, I wont go back.

If I could give them a 0 I would. WORST service ever. I waited over 50 minutes for the most basic service available. I counted over 10 employees literally sitting down doing nothing. You couldnt pay me enough money to come here again. Seriously please dont waste your time or money.

I havent seen a carwash like this since the 70s. They really put a lot of effort into making your car really clean. Totally worth the price!

Update May 24, 2019. I am done on this place.I went in there to get a price on how much it would cost to shampoo my carpets and they were too busy to even give me a price. When I ask for the manager on duty they said they couldnt talk to me because they were too busy. they couldnt even give me a price on how much it would cost. I contacted their management team because thats really terrible service

The first 2 times I took my new car there I was very happy with the service, but this last time, yesterday, was awful. I requested the $22.95 package and what I received was less than I couldve received from a 10 year old. They didnt touch any of the doors, there was still tissue and some straw wrappers and what looked like a splash of milk from my grandsons sippy cup on the back door. I specifically asked the gentleman that took my car to vacuum the hatch area, but it wasnt touched either. The inside of the windows still had finger prints and smears not to mention the damage they did to the tint on the driver side window. There are several nicks in the tint that I am sure will eventually get worse and bubble now that air has a way in. The outside of the car want any better. Im disgusted with their lack of professionalism and will not be returning.

The employees were very nice...but thats the only good thing I experienced. Youre a better off saving $22 (plus tip) and washing your own car. Took almost an hour to get my car cleaned, so I had high hopes they were doing a great job. They barley vacuumed my car, I had dog hair EVERYWHERE in the backseat. The inside section of my doors were filthy and the outside of my car still has dirt and smudge marks all over. If I wasnt rushing back to work, I would have complained. Lesson learned, definitely will not be going back.

They tried to tell us that our car smelled of urine and blamed it on our dog when he was only in the car a handful of times and never peed in it. We would know if it smelled like urine and it didnt. They tried to charge us $20 extra to clean for a non-existent urine smell when we already paid for a $75 service for a complete shampoo because there was a little mud in the interior. They did an OK job with the car (it took about 5 hours for a shampoo and wash), but I dont like the way they treat their customers.

REALLY ........ GOODWILL ! Why would the owners of Super Suds sell off to Goodwill ?You have no business being in the car wash industry . I just left there and you have ruined this establishment, trash thrown everywhere, waiting area was dirty and hot, the equipment in the carwash is ran down and doesnt even wash the vehicles anymore, they wash them before the enter the machine and let it rinse them off .Truck came out just about as nasty as it went in .I dont blame the employees they just dont care to be there anymore than I wanted to be . My truck still has dirt all over it and they just coated the wheels in tire shine and didnt even wipe them off, they use to clean door jambs, didnt do that, complete waste of time and money . Do yourself a favor and go to Oasis down the road and vacuum your own car out after going through what feels like state of the art equipment . Goodwill way to ruin a staple car wash business in Tallahassee !

Went to get our car washed paid $24.95. Our car came out with a flat tire after only having our tires 90 days. The guy went to go get the manager who was very nasty an rude. She eqs laughing an tried to argue with us. An they didnt even finish the inside of our car.

Place closes at 6pm- I went by at 5:57 and they turned me away. Pretty simple..bad business.

Not as good as it used to be but did a decent job.
