Don’t let the man do your nails there ! He messes up and doesn’t know how to fix it. Messy messy job! Love this place but they also don’t accommodate you if they mess up.

These gals works so hard and accomodate walk-ins so well. Fairly kept my place in line and fulfilled all my needs with 100% quality work. Thank you Le!

Been coming to Les for 7+ years.This is a very clean and professional salon! Staff is very organized, friendly, and most importantly ALWAYS ready at the time your appointment was scheduled for. Id also say walk-in appointments are never too long of a wait either though. All and all Im truly a loyal customer to Lee.

They get a 2 for being nice and for taking ceedit cards. Other than that, theyre unsanitary, and they do a terrible job at cutting, filing and painting nails. My gel nails look like they were done by a 10 yr old. Very disappointed.

The person I like is gone permanently it seems. I tried another nail specialist but very disappointed. Prices are great. The owner is soo sweet.

Went to this salon because of all the great reviews it had. However, my nails look like I painted them myself. I gave a picture of a BASIC design. It was very poorly executed.I asked for a shiny finish because the picture had matte...I left with a matte finish. I still gave a good tip because the staff was friendly, but Im not going to a nail salon to make friends.

First time when I came there I had very nice experience, but the second was much worse! I must pay the ladys attention and tell her to fix some things, but she didnt speak English and we had to call the manager to translate! I dont care about English if the job done well, but not in this case. So, it depends who exactly will serve you there. Some guys are very experienced and great but another - not.

Not bad my dip nails did not last they started coming. Off before the two weeks was very disappointed

My first time visit today... I observed friendly staff that does a really good. Owner, Le, is a quality woman who makes her customers feel welcome, special, and respected. During my stay there, I observed the love and respect her loyal customers displayed to her. Nails came out great and great pricing. Ill return again.

I was visiting from out of town I only went here because all the other shops with great reviews were booked and I needed a fill. I don’t usually leave reviews but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. My nails were the perfect coffin shape and everything before he started. While he was doing my mails I was very uncomfortable in the shop. After he filed the gel I had on my nails off he continued to file them until they were paper thin I told him I didn’t want my nails that thin and he said when he adds color it will make it thicker I told him it wouldn’t and didn’t understand why he made them so thin. The uv light for the gel nails burned my fingers I told him that I burned and he told me it was normal. Which I know it’s not and I have burns on my fingers. After they where painted I looked at them and none of them were even the same shape and the paint job was horrible. they legit feel like they are going to break. I had to buy a nail file to shape my own nails and make an appointment with my regular nail tech for when I go back home.

I had a terrible experience at this place. I’m from Houston, Texas and my friends and I came to this salon on 6/29/19. I had an older gentleman do my pedicure and gel manicure. He did not do a good job on my manicure the first time around and when I asked him to fix it, he said I was “too picky.” That is annoying because I expect you to do a good job if I’m paying for it. It took him a while to even fix the problems. My main issues were that I didn’t have polish on the sides of my nails and had polish on random places on my hand. After asking him to remove the polish on my hand and him not responding, I just decided to take care of it myself. He did fix the other problem, but I’m just too unhappy at this point. He also didn’t massage my hands or my feet for more than 15 seconds which isn’t typical for a full manicure and pedicure. I get mani/pedis to relax and be pampered. That’s not what happened here. When I was paying, I realized I didn’t have cash for tip, so I asked him to swipe my card again for $7 for his tip. Usually, I give between $10-$15 for tip, but because I didn’t have a good experience with him, I decided on $7. When he was entering the amount, I saw that he put $10 instead of $7. I told him no and that it should be $7, he just shook his head and put $10. This pisses me off so much. I just paid and left because I’m not from Boston and I didn’t have the time to deal with this. There was another girl there who had this same older gentleman and she wasn’t happy with her nails either. If you decide to go to this place, try not to get this gentleman to do your nails. My friends had the females do their nails and they were happy with it.

Ive always had such a great experience there. Tram does an amazing job. The owner Le is such a sweetheart and so friendly. Prices are great. I will only go there.

Le and her staff are great. I never have a bad experience there. I even got a Christmas present from them when I got my nails done a few weeks ago. The only place in Waltham where they do a decent job on eyebrows.

I was looking for a place that could do my nails at a moments notice, and I saw that Les had great reviews, so I stopped in. The location is right near my school so it was easy to get to, but I would honestly drive the 32 miles from home to get my nails filled, because I loved this place!!! Insanely professional, hard working, and experienced nail technicians!! I got exactly what I wanted and for a great price! I recommended Les to all my friends at school, and I am trying to get Les Nails and Waxing to do a pre-career fair manicure event at my school! LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!

Small nook nail spot amongst the other 10 in waltham. Why choose Les over the rest you wonder? Les nails always has time for you, even if its a little bit of a wait its worth it. The owner Le is a woman who runs a good customer service based business. They extend private parking in the back to their customers vs the pain of street parking on moody. Their salon is open later then any other nail salon in waltham and the quality of nails will never disappoint you no matter which technician you may get.

Went there today with my sons girlfriend and when you walk in there is barely room to walk! Wanted to view the gel colors and was given a pallet of different colors. Had a 10:00 appointment and they sat us down almost immediately. There are so many chairs crammed in there that it is difficult to get in and out of them. About a foot and a half between each chair! I told the girl what color I wanted for my pedi and she brought out a MUCH brighter pink than what was on the pallet but said with 2 coats it would be darker. No it isnt. There are no heaters to dry your toes when they are painted. Overall they did a good job on my nails besides the color being wrong but it it way too overcrowded. You can hardly walk in the place. Wont return.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They are soooo friendly and attentive!! I got a gel pedicure done and let me tell you, it was by far the best ever!!!! I recommend this place to anyone!!!

I give it a three because this older gentleman he did my nails and then when I went to look at it they’re all Different sizes and the nail polish looks like my baby sister put it on my hand but overall it’s good except she barely has any customers you look at her she’s putting her foot on top of the chair and doing nothing except sit in her chair and wait for customers to come in

Fast, efficient, and a great gel mani. Gel rarely lasts more than a week on my nails before lifting but everyone at Le somehow seems to make it last for two weeks. Staff is really friendly. Simple no frills atmosphere but clean.

They are by far my favorite place in Waltham. Always go above and beyond. They are happy and welcoming whether a walk in or appointment and have a remember everyone! Wish I could share a photo because they do incredible nail art as well- inexpensive on top of it. Take their time and the message chairs are great. Been going for 2 years after trying all the places in Waltham I cant go here enough.

Manicure was done pretty badly. No filing nails to make the same length. Gel polish was laid uneven and the color had transparency, though it should not have. Color put far from cuticles, looking like a week old manicure. Its gust not good. Putting 2 stars as the girl was nice and polite.

Le is funny, kind and efficient. Her staff always treats me wonderfully and makes me feel pampered :)

This is the only place I go to! Cant beat the quality and prices! Not to mention Le personally knows every face walking in. My daughter has been going since age 3 ...now 8. We love Le and everyone there!

I was in town for a wedding, and found this place near my hotel for a mani/pedi. I am usually terrible about keeping a manicure looking nice - without fail I will chip multiple nails within hours of leaving the store. With this place, not only did my nails look flawless throughout the wedding weekend, they lasted for 4-5 days afterward. I found this particularly impressive since they even survived an afternoon of rock climbing in that time with no damage! Friendly staff, great attention to detail. Would go back if I lived nearby.

Not only did we call ahead to make sure there was no wait for an appointment, we got there at 6:45 and weren’t taken until 7:30. Then she’s rushing to finish because they CLOSE at 7:30, and she nips me with her cuticle cutters. She tried to hide it, but I saw and she didn’t offer a discount or anything. Now my shoes are stained. Won’t be returning

Worst eyelash extensions I ever got it fell out the next day you can clearly see she didn’t glue the extensions in each eyelash it’s jus all over the place she cut the extension w scissors and it’s crusty due to all the glue she applied
