The owner took her time to reach out to me because I was unhappy with my full set. She personally ended up doing my nails and I am extremely happy with my service. Her business is very focused on customer satisfaction. My nails looked exactly how I imagined and the length was perfect. She did a great job making sure I was comfortable. Beautiful and excellent job!

WORST SOLON I’ve EVER BEEN TO rude to customers and NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL I wish I could give them zero stars! Worst place ever not professional at all! Over charge you for just regular pedicure! They told me on the phone it’s going to be $30 for a pedicure but charged me $40 for regular polish! Rude for no reason to customers. Really need to work on the behavior with their customers. Not recommending it at all. The owner herself was very rude for no reason so how can I expect the workers to be friendly to their customers. Save your money and not go to this unprofessional place.

I love the job they did, I showed the lady who did my nails a picture of what I wanted and she went and got the nail polish for me and did my nails exactly how I asked. It took less than an hour, $40 for full set acrylics with regular polish. Everything gets sanitized, everyones wearing a mask and theres a barrier between the client and the person doing nails. Femi Nails nails it! Great customer service, friendly, and clean service. Christine is the best and im floored how they know every customer by name. After covid, they quickly put up sturdy clear partitions and wiped everything down after every customer. I requested special acrylic and design and she hit it right on the nose.

Came in for a gel manicure with extended nail. Why did i leave with a dip set spending $80? She forced the dip upon me. I was very adamant on WHY i wanted gel. This set came out HORRIBLE. I am NOT happy. I came here for convenience, checked reviews and thought it would be great! I told her i had dip done once and did not like it. She was very persistent (for more money) to give me a dip set “I’ll do it good for you” yeah NO. NEVER AGAIN.

My go to nail salon. Christine and Hannah (and the whole staff) are incredible and very professional. Femi provide regular dip and ombré dip for the same price and the nails last for a long time.

The owners of this business are extremely friendly to all the customers...amazing. everyone is excellent there. My parents go there for manis and pedis and I go there to get my back waxed. We are a big fan of Vanny who has worked there for years, but everybody is incredible there....

My nails were all filed crooked and they cut my pinkey... then spent the rest of the visit trying to hide the cut/blood from meI see the reply below and if I had time to have had them redone, I would have considered asking for it. But it was quite painful getting cut the first time....wasnt up for round 2. Thanks anyway...

This place was amaing. Everyone there was very nice and the woman who serviced me introduced me to the dip powder nail style that makes my nails stronger and lasts longer than gel! i will definitely be going back!!!

I love this place. Have been doing my nails here for 2 years even though I live in Wayland now. Unfortunately made a mistake with my appointment yesterday and couldn’t get a manicure at Feminails. Had to have it done in Wayland and regret it... so back to Feminails next month.

My first time here. I was in the area for business. Great service and good vibes. Owners are very friendly and my technician, Hong was very diligent. She took her time and did a very neat job.

They are patient and kind. No matter how busy they get they always take their time on your nails and all the services they provide. Thank you for squeezing me and my friend in at the last minute.

Ive been coming here for a few years and Im finally getting around to writing a review. They are fantastic. I love this nail salon because its clean, the tools are sterile, and the techs are talented and kind. I love the owner and his wife. They know me on a first name basis and so it has that small town/neighborly feel to it. This is the place to go on Moody St for a relaxing time and beautiful mani/pedi.
