Got in fast. Service was great. I proactively mentioned my car had been sitting and asked them to check the air filter. I thought for sure I would be buying one, but the gentlemen pulled it, showed it to me and said it was practically brand new. Love the honesty.

Staff were friendly and oil change was quick only issue was that apparently my car is leaking oil and they didn’t say anything to me personally just wrote it on the paper. I understand they aren’t mechanics but if they find an issue like that something really should be said to the customer not just written down! I mean let’s be honest how many people actually look at the receipt when you come in for just an oil change?! I only noticed because my bf had dropped it on the floor and I noticed it a couple days later when cleaning my car

One of the worst places to get your oil changed. They do not know what they are doing when they check your air filter and they do not care about your vehicle even if they break it.

My wife brought in her car to get an oil change on 4/24. She called me excited about the price, I usually get it changed she just knows how much I pay. Turns out they ignored THEIR OWN STICKER on the windshield and put conventional oil in her vehicle which required synthetic. When she immediately went back, a whole six miles, according to the receipt, they refused to rectify their mistake and charged her another 50 dollars to put the correct oil in. This is a complete and utter predatory practice. Taking advantage of women especially with whats happening. Will never use Prompto or recommend to anyone else ever again.

They sure do deliver that 10 to 20 minute promise. Due to COVID we remained in the car while they performed an oil change. They checked all my fluids and offered to top them off for a small fee. I opted for extra antifreeze for $5 paid the man and i was on my way. Im sure to return.As a side note i called 4 places in advance that day. Midas said next week vip tire said by 6pm it was 11am. The other who i dont remember also said next week. Prompto had me ready in 15 minutes.

Super fast. Cheap. I have to say though... its really weird that they ask you to get out of your car and sit in the waiting area ...it consists of 4 greasy chairs against the wall of the garage. But whatever, the guys working there are all super nice, super fast, and reasonably professional. Id say thats impressive for a quicky oil change place.

Wow! This place was so professional. They really do mean 10minutes. I had a stripped oil pan plug and they removed it and replaced it with no extra charge. They also top off your other fluids, like anti freeze and wiper fluid. I will definitely go back again. Oh and they place a service sticker on the top corner of your windshield for your next appointment.

Went in this morning to the Broadway location in Bangor for a quick oil change and the technician noticed my check engine light was on. He diagnosed it and now Im getting it fixed. Very helpful group of guys working there. Highly recommend them.

Took my 2016 VW passat here for an emergency oil change after driving from Florida while evacuating hurricane Irma. After I drove away from prompto, the check engine light came on. I took it back and the staff was happy to check it out, but didnt know what could have went wrong. Because these cars can be finicky and sensitive, I took it to the darlings VW dealer, and they solved the issue. Said the car had been started while the oil cap was off, and the oil tank was depressurized. After I was done at the dealer, I drove the car back to prompto to explain the findings. The staff were so gracious and wanted to learn about the issue, and were extremely helpful. I recommend this place, because the people are very nice and dont have a bad attitude. If there is a problem, they really try to help solve the issue instead of assuming you are accusing them of something bad and getting defensive and mean. Together we were able to solve the mystery like a team, and we all learned something cool. A+ guys!
