It was a Walk in for me. The gentleman at the desk was the one who attended me and also did my Gel Pedicure. Took his time in removal with acetone, cotton and foil paper. I thought he was going to use e-file but oh well. Not bad. Love my color: Bone. First time picking this color and its flawless. Love my toes. Thank you.

I asked to remove acrylics that i had on before my gel manicure, she removed them totally wrong. instead of using acetone to remove the acrylic/nail properly, she just used an e file to remove as much as possible then painted over them. there was still bits of nail on it it and it’s super thick causing the gel to chip off not even 3 days later. waste of money and poor quality

Overpriced and they can’t even do basic nail design. I asked for a simple design and the lady did not know how to do it but yet I was charged $90 just to get 1 solid color painted on my nails. Waste of money.

Their prices are higher than most. $29 for regular mani pedi. Decor and equipment is super basic. They dont use acrylic BTW. The place is ok I guess. Nothing special. Ladies do decent job but arent social or warm. Process seemed rushed and no back massage while you dry the nails as some other nail salon do.

First thing is that parking isnt a problem. I easily got a place to park near the business. The business is very tidy and the staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. Service is prompt with no waiting. The hot stone massage is very relaxing. I saw a list of other options that I will try out by my next visit. And also the prices are budget friendly. They also wax.

The staff here is so nice and friendly. Theyre not like most places where they give attitude and talk about u. Theyre professional and they actually do a really good job. The way they clean the nails is also very gentle and they take their time and take care of the health of ur nails not just rushing and being sloppy. Been there a couple of times already and Im recommending my friends. 👍👍

Went here for a massage and someone came right out to help me. They had tons of girls in chairs getting there nails done and still made sure they had the time for me to feel comfortable whole getting a massage. They dont have a privacy room for you they only have a chair but the lady who messages me knew what she was doing and all there certs were on the wall.

Ruby Nails is under new management and offering 50% off all services. I decided to give them a chance 2 weeks ago, and popped in for a gel manicure. The staff was attentive, the implements were straight out of sanitizer, and placed in sterile bags that were opened at the time of my gel manicure (as they should be according to the Board of Cosmetology rules that were created to protect the health of the public). My gel manicure turned out flawless! And I couldnt have been happier with the service. Regular price $35, I payed $15 and left a $5 tip.

Ive been a FAITHFUL client of Ruby Nails for 5 years. Last week (April 15, 2017) when I went to pay, the woman pulled my card out too fast and the machine did not print out a receipt for me to sign. Instead it said declined. I told her that was impossible and to try it again, the same thing happened only with the word dupe on it. I called my bank to ask them what went wrong and they said that the transaction went through. I checked my mobile app and there was the $90 taken out. Well, Jenny/ Jennifer wanted to be paid the $90 and told me I COULDNT LEAVE until I paid her. I had to go next door to get the DMV cop in order for me to leave. In the end, Jennifer acted like she didnt know me, and the cop even told her and SHOWED her proof that I paid and said she had no grounds to keep me there. She lost a client for life, and she probably lost a few more people that day since EVERYONE was watching the event unfold. Jennifer has always been nasty to clients walking in, but I never cared until it was ME- well if I ever see a manicurist being nasty to someone next time, I will speak my mind since it is not fun being on the receiving end. DONT GO HERE!

I did my gel manicure today and they look great.Price is very reasonable also they have a lot of nice color. Specially the salon is very very clean.Ill recommend this place to my all friends.

Im never the type to write reviews and bash someones business but this by far has been the worst experience Ive had with a nail salon. I walked in being rushed by a woman named Jennifer who I barely understood. I couldnt even pick the color I really wanted because she was rushing me to sit down like she had a lot of customers which she didnt, it was only my friend and I. I sat down and she was rude from the gecko. While she was doing my manicure, I was talking to my friend. She then pushed my arm down and said calm down, okay I let that one slide. When it was time to pay she demanded that I give her a bigger tip because the tip I gave her wasnt enough I didnt know tip was required from the start? So obviously I couldnt keep my opinions to myself because this was getting out of hand. I told her I didnt have to tip if I didnt want to and Im doing it anyways. I have never had anyone tell me this and it wasnt any of her business how much I wanted to tip. When I was talking To my friend about how ridiculous that was, she then got in my face saying excuse me? Like she was trying to get into a altercation with me. Keep in mind Im only 16 years old. And on top of it she did my nails bad almost like it was on purpose . Please take my advice and stay away from this lady( shes crazy) She thinks she can treat her customers bad because shes the owner.

I have to edit my review because overr the summer I had a bad experience with the salon and I have not return since that experience. Not going to make this long winded but I just want to say that the owner (s) should be more empathetic to a customer who is 7 mos pregnant and just told you she has to leave abruptly because she started bleeding in the restroom. For that i take 2 stars away and leaVe the 2 others because the staff was pretty good at their jobs and shoukd not be blamed fir working for A-holes.Have visited here three times and service has been consistent. They do a good job on both mani and pedi. Priceses are fair, never have to wait too long to be seen. The staff is friendly.

I had my nails done by an Asian called Jennifer. At first I couldnt understand a word she was saying. She seemed to have rushed doing my nails, which I did not like. When I left the shop my nails seemed okay, not the best Ive had. Not even two days passed and my nail polish started pealing off. Overall, Im disappointed, I wasted my time and money on something that wasnt done right! Not going there again!

Needed a desperate mani and pedi. Clean awesome place until they couldnt match my pedi with mani. My pedi was coral and hands were red. On top of that went to pay and paid 70$ thats insane for a regualt mani and a regular pedi. Never going there again.
