Its always good to see Chelsie,and visit. But the app is got some problems, tried to check in, it would tell me I had checked in, so I had to call and stop in to verify I was checked and it said 2 hours when in reality of it was 3 and half hours

Well just got a haircut from sports clips. I had long hair that combs left and to the back. I asked for a high skin FADE. And I got a Mohawk. And guess what they dont allow in the military. Faddish hair styles. So I guess Ill have to shave it all off and start year worth of grooming again(risk of getting haircuts). I would have liked if at least she payed attention to me, instead of talking about her hometown with the customer next to me. So much so, she would stop cutting my hair just to talk with them. And for those who know, it felt like a bmt haircut. If you see this de-nice do better for other people. Cause Im not letting you touch my hair again.

Maybe the worst haircut I’ve had so far, and that’s really saying something. I’ve no doubt there are good stylists working here, but do not let Denise cut your hair. The haircut was somehow asymmetrical from side to side with long and short patches throughout. I don’t feel great about singling someone out like this but it really was that bad.

Honestly a great place to get your haircut, they get real busy during the weekends, if you dont schedule during the first hour good luck trying to get a haircut on that day.

Charon and Miranda did a great job on my boys first haircut. They interacted with my boys before they began to cut their hair so they wouldnt be afraid. They did a great job on handling two active little boys, and they got the job done in a timely manner. Great job ladies!

Denise and the ladies fit me in for a quick beard trim and were just plain AWESOME to my 4 boys that were with me.

Wait time is way too long. I have been going to sport clips for my haircut for that past 4 years and have always enjoyed it. After moving to North Dakota the one here is a chore to get a haircut. Even if you check in online, you should prepare to wait at least an hour. Also they will not call you or send a notification when you’re on deck it’s apparently against store policy so you have to wait the entire time

Ive been to this place twice. The first time I went, the lady was very nice great customer service, but she wasnt that great. Had a couple screw ups on my hair that Ive never had no other hair stylist make. I had her correct one of them but the other I didnt notice until I was home. Recently I decided to try it again. Big mistake. The lady I had this time was so rough with my head. Banging the clippers into my head and my ears. Never used the scissors once. And just didnt care at all. Idk how this lady got her education to cut hair because she was terrible. The sides were terribly uneven. Long hair left in the back. It was not only the worst job Ive ever had done on a haircut, but the most unpleasant one as well. Even though it was done badly, I said it was good just to get out of their. If this is how customers are treated, Ill go to some other place, there is plenty of competition.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s always a bit of a wait but the haircuts have been good. This time, I checked in online and arrived 15 minutes before my estimated haircut. On their board I was #6 in line with 22 minutes to wait. I waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled time until I was finally “on deck.” I waited and suddenly realized they pulled someone who came in after me. I checked the board and my name wasn’t on there anymore with two others on deck instead. I went up to the kiosk and checked in again and was put back on the board in 9th place. What a complete waste of my time. I walked out and will never be back again. There aren’t that many people and there’s no excuse for that to happen. Beware, to get a haircut, you may have to yell and scream even after checking in. I won’t make that mistake again.

I loved the friendly service

Hair cut itself is good. MVP is lacking but I do like to get my hair rinsed after cut. The problem is the wait. Every time I am here there is 3 people working. They do a cut then disappear for 10 minutes or more. Then come back and clean up for the next person. So its about 20+ minutes from one to the next. Its a joke when there is a 2hr wait and ALWAYS WAY BEHIND!!

Unfortunately the lady was nice but butchered and took all the length off and left it so badly and unevenly I had people coming up to me and telling me how god-awful the haircut was and she operated on me with a bloody finger that didnt get properly bandaged I recommending going to a proper barber shop these women do not know how to cut hair and their time management skills are piss poor men stop getting your haircut here there are other small businesses in town with skilled people who properly know how to cut hair this is not one of them

I cant stand not going to Sports Clips! I normally try to find the same hair cutter, I have been requesting Connor. Very professional, very clean looking cuts and takes her time to make sure you look great before you exit the door! Very customer friendly and vert appreciative of her loyal customers! Id recommend requesting her if at all possible but I also would recommend everyone Ive meet there so far! Never have had a bad haircut from here and never found anyone I have not liked!

My friends always told me to go to sports clips. She chopped my cowlick and she knows it. Didn’t want to show me the back of my hair. I will grow out again. I gave it three stars because I was upgraded for a free hot towel and shampoo for my first visit. Plus she seemed like a good person. Does a good fade too.I am not the complaining type so I paid full price. My girlfriend cuts hair and I hear how people are to her sometimes, so I tipped 10$ too.MVP upgrade gets you a facial hot towel and shampoo. The massage is weak.I love extra services and buy product from the right service provider. However the MVP isn’t worth $5. If the massage and facial was better I would consider it.Not sure if I will go back or not. Pretty bummed about my cowlick. Friendly barber and knows the products well.Hope this helps.

They open at 9 so get here at 845. The wait is normally over an hour no matter what time you get here. The hair cut is fine, what you would expect from a sport clips but the wait is always ridiculous.Update: check in on line! The wait isnt as bad if you do.

Hair Cuts are pretty decent, but their approach to appointments are terrible. You cant call ahead and they generally have a couple hours of wait time. I live far from the location and would much rather wait in my house for 2 hours than in their metal fold out chairs.

I go out of my way to try and go here because of the staff. However I called today to get my name down, wait was over 2 hours so couldnt check in online and they wouldnt take my name. I said you want me to drive across town to put my name down and then come back 2 hours later? Response and I quote yes or maybe you should come in when were not so busy. Yep, done with Sportsclips. Youre not the only game in town and you need to remember that before you talk to long time customers this way!

Even with an online check-in done at 12:30 pm (46 min wait, show time of 1:11 pm) and showing up 10 minutes prior to my appointment, they were unable to get to me until 1:45. At which time I had to leave without a haircut because I had to go to work. Honestly not going to bother with getting a haircut here again unless I have an entire day dedicated to it, because I cant even trust them to take care of customers within 15-20 min of the time they tell you to be there. Why should I bother to be on time if they cant?

Had an ok experience here. Got the first time free MVP experience that I thought was lacking... Mostly what I’m chalking it up to is the hairstylists. She didn’t do too great on the shoulder massage or the haircut; the hot towel and hair washing was nice but midway threw my cut another hairstylist came over. She told her the person she just gave a haircut to came back in to get something fixed; as it wasn’t to his liking. I asked to not take much off the top because I wanted to grow my hair out and she whacked my hair off. Also after my hair cut I got out side and my girlfriend noticed I had hair on the side of my face that didn’t get cut at all!! lol I’ll try going again hope next time is better... Oh yeah also one thing I liked is you can comeback a week or two later and get your hair trimmed up for free!

Seriously, I havnt had a bad experience here yet. I’ve been going to this location for the last year. Every time I’m there I get a great haircut, the girls are always great and don’t feel like I paid an arm and leg. Taylor, Bre, Paige, Peggy, Jassmon, they are all great! (I try to see Taylor or Bre cause they cut my hair first), but seriously, best place to get a guys cut in Minot.
