Reflexion Dominican Barber Shop is clean, friendly, and professional. When I walked in everyone greeted me as if I was a long time customer. I was able to schedule an appointment with Marquise. He was on time, professional, and paid close attention to detail so my haircut would come out the way I wanted. I noticed the barbers taking extra care cleaning the shop and cleaning between customers. I recommended this barbershop to friends and family and we all had the same experience. UPDATE: Marcus is no longer there and we dropped Q shortly after. I think he got really comfortable with us and figured he no longer had to be professional, so he started showing up late, rescheduling at the last minute or having my kids wait an outrageous amount of time as he takes numerous smoke breaks. So, hubby and all 3 of my boys now go to Ricky. Actually, his work is the best theyve had in there, thus far. (2 of my sons also went to the owner/first chair right after Q stood them up for the last time, and he too did an amazing job. We started booking with Ricky because the owner was super busy and I understand why. Sorry I forgot his name). Anyway, both the owner and Ricky redeemed the shops name and I stil recommend.Marcus cuts my husbands and toddlers hair and Q cuts my teen boys hair. They both do phenomenal jobs and Im so glad weve found this barbershop here in Waldorf. We were recommended to a barber down in White Plains, prior, but he just didnt do it for us. The atmosphere is professional and clean and I highly recommended.

Rick is an amazing talented barber whom is dedicated to his craft. He creates designs as if theyre tattoos. His versatile ability to cut and style various cultures of hair is phenomenal. This family is blessed to have him as our barber.

Okay at first I didnt care for the place because the first day I went there I left looking like Elvis Presley and Im a black man definitely wasnt happy with that. I decided to give them another chance using a different Barber and hence the fourth star because Marcus did a great job Ill definitely be making an appointment with him again. Otherwise the place is clean the atmosphere is Chill and remember if you go there they dont take cards( the only negative thing I have to say right now, come on guys everyone has a card nowadays, not everybody has cash) overall the experience is definitely four stars.

Jenny does a great job styling my hair. Shes been my stylist for several years, and i have no breakage or heat damage. All the shampoo ladies are cheerful and attentive.

We have been going to Mr. Damien, whose fantastic with special needs children.

I made an appointment with Ricky bladezz since the shops had just started opening up after the pandemic and I thought it was worth giving him a chance. Never again. First of all he was 20mins late. I told him what I wanted my sons hair to look like and he did the opposite of what I had said. The top is uneven, I told him just to trim it but to keep the curls and all he did was take scissors and chop off the top. He even shaved my sons eyebrows and proceeded to act like nothing happened.Absolutely the WORSE barber Ive ever been to, he didnt apologize or even seem to care. This place is unprofessional and if I could give no stars I would. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else.

Was my favorite barbershop in the city. Got rid of some really good barbers. Atmosphere isnt the same. And youre lucky to get a cut now unless you have an appointment. All they practically do now is appointments. Good luck if youre a walk-in. That wait is going to be an hour or more.

I would learn today that without my permission, the barber had my 11 year old write in a review to make him look good when after I got home and had my boys wash their hair, both boys hair was choppy. What makes me even more disappointed is that this was my youngest’s first haircut and it was not even close to the picture that I showed him. I just decided that I would let someone else fix what he messed up. By the way, I had my son erase that review. Shame on you for using my child to benefit your ego, and no it didn’t work. I will certainly be praying for you that you would give quality cuts and that you would be a bit more professional than that. He was kind and carried himself just as a true Christian should.He encouraged me to come back in with my son so that he might fix my son’s cut. I went in at the time he asked, and he was punctual, and I was able to officially meet the owner who was just as kind and empathetic. These men along with one of the other barbers, are all different, yet they exhibited the same behaviors of winning a disappointed client over without overextending themselves. To other barbers, this is how you work your business, just cut out the hardcore and quit yourselves like real men, just as these men did! My boy is happy with his cut and so am I. Thank you for being so humble, genuine, and delicate with the whole situation. Now may the God of Heaven keep you and prosper your business and give you wisdom in all the decisions that you must make in order for business to run smoothly. Had to get an emergency haircut today (Christmas day 12/25/2018), called ahead and was surprised that they were open. Awesome time and friendly atmosphere, the cut turned out perfect, they take their time to make sure that you look good before walking out!Will definitely recommend to the guys here on base! I got there at 12:12pm on a Saturday. Waited until 1:45 pm to get the hair cut and beard trim, left at 2:55pm. The place is nice and clean inside, even though there is a reception area one of the barbers acknowledges you from the back and you are screaming across the room to sign a book. Unless you have an appointment get ready to wait 3 hours. Price is fair $30 for hair and beard. I guess that is $15 each. Music is a little loud but sound system is good. One guy offered me a bottle of water I think that was nice. the guy who cut my hair did a good job!.

I was there on a Thursday the receptionist told me that Marcus could cut my hair on Friday at 3pm. I get there on Friday early around 2 and then he tells the receptionist that he cant cut my hair...very unprofessional....I wasted my time when I couldve gone somewhere else. If he didnt want to do it all he had to say was that he (Marcus) didnt want to do it...lost my haircut and my sons...no way I will be coming back...

No greeting whatsoever but as soon as a brotha walks in he is greeted just fine. I sat there hoping someone would help me out but nope. Nothing. Music was too loud as well. Ive been to Dominican barber shops and I was very disappointed with these guys. I cant rate them on their cuts because I wanted out but based on this single experience, I would never go back.

Trash. Its more of a salon for men. They need to change it to Dominican salon. Not a barber shop. Make sure you make appointment because they will have you waiting for 2 hrs before someone tells you they all booked up. No 1 greets you and tells you anything. They just all over there looking stupid in the face until you say something. Terrible experience. Hopefully this review will help step there game up in customer service. Horrible way to run a business.

I don’t know why the reviews are trash for this place, but everytime I go I’m set straight. No problems. Everyone I’ve seen come out that shop has had a clean cut. Music isn’t loud at all,clean overall. This place is much expensive yeah but... they’re better then Ron’s, just saying.

Came for the first time.. cut was straight.. received cut from young dude in the far back right side. Dude in the second chair to the left very rude. Turned off music to have a personal convo on speaker phone.. like really.. where you do that at.. but all in all was good.

Poor accommodations for walk-ins. Should’ve said that they were booked for the day as soon as a customer walked in the door. Get an appointment, or walk in and wait for 2-3 hours for the short staffed barbers to get to you it’s ridiculous. After sitting for 2 hours was told to come back after 3pm. Ridiculous. Especially for a walk in. Why have a walk in policy if you can’t accommodate them. :( the cut was dope!

Came into the shop and received a top of the line shampoo from the receptionist Nya. I highly recommend you to try it before you knock it.

No one greets you or asked if you have an appointment. I have not been to a barber shop in years so I didnt know you would need one. My suggestion is to greet your customers, ask how you can help or if the have an appointment, instead of ignoring them. I had two barbers walk right pass me. Dont think Ill be coming back .

I actually came here twice. Both times I was disappointed. First guy didnt know how to line a beard to save his life. Totally neglected my neck and everything. 2nd time dude didnt even know what a caesar fade/blowout is. Then when I tell him to give a 2 on the side, he gives me almost a skin fade. I asked to make my sideburns into a point; he fades them completely off. Add to the fact that this place claims to be a Dominican barbershop and theres not ONE Dominican working.Nice staff but their skills are seriously lacking.

Coming from All the way in Atlanta and Unc told me bout this joint here and I can say If I could afford a plane ticket once a week I’ll definitely be here. Very relaxing spot. They gave my son a great haircut.We came back on a Sunday and they were closed early. The phone number on the Facebook site and on the front door is not in service.

Very lazy barbers, I would never recommend this barber shop to anyone. The barbers there take very long and if you are a new customer they ignore you. Even if you set an appointment they still take long and it’s least a hour wait.
