I got my nails done there a couple days ago (dip powder with tips and some nail art) and went back yesterday because i noticed there were like these weird air bubbles in my nails. They were super nice and willing to redo them again but looking at my nails today i noticed the nail art was coming off, and the gel top coating on my thumb had cracked. They were super nice about fixing them but then they didn’t match the nail art on my left hand to my right hand. I told the technician when i went back the issues and felt like one of the stars was going to come off because it was catching on my sheets and and t-shirt’s, she said it just needed to be filed. Overall I think if you just want a normal manicure with just polish or gel, this would be a good place to go. I don’t feel like this is a great place for dip/ nail art. Wasn’t worth the $65.

Ive had a couple of good experiences here, but last weekend I was on the receiving end of a terrible mani/pedi. It was messy, gloppy (check the nail polish before you give it to the technician - I think they have a lot of very old polish), crooked nails, and then to top it off she charged me $20 over the regular price. I said something and got no response so someone else had to intervene. It wouldnt have been a big deal but I was already annoyed at how bad my nails looked. Theres too much competition around town for me to go back. Would not recommend.

I have been getting dip manicures for years and this place is by the far the worst one ever. You dont get a manicure at all, they just apply dip and send you out. They left dried dip powder all over my fingers and under my nails.

These ladies are fantastic! Ive been going here for quite some time now as have several of my friends. Annie, my technician is wonderful!!!The salon is large, bright, airy and very clean. Masks and hand sanitizer are available at reception. Masks are required and covid19 questions are asked on arrival. Hand washing before starting manis is done; nail brushes supplied. Customers are distanced for both mani and pedi services. The ladies are friendly and knowledgeable with several techniques available.I have never felt unsure of the safety in going here for my mani/pedi. I VERY highly recommend this nail salon.

I really wanted to like this place but honestly its just not worth the price. A week after I got a dip, one nail broke. I went in to have a repair done and was told, come back some other time. Its a broken nail for crying out loud!

I wish I got the name of the lady who did my nails last week because she did great. They’re taking all the precautions due to covid19, asking you to wash your hands before starting, wearing masks, put up clear plastic dividers, wearing gloves, and only had 2 customers being catered to at a time. I got a full set, and got exactly what I wanted.

Im usually pretty happy with the service at this salon (they really raised prices though and $13 for gel polish...wow), but today was really disappointing. I got so much attitude from the woman who did my services. I got a rebase and my right hand is shaped differently (very obvious) from my left. When I asked her to try to make the nails look similar she started getting super testy, and kept going theyre different nails. Yeah, thats the point. I think its ridiculous to charge almost $100 for a rebase and a pedicure (that was rushed through), and then get upset with the customer because they want to be happy with the services they are paying for. The thing is, I was only asking for ONE nail to be reshaped, not the entire hand. Then as I was paying the lady taking my money was making it very obvious that she and the technician were talking about me. Ha!!! Ridiculous. There are sooooooo many salons in Denver. This place has always to a certain point kicked attitude, but wow, today was beyond craziness. I guess its time to ask friends where they go. When paying for a service, its not unreasonable to expect quality and zero attitude. I wasnt rude to her, but her tip did reflect her behavior.

My nails will take months to recover after my last experience at Lowry Nail Spa. I thought I had found my forever place there after my recent move to Denver. I had a mediocre experience at another spa and was thrilled with finding a place that could do good powder dip gel manicures - have had about 5 manicures with them and even gave my daughter a $200 gift certificate to the Spa.. A few days ago I called for an appointment with my usual technician and learned he had quit. I asked if anyone else was experienced with powder gels and they said yes. I made an appointment to have a mani-pedi, asking that they be done simultaneously, by different people, allowing the gels to soak for removal during the pedicure. 1) The technician who was assigned to the manicure rushed up about 5 minutes before my pedicure was done. 2) She barely put enough solution on the nails to soak the cotton, and sloppily put on foil wraps. About 5 minutes later, she yanked them off and started using the drill to roughly remove the gels. I should have stopped the procedure there, but didnt. 3) She started to begin the gel dip procedure and I told her the nails were not clean and needed to soak again. She reluctantly reapplied cotton with solution and wrapped the nails. She put very little solution on the cotton. When she pulled the wrap off - again, very quickly - they were still not clean. She started to drill on my nails again and I stopped her. I told her I would not proceed with the gel manicure and that she should just polish them with clear polish. Every one of my nails is very damaged, with deep ridges. One of my nails was bleeding. I have had to trim all down to the quick, almost, as they are all now paper thin and breaking. Ive been having powder gels for about 6 years - and have always loved them - no problems. At my last appointment, with the technician who quit, he told me how healthy my nails were. This technician did not know what she was doing, and was being rushed because the salon was accepting all drop-ins and pushing their technicians. No one was supervising her activities and coaching her. I could do a better gel manicure than she - I know the exact steps. Upon leaving, I spoke with the owner, and she sweetly smiled and said she was sorry that happened to me, and then told me how much I owed. I paid, including a tip, which was not smart, and quickly left. About 10 minutes after I left, I received a call from the owner saying, once again, she was sorry I was not happy, and that she would tell her people not to rush. I will never go back. It is unacceptable that a salon like this doesnt ensure their people know exactly how to perform a procedure like this. Its one thing to get a manicure that doesnt look good, but its quite another to get one that causes harm. It will probably be 6 - 8 months before my nails even begin to recover. Again, I loved this spa, but this one really awful experience, and the lack of any type of gesture to make it right, combine to make me never want to step foot in it again - and to warn my daughter about the gift certificate I gave her to use. Dont be shy about speaking up when you know something isnt being done correctly.

I got a great set of acrylics today! I don’t get my nails done very often and this is the longest I’ve ever had them. They look great. This place was great. I’m not a salon talker and it was nice to sit in peace for a hour watching the guy work. I will definitely be back! Thank you guys!

I went there for a Valentine’s Day manicure. I got acrylics they started lifting and one popped off three days later. The lady who did my nails used old files that had white grit in them from already being used Even though the website claims they pride themselves on always using new tools. Not to mention she cut my finger with the same file. The people were nice but for basic acrylics not worth the price.

I came to get a dip powder manicure. Within 5 days, the dip powder came completely off of two of my nails. Within a week, the powder was completely off of 5 of my nails. I called to make an appointment to get them fixed and was planning on doing so. However, when I called back to see if I would be charged for fixing my nails I learned they would only fix the nails the powder came off of free of charge. If I wanted all of my nails redone to ensure the remaining ones did not also fall off and for my nails to all be the same length, I would be charged 50% of the cost for the full set. I cancelled my appointment and will not be returning here to get my nails done in the future.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and I’m never disappointed. All the girls who work here are professional, friendly, and thorough. I’ve been stressed lately and treated myself to the deluxe pedi and shellac mani and they spoiled me rotten. My mom is moving here soon and I can’t wait to bring her here. Thank you guys so much for your kindness as always!

I love this place! Everyone was so nice and it is super clean. Both gals that helped me made sure I was comfortable since they were doing my pedi and mani at the same time.
