It was really refreshing to see a community of Barbers coming together to provide services to all races and genders. It was a very positive atmosphere, with laughter and fun! My son wanted to come back to hasn’t out with my barber Rico who has always been professional and also entertaining. He made a genuinely great impression when it came to my 10 year old son and that made me come back. It was a clean and comfortable atmosphere. I enjoy coming here and I will continue too with my child. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Today was our familys second visit to the shop. Mr. Melvin cut both of my sons hair, and he provided excellent service and care! Sadly, one of the barbers on staff used a good bit of profanity -- which was unfortunate, first because the shop is advertised as family-friendly, and second, because there are signs prominently displayed throughout the shop indicating that profanity is prohibited. I mentioned the matter to the manager, he took it up with the barber, and the barber then made a joke of it, asking what problem I had, and whether he was too loud. I expect that the barber is good at his craft, but his disregard for the shops standard brought me a great deal of disappointment. Not everyone cares what they hear, or what their children hear, but our family does. Again, I chose this shop based on the advertised commitment to preserving a family-friendly atmosphere. (In addition to the profanity, one of the shows being broadcast on one of the TV screens was inappropriate for children -- a show about sex crimes.) I applaud the high standard which the shop intends to maintain, but today, they missed the mark. Nevertheless, I want to applaud the barber who works at the back of the shop, just in front of the ATM. I do not know the gentlemans name, but he has long dreads. I believe he also wears glasses. Both times I visited the shop, he reached out to help me...and today he went out of his way to open the door as I entered for our second appointment. When I went looking for a manager, he told me who to talk to and encouraged me to do so. A true gentleman. Families who wish to protect their children from profanity and inappropriate images would do well to visit the shop in advance to ensure that their standards will be upheld. Many thanks to Mr. Melvin and the others on the staff who choose to promote a wholesome atmosphere.

Got to see Mr. Shawn Proctor this morning on short notice. He gave me one of the better haircuts Ive ever received. 10/10 and I 100% recommend him.

I came into the barbershop two days ago as a walk in, Melvin was the barber attentive to me, he told me he would be able to cut me next. I waited about 45 minutes for him to finish the client in his chair; it was then my turn. He was VERY professional, VERY down to earth but unfortunately he seemed as if he didn’t know what he was really doing. He took a very long time, one of the young men beside him finished three haircuts by the time he got to mine. I had a family event to attend the next day (yesterday) and some of my close family and friends questioned me about the quality of my haircut, for instance one individual asked did I get my money back because the haircut wasn’t up to par; I felt very embarrassed! All in all I love the barbershop environment, I will be back and next time I will bring my grandson, just not to Melvin. Like I stated VERY nice and down to earth, I wish him the best in all of his haircut endeavors but unfortunately he’s run his course with me. I plan to maybe try one of the other barbers beside him. They seem to be very in touch with the new generational haircuts!

My experience as a new customer was the best I had at a barbershop. Mr. Melvin was very professional and his skills and craft as a barber are phenomenal. As I was getting my haircut I also observed the work of the other barbers and noticed that their skills were on point too.The environment in the barbershop was welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be returning as World Class barbers definitely earned my trust as a customer.

*****Interim Review: I have never been here before, but I called here very recently. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ricky when I called. Ricky is very nice and very confident without being arrogant. He also has a beautiful speaking voice and a very calming demeanor and he has excellent Customer Service Skills and Telephone Etiquette. Ricky very patiently and professionally answered my questions. He then took my cell phone number and sent me a text message that said at the beginning that the text was from him, and that he is my Barber. I really liked getting that text. It was the type of text that made me feel respected as a potential new customer and Ricky knows and appreciates the fact that I could and can spend my money anywhere as far a Barbershop and choosing a new Barber. But Ive now chosen Him to cut my hair and I plan on visiting this Shop asap. I will update this Post asap after my first haircut. Melvin is a true professional! My sons birthday cut was flawless!

Ok, so I came into world class’ highly recommended barbershop in the area. A younger “Fred” approached me telling me he could take care of me. I wasn’t pleased with the cut, nice edge up but the fade was very poor. I was then assured by the older “Fred” that he could give me exactly the cut I was looking for. Needless to say I was very displeased with his service also, as if he cut me how HE thought the haircut should look. Great atmosphere very welcoming, just a coin toss on wether or not you’ll receive a good quality cut.

Nice shop but needs someone on deck 24/7 who can manage the young barbers emotions/language. I felt sorry for the lady there with her young child. Other barbers looked concerned to but no incentive to step up. My barber was not attentive at all but thats their hustle/business -Im not mad- but wont use that barber again. Shop has some quality barbers, I will go back again.

Recommended this previously and in my experience, they cut black hair types great but when it comes to people with mixed curled hair, it is an entirely different experience.Got a cut for my brother and the barber (Ricky? I dont know) was apparently rude throughout the whole process. The haircut felt very rushed and took about twenty minutes — but considering that he left on a phonecall for over 10-20 minutes, that made the process unnecessarily long. Id rather someone spend an hour getting a haircut than being otherwise inattentive.The lineup around the temples was off on both sides, but overall it was decent enough fade. There might be some good barbers here, but some are just not welcoming and that reflects on their quality.

They got jokes but did an amazing job on cutting my daughters hair.

My wife found this shop and scheduled our kids to get their hair cut and they love it. I have been cutting my own hair for six years now so i never went with them. My wife talked me into going with the boys one day and Ricky gave me a fade. Ill definitely be getting cuts from him in the future.

They deserve their rating. Very welcoming and the barber took his time with my husband, he kinda looked homeless, lol. After the cut, the barber even said how great he looked and was excited. These guys are awesome no matter who you are, and the shop is clean and respectable. ( signs for no foul language). We will be back. These guys really love what they do and it shows. They are artists.

Clean, family friendly establishment; Love my barber (Ty) He is the main reason for the 4 stars. Other than specifically focusing on him, Im also looking at the cleanliness and feeling out the atmosphere which has been pretty relaxing everytime I go. I live in Baltimore and I travel here for a cut. Which says a lot. Definitely satisfied.

VERY UPSET. got barber service from a Mr who had dreads style hair, as you can see in the photos, there are cuts along the hairline, on both sides of the head. 5 CUTS. Usually not the type to complain about one or two little scratches from barbers but CUTS ALONG THE WHOLE HAIR LINE? Not to mention poor and unevenfading job with random bold spots..

My barber, K is always prompt and on time. I dont have to sit and wait. When I arrive for my appointment, he is ALWAYS there waiting for me. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable. He also remembers how my kids and I like our cuts. Best BARBER EVER!!!

1st issue ever this week 10/25/2020 @ 4pm.I ask the girl barber what the cost would be to cut my sons hair, taper on the sides and half off the top...she says $22.00...I say OK.Mind you the price board said $20.00 but I guess she added the tip.I am outside due to covid restrictions and let her do her job.My son comes out and his cut needed more work as it was uneven. I sent him back in with a $50,00 bill and said give her $22,00 and have her fix the sides.He comes back saying she was busy with her girlfriends hair and hands me $25,00?I said where is the rest of my money?He said she didnt have change...really?She told me the same when I asked...I would normally go in on her but decided to write a review instead.I will still patronize the shop but suggest you avoid her in the 2nd row on the left...very unprofessional.I initially said I would never tip a single barber in here but that would be wrong.Great job from the others I have used but again...caution with her based off principle alone.

I came in as a first time customer in order to have my undercut touched up. The gentlemen was able to assist me and directed me to Lil Chris. Once I sat in the chair, he was able to assist me right away. As a barber, and as a person, he is a good person. The cut was amazing, from precision to authenticity. I enjoyed his service and i can say he’s obtained an consistent client.

Today I decided to try a new barbershop, which in itself is often times very trying however, this experience left me not only eased/refreshed but fresh. Lil Chris was very attentive to what I wanted and even provide insight and skill to make the hair cut and my eyebrows look that much better. I will be sure to return.

May be one of the BEST haircuts I have gotten. Been to several barbers in the DMV. The only thing was when I was finished up... Handed my credit card over and barber didnt state how much the charge was. Did not match their price listed. I planned on adding a tip for the amazing haircut. I didnt notice until after I left. When I walked in today, I was scheduled for an appointment. Although my regular barber was not there, Spencer stepped in and made sure I was taken care of. In fact, some of the other barbers checked in on me at the time to make sure I was all right while waiting. This shop is unlike no other. You can be serviced in one of 24...thats right 24 chairs!Stop on by TODAY! What are you waiting for?

I would suggest during these times that each barber use disinfectant after each client. At least the chairs should be wiped down since people are sitting in them. I was in there for an hour and noticed NONE of the barbers cleaned after each client. One barber was working without a mask on and had clients coming in and out.

One of the worst barbershop experiences in my fifty years. Fred was one of the worst barbers I ever had and charged us double the listed rate. I wouldn’t recommend this place and not coming back.

It was my first time walking into this barbershop, and it was nothing short of amazing. The barbers get their job done in a “World Class” fashion. Shoutout to Lil Chris for getting me right. This is the best barbershop that Ive ever been to. I love that its located at Waldorf Market Place near to all of our favorite shopping stores. The owner/barber is 1st class! Hes a master barber and cuts celebrities like Ginuine. Ive been going to him for over 10 years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else!

This is the cleanest barbershop I have ever been to. Kiesha (female barber second from the left) is FAR from unprofessional. When ever my son and I come in, we get top notch service. Everyone knows that the prices that are on the board are just an idea and that a barber can charge you whatever they feel their work is worth. If you don’t wanna spend money for good service, cut your own hair at home. Kiesha has NEVER cheated me or been rude. It’s nice to see a female in a shop doing their thing! Made me feel a lot more comfortable. I recommend Kiesha 10/10.
