I had an excellent pedicure today! Very impressed with their sanitation of all equipment.

I got a regular pedicure which was only nail paint no gel. The lady used the gel polish and it never dried since wasn’t put under the light. I called an hour after my apt that the nail paint isn’t drying. The girl asked me to come back and told me that they will fix it. I went back after a day and the other Asian lady said you have to wait 40-50 min and I asked if I can make apt because I have to get home, can’t leave my kids that long but I am ok to come back on apt time, she said she won’t make apt for a fix because THEY DONT GUARANTEE FOR REGULAR NAIL PAINT. I am like I paid for it and it is not my fault that your employee used the wrong type and messed up. She didn’t listened as expected. I left the salon and never got my nails fixed. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I sent a msg to the owner on FB so I don’t have to do it. No Reply.. now what do you say about customer service?? I am very disappointed that I never got what I paid for and my toes look like a 5year old. 😣😣😣

My name is Samantha and my daughter and I came for the first time to your salon and it was the worse experience I have ever had. First we came and I told them that my daughter was only going to get her acrylics and I was not getting my manicure. I received nasty looks and proceeded to still get asked if I was going to get it done until finally after the third ask I gave in and got them done as I was afraid they wouldn’t do my daughters nails. Then they lady I believe she was new and she could only do manicures did my nails and it took forever and she kept messing up on them and had to fix. The final result was awful the white on the French tip was too thick and I had white paint on my skin and if you look closely to my nails you can see the white streaks on my nail that shouldn’t be there.Then my daughter got her acrylics and when she was done they looked so raised off of her nails that they honestly looked like press on nails. She had had cotton stuck all to her nails she had to use a rag to get them off. I did not leave a tip and I will not come back! I was so disappointed never have I felt this uncomfortable at a salon

The staff is amazing and friendly, especially Hannah. The prices are competitive with other local salons, and the staff makes this my go to for acrylic nails. You can’t go wrong here.

Nina does great with nails. However, I don’t like the fact that scheduled appointments are not kept. I come back in and they do not have me scheduled. That is so unprofessional and this is the second time it has happened now. Just over it.

Love this place! Got my nails done there for the first time yesterday because so many people recommend this place. Very nice workers and I got my full set of acrylics done in no time!

Tim did my nails and I thought he did a great job....until I came home. My nail broke off and the gel was peeling like crazy. It’s annoying because I paid $45 for nothing.

I am so glad some negative reviews didn’t deter me from making an appointment because I had a great experience. The check in was easy, I was only waiting about 10 min and got my nails done. Everyone at the salon were very nice. I will definitely come here again.

I went here a few times before new ownership and the new owners have done a great job taking over. I ask for Hannah every time because she is so detailed and you can tell she really cares about the work she does and she’s always pleasant to talk to.

Diana and Julia make my nails look STUNNING!! If i get a design with rhinestones, the stones stay on for A full two weeks. The shellac never chips, and my acrylics never break. And even when the shop is getting busier, they never rush my appointment. They always take their time and do a fabulous job! It’s also very reasonably priced and very clean. You’d be crazy to go anywhere else!

This is the second time we came here & the first time was great and everyone was very friendly and nails turned out amazing! We came in again today and we were the only ones in there for maybe 15 minutes.. as soon as other clients came in we were pretty much rushed out the door. I had a younger girl, she took off my polish with acetone that I previously had on and it was wiped all up my fingers (she never wiped it off and it’s very noticeable) there’s still blue polish on my nails that was never filed off & I got a red polish this time so it shows. I wasn’t going to speak up about anything (just not come back) until I seen my moms nails. She had the younger man & I see several bad reviews about his shaping on here. Her shape on all her nails are completely off & some so narrow it looks (as described by other people... like “fungus nails”) it’s embarrassing and I don’t even want them to fix either of our nails. It’s not worth the drive back, we drive a good distance to go get our nails done there & it’s not even worth it. Prices are cheaper but you pay for what you get I guess smh I would leave 0 stars if I could. Definitely the worst set we’ve ever had. Leaving pictures up top .

I went here recently, got a full set & gel. Later to come find out that three of my nails started to fall off starting at the cuticle. So I had no choice but to take them off because bacteria can grow between the space of your nail & acrylic. It’s really unfortunate because her work was fast, and pretty good. (So I thought...) But I’m pretty displeased because I didn’t have my acrylics on for a WEEK before they started breaking.

This place is AMAZING! I’ve been to so many other salons and this one tops them all. My coffin shaped acrylic nails I have now stay on FOREVER and the way she shapes them is unlike any other salon. I have also had gel manicures and pedicures done here, which all turned out beautifully. If I could rate her work, I would give it 10 stars!!

I have been going to D Art Nails for years! I will not go anywhere else! I feel very relaxed and comfortable around Diane and Julie! Diane is not only my manicurist but my friend. They always hook up my nails! and their prices are really reasonable!

I LOVE this nail salon! Diane has been doing my nails for years. She has always done a good job and is excellent at nail art! Very relaxing.

Dianne is always punctual with my appointments. Very warm and welcoming when i come in. She does a fantastic job on my nails. I go in pick my color and let her do whatever design she wants. They look awesome everytime. The gel never chips or cracks and inwork with my hands daily. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a great nail salon.

Great service and love my French tip gel nails! My only complaint is that they did not file my nails as evenly as I would have liked.

If you want the main girl to be kind to you she won’t be. Very rude & cocky. Will literally charge you for EVERY little thing. It cost me $50 for a fill & gel. Because they charge to take the gel off & they charged for the coffin shape tips. And she didn’t even trim my real nails under neither. I paid 55 for a full set & gel at a normal place. LOL she did a decent job. But it’s a shame there are limited nail salons near. Won’t be back. I’d rather drive an hour & get treated like a paying customer.

None of my nails are even. 3 are crooked and the service was horrible. He made me bleed and was not gentle at all. I paid 40$ for my set and now im going to have to pay more to get them fixed elsewhere. I do not recommend them at all.

Tried a new nail place today. Was not impressed AT ALL. They were recommended by tons, so i decided to give it a try. So i asked her to take my acrylics off and do a completely new set. Instead of soaking them off, she decided to take a plastic nail base for acrylics and SCRAPED my acrylics off. She split two of my actual nails. It hurt so bad i started crying and asked her to stop. She continued even after i asked her to just soak them off. I ended up not even getting my set because my nails were so sore, and still are. Would not recommend D Art Nails to ANYBODY. Two days later and my fingers STILL HURT!

Diane was very disrespectful. I was going to get a full set with my sister and my friend. She was rushing us and telling us to hurry up. We were picking colors out, and she said “you gon hurry up or no” wouldn’t recommend this place at all. T.A nails down the road an is much helpful and better!!!!!!! Very disappointed with my experience !

I called previously to find out the price of a gel manicure in which I was told it was about 35 dollars. Once I got there the girl conviced me to get something called dusting powder, which she said would cost the same price and would last longer. She said it would last a month to a month and a half, which isnt at all true, they lasted about a week and half. And when they fell off my nail underneath looked terrible, not to mention they were all spilt which has never happened to me before. Anyways, once she started to do my nails I quickly realized that i had made a terrible decision. She grinded my nails down to the point where the powder actually hurt when she put it on my nails and my nails looked terrible. When I mentioned it she acted like she was inconvenienced and she grinded them down even more to make them more smooth which was so painful. So after about 45 minutes my nails were done but they were in physical pain. And to top it off she charged me 70 dollars (I got my toes done too) with a ten dollar tip. For a manicure that lasted a WEEK AND A HALF. Would not recommend at all, I would let a toddler do my nails before I would go back to this place.
