I simply adore this shop. I call it a diamond in the cut. The shop is slightly in the cut compared to the other businesses and located in a corner. The service is definitely worth returning. My first time taking my son to get a haircut was last weekend. Upon entry I was pleasantly greeted by the owner and assisted right away. I had an appointment with a barber named Beto. He was as equally pleasant and very gentle and patient with my son. He did an outstanding fade and shape up to his hair. I live in Virginia but I am now committed to visiting Beto every two weeks. Great service and wonderful skill (with the haircut) are always worth the travel.

This post is strictly related to an appointment that was cancelled without considerable notice. I received notice my appt was cancelled without justification, and it didn’t seem to be within a two hour window given that my service was set for 9am, cancellation notice 7:41am. It would have been more courtesy of Tae to have cancelled sooner so that I had ample time to plan accordingly. I do understand emergencies occur; however, as service providers expect their customers to comply with policy, we as customers expect the same. In the future, I hope Tae will consider this. I do wish him the best as I will no longer support this business.

I had a REALLY GREAT experience here! A very friendly shop that gives great hair cuts and great service! Airianna did a fantastic job on husbands hair. All the barbers are excellent though, you cant go wrong here!

Inexperienced barbers who don’t listen and can’t follow a simple picture nor can they follow instructions. And aren’t confident in themselves. Would not recommend this shop

Whoever the barber is in the second chair on the right. Do not go to him! He totally jacked up my shape up. I had to go back and he still couldn’t fix it so got my money back. Never again will he touch this hair. 😡

Trash haircuts ... got my hairline pushed hella back when I told the guy not to push my hairline back. One time I went in before and the guy told me a shape up wasn’t worth his time. If you want a good haircut you have to travel far to PG or DC. Just don’t go. Customer service is garbage. 🚮

Everytime Ive gone to Master Cuts its a great experience. They accommodate all ages from young too old. Like being with family. Never a dull moment,and a very positive environment

Mike best barber of all time, for females and males. I always go him, he really understands your wants and always does a great job.

Never again will I visit this place. They got me and my sons haircut all wrong. My sons cut was so bad I had to request another barber to fix his haircut. My hair cut is a uneven fade. This is the second shop we tried out here in Waldorf. I guess we will just have to start taking that ride up to P.G. again to get a fresh crispy cut. And they charged me $30 smh. If the other guy didnt fix my sons hair they would not have gotten that $18
