My husband took my son to just trim his layers and when he got home I was shocked of how terrible it looked. It almost looked like they did it on purpose, one side of the back is attempted layered and the other completed untouched. The front and front sides are way shorter and not even close to be proportional in the back. I don’t know why someone would cut a child’s hair the way they did, if you don’t know what you are doing just don’t do it, and say you cant cut a kids hair.

Man the place was so full of humor and great people and customers and very funny and talented barbers i 100/10 recommend going there again or if you haven’t twin barber shop is where you need to be . they’ll get you right.

My sister and her husband go there religiously & years ago I used to go but now that I big chopped my hair Im going to start going back. The barbers are all nice and they are very professional. The barber they go to is Keith (who Ill be going to also). He cut my hair and my sons. It came out very nice. Im very pleased. Would I recommend the shop??? The answer is yes. What are the prices??? I guess they are comparable to other shops but for seniors its 16.00 check them out and Im sure youll like them.

My son loves getting his hair cut here. Steven Lancaster had him in & out quick with doing a good job at cutting his hair.

The barber who had long locks did a horrible job. He gave me a cut that looked nothing like the picture I gave him. He cut my hair so that it looked thin and uneven. Did a horrible job and would never recommend getting it cut there to anyone. Would be better off cutting my own hair blindfolded.

Yeah the reviews are right..Came in and waited about 20 plus minutes and during that time one barber finished with a client and left and another barber came in to work and sat down n started watching tv...I won’t be backHorrible atmosphere

The barbers at this shop do a great job! Im grateful to have found a shop that can successfully service a squirming toddler. After moving to the area, my husband tried several shops, but this one IS the best.

Just moved to the area was looking for a new barber and was recommended to Twins. I went months without getting a haircut because I had a relationship with my old barber and we all know how that goes. It was time though. Place was easy to find parking was good, didnt have to wait for a spot to open up. Walked in and was immediately sat in a chair. Place seemed pretty busy, was happy I got put in a chair right away. Bre was the one that assisted me and she for sure hooked me up. Was super tedious during the whole cut. Shape up on point. I just found my new spot and my new barber.

I give my barber Twin five stars because he’s always consistent and I never have to worry about how my kids are gonna come out the shop they are always on point.... you know your barber is good when your oldies child is constantly worry about who’s going to cut his hair if he leaves to go to school. When anybody asks me who cuts my kids here I always send them to this barbershop

Im sure there maybe some really great Barbers here however the Owner needs to work on customer service with the Barbers 1 in particular Malcolm I was referred to him and I regret ever going.. I got there today at 3:45 when I walked in I asked for him specifically, I was told by whom I think may have been the owner that he will be out in 5 min. Well let me say that was the longest 5 min that turned into 30 min no Malcolm then another Barber said to me he will be out shortly I asked him was he sleep?? Then I waited another 10 min then finally me and my kids left. The funny part is I called and spoke with the barber first and asked if I needed to make an appt. He said no just walk in I will be here.. If its all about the money there then thats how the business is ran and thats cool however that is not the shop for me.. so so sad.. how we treat our people..

This is by far the best barber shop in Waldorf MD, Darren is my barber and he does a great job cutting my hair.

Horrible customer service. Walk in for a haircut, wasn’t acknowledged by any one in the shop. Sat there for about 20 minutes lost. This place has no organizational or customer service structure at all. I tried talking to one of the barbers but he was to busy to pay me any mind. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I came into the shop, sat there for 30 minutes and no one acknowledged me, everyone seemed to awkwardly glance every now and then, but no one said anything. Never experienced that before. New to the neighborhood, I have a house full of young men, but unfortunately I wont be back.
