Im new to the the area and decided to get a full set, I googled spas near me and Ava Spa was one of 3 that came up. I read the reviews and took my chance with Ava Spa and I am so happy that I did.. exceptionally clean and very professional.. and I love my full set of coffin nails.. I cant wait to go back😊

Went to Ava nails to get a new overlays. ( I cut my nail every 4 month.) This lady said you getting long are short .I told her short . She said $25.00. I got there at 9:50 am . I did not leave until 10:50 am . This person still want finish . They started talking to other came in.(worker ) At 10:50am this person just filing my nail. Then they asked what color, it was right in front of that person.I picked it up twice.I had to go. Then One of the worker said if you dont have time to sit and wait. You should not come in. Want come back later get polish.(no not after your smart remark.)I was only one there next to the workers. (I did not ask for the works.)just my nails . I want rude just said it be ok.Now the other person charged me $30.00.I asked why when she said $25.00 he said you nail to long. There a picture of my nails how long they are. Remember I had already cut my own nail just want overlays.I keep telling the person shorter.Other my enjoy there visit and relaxing. Am not telling you not to go there. Am just starting what my visit was. This one I did not.

I live in Cary and came to WF to visit my god kids and decided to have a ladies day with their mother. Came to get a liquid gel fill in with NO color and was charged $45. Mind you this is NOT a full set... I have overlay gel over my natural nails. In Cary of all places Im charged $30 for the same service. In Raleigh Im charged $25 for the same service. This is ridiculous and I will NEVER give my money to this Gouging company again. To each his own if you choose to visit here.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise!! I came in for a gel mani/pedi. They did a fantastic job! Took their time, very thorough!! Even took care of my ingrown toenails and callouses. Very friendly and patient. Best mani/pedi I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you!! Highly recommend!!! I’ll be back here for sure!

When I went in the person that I usually go to said it was going to be a 30 minute wait. Which is fine. She asks do you want somebody else to do your nails. A guy did my nails and he rushed through it. The next day two of my nails came off. I will probably not go back.

Attention to detail! This nail salon takes their time and pays attention to doing a great job! My nails last much longer than when I visit other nail salons! Great with kids too😀

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment and when I get there, I waited 20 minutes for the owner to tell me she could not do my nails. I wanted my fake nails removed and an overlay put on my natural nail and she claimed my natural nail would break if she took off the artificial nails....hmmm you’re supposed to be the expert and couldn’t take off the tips? From the moment I walked in the door I felt like she didn’t want to service me anyway. Needless to say I walked out and will never look back and I recommend you give your money to someone else willing to do your nails the way you want. I went to another salon and they came out beautiful and had no issues!!

THE BEST !!! Honestly have gone to many salons in the area.. Each girl does an amazing job! Very clean and courteous. Make an appointment so you will not be disappointed. They can be busy yet do not leave clients waiting!

It was okay. I feel that $45 plus tip for was okay for what was received. In comparison to others that Ive been too this would be my spot to go to as a last minute.

Great place, love them! my fills last for about a month, which is good when youre on a tight budget. if i had to go more than that, i probably wouldnt be able to go at all so great for me. everyone does a super job!

I had went and they had the pillow so hot that they burned my neck and also the lady was saying it was ok. Also i got my toes done I told the guy that I wanted a certain color then the lady dis my nails with a different color. I told her I didnt like it o didnt ask for the color but she didnt want to do it over i did not like my experience at all not worth paying or going

My nails are completely ruined. I have been getting my nails done at nail salons for 6 years. This was the worst acrylic job Ive ever seen. I usually go to a different salon and get gel full set, but I wanted to save money and go here. WORST mistake. The nails started to get loose and come off after 4 days. Some of my natural nails are even broken and bleeding. Its been less than a week since I got an acrylic full set and all but one nail are still attached. I wish I never came here.

They are nice people and do a good job at doing your nails, however- they do not respect your time. I had an appointment at 9:30 (when they open) and I waited out in the cold till 10:00am until someone finally showed up. Every appointment I have had i did not get seen until 20-30 minutes after my appointment time.

Was really disappointed with my experience here. They had no air conditioning and it was blazing hot inside yet they did not offer any water or to move a fan in front of you. Completely ruined the experience, dont think Ill be returning due to the lack of care for their customers.

While customer service was at a minimum, my nails were not the best Ive had done but not the worst either. I had gel tips applied. The glue did not hold up to daily wear. I have had half of my tips pop off since they were applied two weeks ago.

I would suggest this place, but dont be in a hurry. Great for eyebrow waxing as well.

Ruined the shape of my nails...they are now different shapes and lengths. When the gentleman painted my nails he got polish all over my cuticles and the coats of polish are chunky. Highly dissatisfied.

Not impressed. The guy was rough and jerky. They did not do a good job with my cuticles which are extra dry due to winter. 2 of my nails have bubbles. Would not go back.

Very minimal manicures, filed my nails way too short. Wasnt very relaxing. Pedicure was okay though.
