Never go here!! We lost $50 from a gift card that expired when they were shut down during COVID - they would not honor it!! literally no other business has done this and others extended expirations after lockdown. I went here once before and had a terrible manicure that didn’t last more than a day but since this was a gift, I was going to try them again. Guess not! I will never go here again and WARNING do NOT buy a gift card here for any reason! They expire in 6 months- not even a full year and write this scribbling at the bottom so you don’t notice. My husband just assumed the expiration date was a year like any other gift card in the world! When I called her about it and asked the woman she was horribly rude to me and said no way I could use my gift card and then hung up on me! So the customer service is not exactly top-notch either. Choose any other nail place and you’ll be a lot more satisfied than you would be here!

Very Rude & Disrespectful. They skipped over me for almost 2 hrs for a mistake a tech made the day before. They kept mentioning the price both days & got upset when I finally said make sure your quality of service and products match your prices. The lady was thinning the polish for my pedicure because the polish was old and Clumpy. I said that’s when you need to use the money you keep mentioning on new products. Never again!!!

Pretty and quiet, relaxing atmosphere, everyone was kind, and the guy who did my pedicure was great- good quality service, not too long or too short/not rushed. I would recommend and will go back.

I am new to the area and made an appointment on line with a technician. I received the confirmation and then an hour later was asked could I switch the time. I agreed and showed up to my appointment early. I was told that the technician that I chose was on vacation and if I could come back in 20 minutes so someone else could take care of me. I was not happy at all and was on the phone looking for another location while in the parking lot. Jasmine, a nail tech called and said she could take me right away. She told me the price for my service, explained what she was doing step by step, asked me if the shape and size was right, she was very thorough. I appreciated the time she took on my fill-in and polish, very precise and I could tell she cares about her craft. During my pedicure another tech took care of me and she didn’t great me or speak to me the entire time she was working on my feet. Usually they asked you to put a foot in/take a foot out etc…. she literally moved me how she wanted to during the pedicure. I think she was more concerned with the cute little girl next me. Non the less my pedicure was great. I was happy with the end results although there were a few bumps in the road.

I live very close to this location so I thought I’d give them a try. I went in for an acrylic full set, long nails and gel polish. That’s all I asked for. He tried to charge me $125. They must have lost their minds. I told him to break the price down and tell me where each price came from. He said long nails are extra, which I understand because it’s more work. This man points to the tip with the length I wanted and adds an additional $10 per inch. PER INCH. Meaning $50 full set and an additional $50 for the long nails. I didn’t ask for no extravagant long nails. I understand charging extra for long nails but $50 just for the length is absolutely ridiculous. They have to be in there making prices up from customer to customer. Aint no way in hell I’m paying $125 for a very BASIC set and you shouldn’t either.

Sadly, after I left my heal was killing me .... Instead of taking down the calluses apparently I got a raw heel. They did a great job and friendly. I wouldnt recommend the stone pedicure.. that was kind of painful, rock over my ankle bone. But my feet are smooth and refreshed. So .. yay

My last visit was off. I requested a duo chrome with my technician and changed my mind after seeing a customer select a high metallic option I was never shown. Didn’t think this would be a problem since it was a $20 upgrade. Instead because my tech was not skilled in the craft, he didn’t want to do it and complained about learning. He rushed through the first 2 steps of applying with a different tech finishing. Nevertheless, it’s day 2 and my nails are bubbled with the metallic already missing and white polish showing beneath for a $55 service. I can’t say I’ll return. My first 4 visits in the past 8 weeks were great, hence the 3 stars.

This was my first time here and I can pretty much guarantee I won’t be going back. I tried going here because they are close to home, but I’ll continue going to my favorite salon in Cary. My toe has been throbbing because the tech was so forceful when cutting my cuticles. The paint job was rushed and I now see my entire nail isn’t covered. The quality just isn’t worth the price - I’ve gotten much better pedicures for less than what I was charged for the OPI Lavender pedicure. They also need to do better with time management and not rush through a clients service because they are short staffed. I really wanted to like this place, but the service I received was beyond disappointing.

New to the area I thought Ill give this place a try.They did not acknowledge me when I walked in although I had a appointment. The lady who did my nails was amazing! Very friendly! The lady who did my pedicure was awful, not friendly at all. I has hot pink color on my toes, she failed to remove all the color off my toes before applying my new color, although I mention it to her! She did not take her time with my pedicure she rushed through it! The worst pedicure I have ever had. I will not be returning to this place!

The older lady that wear glasses did a HORRIBLE job on my pedicure!! Just look at how she trim the nail below. I was not happy at all and I expressed that to her. And her paint job was horrendous smh. She refused to acknowledged what she did. Never again!

Bad customers services!!! Was told one price and paid another. Nail Technician wasn’t feeling well so someone else had to do my nails I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. My experience was great, my nails look awesome, and Marcela was wonderful. There was an issue with the top coat separating on my nails (I think an end of the bottle issue) that I didn’t notice until I left and had to go back. She was so kind and fixed it straight away!

The lady did my toes good and very nice. The man that did my hands was terrible. He didnt cut cuticles or anything. He just popped of 5 gel nails and polished my nails which I might add came off the next day. Cant get good service anymore 😕😒😪.

Requested a pedicure with Gel polish, and I looked down today (a week later) and polish had come off of 4 nails. I came in on a not so busy morning as well, and the lady was incredibly rude and had me waiting in the seat/water for almost 10 minutes. Really clean and fancy set up which is why I tried this new place.

Pleaae ask for Nina when you go. She is so diverse with all shapes of feet, hands, she can also wax your eyebrows, lips, and she even waxes the peak of my hairline. I have been coming to Nina since they open which is two years. She is honest, polite, and professional. She speaks fluent English and will reply to you on pure honesty.i recommend her

Just moved here and this was the first nail place I tried. So glad I did because this will be my regular place. You walk in and the whole facility is pearly whites. The ladies are so kind and professional. And I got exactly what I wanted, ombre French with dip powder is not the easiest to do.

Very expensive! Even if you are paying for a full manicure or pedicure if they charge an additional $5 dollars for removing nail polish or $13 for your toes for removing polish. They do not tell you this up front. I had a dip manicure and it had to be removed at the end of the visit bc it was sticky.I would not return do to the outrageous charges.

I’ve lived around the corner from this salon for almost 2 years and finally stopped by today and was not disappointed. They were very professional and did my nails just the way I wanted.

Quality of service was less than mediocre. The gel polish had peeled off within 12 hours. I had to return the very next day to have them redone.

WORST set of acrylic nails never already lifting in less than a week. My husband came along for a manicure and pedicure and he’s extremely disappointed. My pedicure has left my toes actually hurting. I went back and they won’t offer me anything. We spent a good amount and absolutely did not get what we paid for.

Today I just got a basic manicure for $20 and the lady that did my nails was so nice! She was super friendly and joking around with me. It made my day :) I wish I remembered her name! My manicure itself looked great too! Most of the nail salons I’ve gone to around this area have cut me or filed unevenly or too short but she did a fantastic job without doing any of that. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I get pedicures all the time, this is the first time I have been to this salon...everyone is so nice. My pedicure is amazing....I highly recommend them!! Nina is amazing!!!

I got a full set manicure and gel pedicure. For my manicure the shape was so off, looked like my fingers were all crooked. Came home and cut them half of the length just to give them a better shape. Then I wanted a design for some nails, they did it but was nothing like the picture I showed to the lady.. so I ended up just repainting the nails with no design.

I got my nails done here recently and my experience wasn’t the best. I don’t usually go somewhere to get my nails done, so I was unsure of how to check in here for a walk in. They did an electronic check in which was confusing to me and no one explained that I needed to check in electronically before I could be served. Once I finally did get seated, the man had me pick a color of polish. The color that ended up on my nails was nowhere near the color that I wanted. I also didn’t want a gel manicure and they gave me gel anyway. Once my nails were done, they looked good but I wasn’t pleased with the customer service at all. My manicure wasn’t what I wanted. The pricing was steep as well. The good things about this nail salon is the relaxing atmosphere and it seems like the nail techs do a good job with nails—but they need to listen to their customers! Overall was not happy and won’t be coming back.

First visit & found salon had lovely furnishings, clean, bright environment, friendly staff.Second visit January 27, 2021. Only thing I do not like is they charge for removing nail polish prior to your manicure/dipping polish service. That should be part of the price.

Im so upset with my nails. I just got it done last Friday and the same day I had cracks all in my polish. I called to inform the salon of this and they asked me to send them photos. I sent the photos and they asked me to come in to fix it. I went in the next morning and the manager fixed the cracked nails. Now today, not even a week later I have new cracks in the Polish and the top layer of a couple of nails are peeling off. I dont even want them to fix it again, Im so mad I wasted my money. This was my first time going to this nail salon. Im only giving them two stars because they did try to fix it. I had sns polish done at another salon for over a year and never experienced this before.

Chappy is just amazing!!! She always always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m having the best mani or pedi!!! I followed her here even though it’s 15 minutes further- she is worth it!!!

I normally DO NOT leave reviews good or bad. But today was my Third time trying this place. I’ve been going to the same guy for 10 years and he retired, so I’m in need of a new nail place/people! I’m loyal a d go faithfully every 2-4 weeks AND can send lots of referrals! I wanted SOOOO bad to love this place, that today was my 3rd time trying it!! And it was so very disappointing again!! Everything I’ve asked for they can never do or have to do 10 different things before they do what u ask and up charge for those. I’m not a nail tech but I am a cosmetologist! January will make 15 years licensed so I do somewhat know the do’s and don’t and cants and wonts. I got my acrylic nails soaked off and then a mani! They wanted to charge me $17 to pop them off with a nail tip- which isn’t supposed to be done EVER, period! THEN I got the basic mani. He filed and buffed and BARELY did the cuticles(which was most important to me and I stated that) put cuticle oil on and had me wash my hands. SN: I had asked for the menu and had it sitting in front of me. After easing my hands I sat down, and he was like okay you are good.. I said I got the mani and I pointed to the Brochure and said I thought I got a scrub and a massage with lotion? He said; “ oh yeah I forgot”??!!!!? And brought a cup with scrub and lotion, not enough lotion for one hand let alone two! So he rubbed a finger of lotion on the tip of my hand and down 4 for my fingers and did the same with my other hand and then put the scrub and said to wash again.?!! So I did and I’m like what about the hand massage, he said that was what they did?!! And I had gotten a mani their once before so I knew that was a lie! Im just over this place! And hate to be, but I wouldn’t waste ur time or money! I never will no matter how convenient it is!

Salon was clean, brightly lit and the staff was friendly. I had a full gel set done and my daughter had a full acrylic set. Very pleased with both. Prices are reasonable and even a few dollars cheaper than other area salons. We Will definitely be returning and hopefully adding another star.

My friend and I came in as a walk-in and we were immediately serviced. The workers were very friendly and funny. The owner did my nails and she did an amazing job. We were offered some Diet Cokes which made the experience even better. Last minute prom nails was a success. Also when I showed my mom my nails she loved it and told me that she wants hers done next time too. Love it! Would definitely come back.

Excellent experience for a pedicure and dip on my nails. They followed Covid protocols and everything was sanitized and clean. My nails were in bad shape from yard work and cleaning, but youd never know it! They look beautiful!

I made an appointment for my daughter and I to have Mother and daughter pedicures for this morning at 10am. We showed up, with masks on, excited to do something fun together since Covid has brought a lot of sadness and loneliness into the world. Why not do something fun (and low risk) together?! Well, I walked into the empty shop and the workers just stared at us. I explained I had an appointment and was told they were not allowed to perform services on children under 12.I hadnt heard that rule, so I googled what the NC health dept said, which was nothing. There was no rule about it. I then called two other nail salons in Wake Forest. Both of them said that they are able to perform work on minors as long as adults are present. Im not sure why Noire didnt want to provide services to us, but I will gladly take our business elsewhere.

Not happy!!! When I saw the price I just knew I was getting extra treatment not the case. I had paper towels in between my toes oh no, for that price and didn’t even apply a clear coat I had to ask for it. I would not recommend!!!!

4.5 Stars here. This is my new back up spot. They are clean, professional, and very accommodating. The environment is relaxing and they have enough staff so the wait is minimal. I am difficult and picky when it comes to my nails. JASMINE wanted the feedback and spent the extra time to get it right! Miss ANN did a perfect pedicure. I live in WF but have been going to my main nail tech in Garner for years but this will be my new back up spot. Their receipt is itemized so you know exactly what you are paying for. Its conveniently located in a nice shopping center too with a Starbucks close by. My only feedback is that they speak a lot around you as a customer, looking at you and your hands/feet which may really bother some people. Overall pleasant visit.

Best nail shop ever. I have been here several times and have seen a different person each time. However, the service and quality of service has always been consistent. There are some who go above and beyond and deserve 6 plus stars. I enjoy this salon and will continue to come back.

There are a lot of nail salons but it’s great to find one with excellent attentive service. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. I had a standard pedicure and it turned out beautiful. As a plus it is next to Starbucks. I’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful pedicures with great moisturizing and exfoliating products that dont have a strong fragrance, which is nice. Gel French manicure holds up 3 weeks at least. Very polite staff. I feel very welcome there. Luxurious interior. Great massage chairs. Comparable prices to other places. They have my business.

This nail salon boasts modern and sophisticated decor and amenities. There is a broad range of polish colors to choose from and the staff is fairly pleasant. Pricing is a little higher compared to other local nail salons but not significantly. Ms. Ann did my manicure and pedicure; she was open to communication about what I wanted and gave me a very thorough and soothing massage! Ill reserve the additional star for subsequent visits and continuity.

I never leave reviews, but my experience the other day was so bad I feel it’s warranted. When you first walk in, it’s quiet and calming. There is a beautiful ambiance as well. I know there are usually growing pains with new businesses, but the customer service and attentiveness here leave much to be desired. A wait is to be expected sometimes, but not over 30 minutes when you’re not busy. People were coming in and leaving due to not being greeted. No drinks were offered, which didn’t bother me. What did was that the technician doing my nails was highly lacking in experience. The sanitation and cleanliness was non-existent— no gloves were used and hands were obviously dirty. It was the worst color change I’ve ever had; very uneven and poorly done. I had to ask someone to be checked out prior to leaving as welI— not even sure they would have asked if I hadn’t. I wanted to try this place out since it’s so close to home. But, I will not be going back unfortunately.

Katie is amazing! She takes her time and always makes sure you have everything you want and are fully satisfied with the experience. Everyone at the salon is kind and gracious from the moment you walk in until you leave. The salon is very clean with incredibly calming music and gorgeous decorations!

I’ve always been quite happy with this place. The interior is beautiful and the employees friendly. I feel like it’s a bit more expensive than some other places, but it’s literally one minute from my house so that’s worth something!

Had a manicure with gel dip and a pedicure. The place is lovely inside. Fresh and clean. I think are still learning a bit but overall it was great. There were several trainees around. I also heard managers on the phone talking about money which is likely awkward. But nails look good and staff is sweet.
