Nice relaxing place, nice people will be back

I’ve done my nails here twice and they were not done well very crooked and bad nail art I asked for simple blue nails with sparkly ring finger and they were $70

I went in to get a full set & a pedi . But I wanted to keep my nails, so I got a mani - pedi and she still charged me $75 . They try to get every penny out of you . So I was not happy with them at all .

First Pedicure. They made me feel comfortable. Overall great experience

Could of been better. My nails are Lousy this time. Make sure your nails are the way you want it. These people dont care to give a refund back.

After having a horrible experience at a different shop I came here to get my nails done. Its quiet, clean, and I love their christmas decorations, so cute. I was treated with care andI will definitely be going again.

I went to get gel nails in the shape of coffin. I was pretty happy with them until looking closer at them.. their a silver glitter. Well their were dips on my nails and even bumps where they put to much on one side. One pinky nail was skinnier than the other some of my nails weren’t shaped right either. Paid $56 for them and one of my pinkie’s nail was completely in touched at the end with no nail polish like they missed a spot painting. Other than that they were friendly and gently with my hand and nails and the size of them were even.

My nail tech was SUPER friendly, and she did a fantastic job on my pedicure and my full set of stiletto nails. Normally, nail places always get my pointer fingers crooked (every single time) but not here!! It is perfectly straight and she was very gentle and never cut me or anything. I am very pleased with this place!

Amy was nice but the whole experience was less than great.They didn’t sanitize the dip powder.She clipped off my personal growth and the proceeded to cut my cuticles at the end. Then proceeded to use the critical cutter to pull off any excess mail polish on my skin.Now my nails are peeling, 3 days later.

So my friend has had amazing results here. Not me. Came in for pedicure. Paid the extra for the premium. Missed the entire foot during massage. Asked that she do the massage. Well that was a waste. Felt like a 2 year old rubbing up and down. Then asked for nail art. Decided to use their examples since I figured they could do those. Nope. Finally just said finish painting. Glad my friend has great experiences here. And even more glad I do t live here and won’t have to come back.

My usual nail salon wasn’t opened and my friend recommended me to go here, I was disappointed with my visit. They took off my last set of acrylics really rough and basically pulled them off. The set of acrylics I got there were uneven in both shape and length. The acrylic was also left on my cuticles and was overall not looking good. I only give this place 3 stars because the nail tech/customer service was really nice. Otherwise I would not recommend coming here.

Been coming here for over 3 years now. I always get great service. Ive tried many salons in Waco but never get the quality of service as I do here.

Just got a full set of acrylics last week and my nails already coming off I don’t think the guy glue them on right but I will no longer come here I paid good money and they shouldn’t be coming off and I also notice when they came off they barely had any powder coving so I guess that’s why my nails was poping off

The only good thing I can say about this place is that they were open when I was on that side of town. This is not the normal place I go to have my nails done, I went for convenience and I wish I had waited and gone to my regular salon. The people were nice enough but the work is terrible. I have real nails so all I have done is a change of the shellac polish. My nails look horrible. The polish is bubbly and super thick, not to mention all over the sides of my nail bed. I asked for them to be TRIMMED very little, they are way too short and my left hand is completely shaped different than my right hand. This is the only time I have ever written a review good or bad for anything...that is how completely disappointed I am with this salon. Not to mention I ended up paying more than at my regular place. If it wouldnt cost even more money I would go have them done again immediately. Maybe fake nails are different but I will not go back or recommend this salon to anyone.

Lumpy polish. I was told they could do a design, but then at the end they said they couldn’t. Now, I’m just left with odd colored lumpy nails and minus 46 bucks!

Mylan did such an awesome job on my nails, she was very gentle and the prices were reasonable!!

My nails are great!!! I have been going here over a year and always get a manicure & pedicure. I have real nails... ask for Kathy or KIm ...they always do a great job. always leave happy & relaxed!!!!

It was horrible, they put on fake nails when I was just going to get a nail dip. I had to ask them twice to get them shorter.

I went here last sunday and i got fake acrylic nails with my cousins. they looked nice and pretty but today one nail popped off out of nowhere.

I like how nice David was. But they are overpriced for a full set of nails with color is $25 for your regular pedicure is $25 and not to mention I got cut and I was left bleeding so I pay $50 to get cut and to have the worst set of nails and toes Ive ever had I would not recommend this place to anyone., they did not use new utensils on customers they do not have clean stuff it is also dirty in there and very very unsanitary

This was the single worst nail experience I have ever had. The lady I went to was the first chair on the second row when you walk in. She was sloppy, hurt me, my nails werent filed straight. She did the worst shellac I have ever seen in my entire life, and it chipped within 24 hours. And she still had the nerve to look at my nails and still charged me $35 for them. I couldve and will now go anywhere else rather than there and I would advise anyone wanting quality work to not go there.

Let me just say - I hate leaving bad reviews.I would not recommend this salon. They applied dip powder to two damaged nails (I asked if it would be okay and of course they insisted). With the extension, the nails were horribly uneven and lumpy. They ended up ripping off four days after and ruining my pinky nail forever. I also got a pedicure the same day and it was by far the worst french tips I have EVER SEEN! I mean really, I could have carved a better line than what they did. Altogether it cost me over $80, which isnt really that bad for a full set and pedicure, but it was sooo not worth the money. And now I will never be able to have all ten nails match because I hardly have a nail on one finger.

Gave this place one only because I have to. I got a full set today and it was not done well at all. The cleanup was bad. I still have residue around my nails that wasnt removed properly. And I paid $26 for it. Wayyyyy overpriced for the kind of results I got. Unfortunately, I wont be going back for seconds .

Came in just to get my nails painted; they did a mini manicure for the same price and my color lasted a week and a half with no chips! That is unreal for me... I normally chip the polish within a few days! The ladies kept trying to get me to upgrade my service, but eventually quit asking and just gave me what I went there & had time for. Very friendly group of employees.

They offer a coupon for threading you purchase up front at a discounted price that you use everytime you come in for the amount of stamps on the coupon

Worst nail salon experience Ive ever had. Unsanitary and the lady that did my nails had worts on every single finger and all over her hands, and she didnt even bother to wear gloves. I was so grossed out and shocked, will never be returning.

My sister and I went there last week to have pedicure and nails done . They did a terrible job her nails already fell of and mine are coming of . Not to say they are uneven . And our toes are so uneven painted . Wont be going there anymore and they charged me $140 for such crappy job
