Had my nails done as a walk in by Jon he was very polite and I enjoyed conversation, I appreciate his time and effort in trying to accommodate the nails I wanted however I was not pleased very well on the work as I found the correct technique on applying flowers to nails, I was also told it cost more to add flowers even if I brought my own. You can get them online for like a dollar, as a business woman sometimes you have to lose a little to gain customers. I know you have to make a profit also due to the labor for the work but just a thought. I payed 70$ plus a tip with cash and card it was a little high for the way these were done. Im disappointed I also work hard for my money. I can see all the nail debris and dust on inside of clear arcrylics as while the nails where being done they were not being cleaned :( but I will give this place another chance hopefully for a better outcome.

Wouldnt recommend. Went in and showed several techs many simple designs and they said they couldnt do any of them, when I asked do they do any designs they told me no we cant help you. So I decided to leave.

Would recommend... Andy for your mani and pedi, and Danny for nails,. They take there time and they take care of you!! Came in from Alabama, brought my niece which is in a wheelchair and they where absolutley wonderful. Great customer service.

They reuse tools WITHOUT cleaning or sanitizing them! I went in for a pedicure with gel nails. The lady grabbed the nail drill her coworker just finished using TAPPED THEIR TOE DUST OFF and proceeded to use it on me. She cut me with the cuticle clippers and them left the other half of my cuticle on. When I tried to ask her to fix one of the nails she painted wrong she told me my nails were to short. Terrible and disgusting experience. I pray I don’t get an infection and loose my toe nails. DO NOT GO HERE!

I had a manicure and pedicure a few days ago and my hand nails are super bad. They look crusty the polish is bad. My pedicure is fantastic though. I had a tech that had short blonde hair. She was amazing and her work was great! I recommend the pedicures as I have always had a great experience. The manicures are a different story.

First time getting my nails done for my birthday. While arriving the male nail tech kept rushing through my nail process. He was super rude and left my nails looking horrible. I expected great customer service but that was not happening. I felt super uncomfortable and felt he was forced to do his job. I paid $70 bucks for horrific service and my nails didnt last me a week at all! The rhinestone fell off the 2nd day. I dont recommend this place at all! Please avoid spending money here.

Best detailed manicures and pedicures in town. My nails have finally grown out on their own using Next Gen. This technique has never worked on me before.

Ive had my nails done for a week and theyre all falling off. My nails usually last me a month....they dont take their time and they rushl. Ill just keep my money in my pocket next time.

VERY UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UNFOCUSED AND DISTRACTED NAIL TECHS. PRICES ARE TOO HIGH AND THEIR SKILLS ON PEOPLES SKIN PIGMENTS WHEN IT COMES TO MATCHING POLISH COLORS ARE HORRIBLE!

This was my first time getting my toes done and the lady didn’t clip my toes or anything, just began to paint them. When I asked her if she could clip them please she said loudly “why didn’t you tell me”. Quickly painted my nails with no base coat while having an attitude the rest of the time.

My 2 daughters got their nails done this past sunday afternoon and my oldest daughter has has 6 nails just fall off and its only Thursday the first 1 fell off on Tuesday . her nails were 70 dollars and definitely not worth the cost

Set a price and then tried to change it at the end & then didn’t let nails dry long enough so they messed up before I got to the car, turned back around and then they wanted to act like they don’t understand English

She did my eyebrows horrible and wouldn’t give me a refund, she cut half of my eye brow off to where it wasn’t fixable and left one thick and reshaped them from square to round after i said i don’t like it

Me and my daughter went in today for mani/pedis, and this was the best mani I have even had! Jessica and Tina were amazing! The gentleman and the other lady were also very professional and friendly. We were greeted when we walked in, offered a drink, and they let my son lounge in the chair next to us. Will be our spot here on out! Great experience!

Wii and his wife Tiffany are EXCEPTIONAL!! Today was my first time walking in. The vibe was warm..welcoming and happy. They Paid So much attention to detail..didnt rush you either. I highly HIGHLY recommend this nail salon. Ive been doing these things for 10 years and ive seen some crappy work but this is the BEST salon by far! I had a eyebrow wax..pedicure spa and solar nails! This is my new salon!

When we walked in all of them were on their phones, nobody came to help us for a while. When we got waited on, I got a pedi and my aunt got a mani, the lady that did my toes was great, but the lady that did my aunts mani messed her whole mani up. She didnt make the fake nail even, there are clutters of nail polish on her fingernails, and the nail polish is already flaking off her nails. The one who did my nails was rushing and didnt do as good of a job as they could have. Joking around and answering their phones like they had nobody there. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Went here two weeks ago to get a pedi and the dude that did my toes act like he did not want me there he painted my toes so sloppy and didn’t even offer me to put my toes under a little fan so they can dry all he said was said thank you come again which I will not my toes look like a little kid did them it was clumpy and chipping off a little poor services wouldn’t recommend
