This is my go-to nail spot, not only is it in a convenient location but they do amazing work. Best thing I ever did! They last twice as long with no chips/peel off. Their chairs for pedicures are massage chairs which lets me relax as I get pampered. Everyone was wearing masks and theres acrylic protectors on the counters. I really enjoyed myself here. Super relaxing. Ill be back!

I was in need of a salon ASAP. Came across this place since it was nearby. Clean and convenient location. It was an average experience. Told the lady when I entered what I wanted and was sat down immediately. A beautiful, CLEAN and professional spa plus it affordable!!!! Even when their busy there is not an extreme wait... I love this place and highly recommend it!!!

The shop has a lot of colors for you to choose from, the staff here are very enthusiastic and attentive. I am very satisfied, I will bring my mother to experience next week!

Me and a friend came in during the week to get pedicures. The salon is VERY hygienic, always cleaning pedicure and manicure stations between services, and keeping the over all appearance of the salon to a high standard. They were able to get us right in, the deluxe pedicure is the way to go by the way!!

Best in Waco, Hands and Feet down!! My mother indulged in the Mandarin pedicure with salt scrub, parafin wax and hot stones, i indulged in the Hawaiian Sea with the salt scrub, parafin wax, hot stones AND a 5 minute shoulder massage! Both of us ended up getting a basic manaicures because we wanted even more pampering! This is our new place!! We look and feel (even smell) awesome!!!

Mylan was amazing! She had great customer service and really invested in the massage part of my pedicure. I have had bad experiences before with so I went with the low end pedicure and Mylan did not disappoint. It blew the more expensive ones I have splurged on out of the water. Will definitely be going back.

Got nail fungus on both big toenails and lost both of them. Months later, I’m still trying to recover. They are not back to normal. I’ll do my own pedicures from now on because it’s not worth it to lose the big toenails. I used to love this place but I won’t trust any place now. Not worth it.

Customer service is not a priority I expressed I didn’t like a color and wanted something different and she said no it looks good and it’s been 2 days and they’re all chipping! I also only wanted dip and she kept saying they could only do gel.

We called in on NYE to get pedicures. They were closing early but stayed open for us, offered other services (which we obliged 😊 a manicure and full set) and then did a wonderful job while giving stellar customer service! They didnt rush us out and they werent rude. I WILL be back!!

Bad busisness!!! Dont spend your hard earned money with this ungrateful company! They close at 7pm I get there at 6:25 with my wife to fix one nail and they said sorry we are closed for the night its to close to 7pm!!! How unprofessional most business will stay to help their customers not to mention to fix one nail they would still be off in time! Worst business for nails, on the other hand I went to nail 2000 and they had a building full and still helped us after hours, great place give them a try

Been getting acrylics done here for about a year straight. Super nice staff, but sometimes nails can be a bit crooked and with a few hot spots where the nail was filed down too far. Not a big deal, this happens a lot with acrylics. They were happy to fix my manicure for free when I screwed it up which was super sweet.

Nice people, but the lady who did my nails did not listen to what I said I said I wanted my nails cut and she argued with me telling me to keep them long, was not worth the price!! I was very dissatisfied

Unfortunately the worst gel manicure I have ever received. Ive had 4 nails polish lose their adherence to my fingernails in less than a weeks time. Ive already gone back twice to have those redone and would now need to go back a 3rd... Truly poor service. Thought I would try a new salon, but I would NOT recommend going to Zizis.

I have been coming here for 2 plus years and today I am sad to say is my last time coming here. Why? Because one, I am a diabetic therefore I need extra care on my feet which at this location has always been done. However today, the tech doing my feet managed to snip/cut my third toe on right foot, not once but twice. Im not saying this place is bad but because of how much I take care of my condition(diabetes) it is now time to find someone who will be on the same page as I. Yes, every time I come in I mention it as well as not getting my feet shaven with the metal tool because one simple cut can cause a serious infection. For those that are like me, please make sure this doesnt happen to you as this can either be a serious matter or just a small scare. Either way, time to find someone and something better. The tech did however apologize but that will not work if I end up with an infection due to it.

Literally the worst customer service. Went there with 3 friends and each of our nails came out horrible. Went in with almond shaped nails to get a fill ... he asked if i wanted it shorter, i said yes... he files them almost all the way down and then completely changed the shape of my nail. He was pulling on my arm, rather than handling my hands gently. Left a broken nail on my hand rather than taking it off and restarting it. Freaking terrible.

The prices are reasonable, the area is nice, and I like the drinks that come with the services. The first time I went, I couldnt have been more pleased. The massage was excellent and the nail job was excellent - it stayed for weeks before chipping and looked great. I came back a second time, had a different nail technician, and a it was a let down from the first time. The massage left much to be desired. The nail color didnt have enough coats and was uneven, it was chipped on multiple toes by the next morning. I will probably come back, but I will pay attention to who I am getting assigned to.

Dont go there after a week my toes were already chipping the paint they forgot to out top coat on until the very very end they evem spilled nail polish on my cousins sperrys and acted like they didnt do anything they lady doing my peridcure was also so soft like she didnt want to touch me or massage my legs that or either she was lazy dont waste your time here i thought it would be nice since they just opened and it was new but i learned my lesson

My go to nail salon. They do the best coffin & almond shaped nails. Huge selection of gel colors. I broke a nail a couple days after my service and the tech fixed it with a smile & at no charge.

What a disappointment!!!! So the first time my sister took me here I loved my nails and was pleased with their services. Well the 2nd time I went they were being rude and getting very impatient and upset with me because I didnt know what color I wanted. AFTER finding my color the person who was going to do my nails decided to go ahead and do someone rules nails which was fine but the person who they asked to do my nails said I couldnt get fake nail with gel then he called over someone else and she tried to explain to him to do my nails and he said he didnt do fake nail just dip with natural nails she started fussing at him and he asked me to ask someone else to do them and I said why cant you ask you work here. Finally I said nevermind. So today went on my lunch break and schduled an appointment for 5 with Amy and she was like yes I will do them. Get there and told them I had an appointment with Amy and after waiting for 10mins they said Amy went home early because she was sick. I asked if someone else can do them and they said I had to wait half an hour. Im so done I believe they are racist because Im a sweet person and dont understand why they are so rude to me but I will never go to them again for racial profiling me. EVERY TIME I go there is a problem. Not again!!!!!!

Called ahead for availability for two people mani/pedi and have been sitting in a pedi care for 15 minutes now, no water, no service of any kind. The employee that lead us back to the seats snipped at us rasing his voice and rudly told us to go sit, and now completely informing me the rest of the staff following suit. Do not waste your money horrible service and employees.
