First time at Valvoline for quick oil change instead of the traditional scheduling with dealerships which is a hassle if all appointments are filled already. Franco was quick and professional even double checked with me if anyone else showed me the oil dip stick to make sure it was changed and leveled with oil. He even let me know my next oil change the air filter will need to be changed instead of pressuring me to purchased one. Thank you guys! You’re the best.

The person who began the process of pulling in did not know right from left.. after he completed that he had to leave to go downstairs and then briefly came back to check a fluid level. Rude very heavy set man, not funny or amusing. . He did not really talk very much as I really did not want to hear what he had to say. My email coupon was not honored. Evidentially, they are not in their system, why not? The filters were not checked, but washer fluid was added. Never shown clean dipstick. I also was not given a sticker for the window showing oil change date and mileage. This store/shop needs change quickly….. unfortunately the reputation is out in the community as the place not to have your oil changed…..

Service is good, and fast. It is expensive. Yet, youre not going there to save money, youre going there to take less time. Recommended if you need this service.

Highly recommend this Valvoline shop. Not only were they very thorough, had excellent service, fair prices and totally awesome customer service! Oconomowoc is a little bit of a drive for us but this is where I now will go for all our oil changes on both cars!

Michael was very professional and provided great customer service. This would be a 5 if he was the only person I had talked to. The man I spoke with before him was difficult to understand through his mask (which I don’t blame him for) and was only getting grumpier as I was having problems understanding him. He quickly asked Michael to take over and the rest of the experience was as great and getting your oil changed can be.

Get your online coupons. The guys were quick and very friendly. Didnt try to add on a bunch of extras either.

Fast and thorough, not at all cheap. Its convenient to go thru for a quick oil change but you will pay close to $100 for a full synthetic oil change. You are allowed to bring your own oil and filter to save some money!!

Said there was a 45 minute wait when it was 15 trying to get me to leave. Then they didn’t have my oil filter (that happens). Then when I asked if they could rotate my tires because I’m here he said “I won’t hate you but we are really busy”. There was steady business but pretty obvious they did not want to work.

I opted to leave before having the actual oil change. I understand everyone needs to start somewhere in the working world in order to move forward with life you must gain experience in a field but please have an experienced counter part assist and over see that individuals interaction/work with customers so they have a fair chance. My confidence level in a quality product or performance with the employee I was assigned ended quickly within the first 3 minutes of entry and discussion. You must have the motor running to get an accurate reading of your automatic transmission fluid...🙄

They stripped my drain plug, then couldn’t get it out. Told me to come back the next day because apparently there’s only one guy who can handle/fix it. Came back the next day as instructed and was told that guy wasn’t there and to come back again. No attempt to make things right other than empty apologies.I will not come back to this Valvoline again due to this experience, even though I have been using them for years.

These guys really know what they are doing! The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. The oil changes are fast and thorough. Its also super easy to find coupons for valvoline so you can save some money. I also liked that the guy who helped me actually explained the difference between all the different oil types. I will be back!

I want to give a huge Thank You to Bryan Johnson for helping me out this past Sunday morning. Ive gone to this Center for many years, however, I was experiencing a drain plug leak after an oil change from a dealership in December. Bryan got me in right away and fixed my issue quickly and at no charge. I cant thank him enough for going above & beyond for me. Went in for a routine oil change + tire rotation, ended up having multiple stripped studs from a previous improper rotation at Walmart. To remedy the issue, Bryan went across town in his own car to pick up parts and replaced them quickly. Great customer service by all team members, fantastic experience, saved me from a potentially devastating accident in the future. Recommend 10/10.

It was amazing. Our Jeep, out of nowhere during the winter holidays at a gas station off the highway wouldnt start. We called and the employee eventually said Im going on lunch anyway, why dont I come by and check it out.He came by checked it out, diagnosed it after a few tries, and got it started. We drove to the shop.The staff was more than kind, helpful and people people. They worked and conversed well with us and the vehicle.They let us know much that we didnt, worked on many things in quick time that helped and kept us safe.We were thoroughly impressed with this Valvoline specifically.Ive driven all over the country and worked with many mechanics. Never before have I driven away with the satisfaction that I felt that day from the staff at Valvoline in Oconomowoc.Thank you boys

Jacob made sure we knew about our transmission leak, which we promptly had taken care of at the dealership. The guys always do a great job, even when theyre busy busy busy all day every day.

I have been here multiple times with 3 different vehicles over the past year and every single visit has been excellent. I am amazed at how well they have streamlined the oil change process and added simple suggestive sales that are convenient but not pressured.

I highly recommend this Valvoline location. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful. One of the employees fixed my clogged windshield wiper at no charge. Another time, I was on my way to a relatives funeral when the light came on that my oil was low. I drove over there but there was a 10-15 min wait. I couldnt wait that long. One of the employees brought out some oil to my car so I could be on my way. Then I stopped in the next week for my oil change. I wont go to any other oil changing place.

Went to get oil change, did great job had gotten in two small fender benders weeks before, back bumped damaged and loose, front bumper loose and cracked, offered to see what they could do and Bryan fixed back like new, and fixed front well! Back looks good as new and front is good enough to get by until serious fix! Totally went above and beyond, very nice, super awesome guys there! Never going anywhere else! Thanks a bunch!!!

Krista and Corey were amazing and helpful when I came in. They even put my new wiper blades on from a different store even though at first we were all worried they wouldnt fit, but they worked on it until they finally did! They were so nice and laid back which made me happy with my decision to go there in the first place. They give you the price for everything before you buy it and dont try to upsell you unless you want.

If I could give them a 0 star I would, I have a 2017 Colorado they didt put o rind in right on oil filter so it was dripping all over my engine and exhaust. I drove with my kids to new Orleans and had to have a oil change place here fix it and charge me 100.00 for a new oil change and fix there screw up no one at valvoline checks anybodys work kids no manager to be found I call today no call back.from anybody I will be passing this on to all my customers of my business

I was on my way to a family event when my Jeep wouldnt start back up after a gas station snack stop. I called Valvoline and was put on the phone with the Car Guru, as they called him (Brian seemed to be another name he went by). Even though he was on break, the Car Guru himself, drove to the gas station I was stranded at and managed to get my Jeep started up. We agreed it was a good idea to get a closer look under the hood so he called a head to let the rest of the guys know I was on my way over. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and knowledgeable!! They were able to fix the Jeep up and had it running better than Ive ever known it to. I couldnt have broken down in a better place. It was such an enjoyable experience at the Oconomowoc Valvoline that even though I missed my familys event, the guys here made it feel like I was with family from start to finish. I would go out of my way to come back to this shop.

This location does a great job with customer service. Friendly, diligent staff keep you updated on everything they do to the car with total transparency. And you never step out of the car. After a coupon that you can download/print from the website a basic oil change starts at $36 after tax.

I went there for a simple oil change and they told me something was very seriously wrong with my car. I took it straight to a real mechanic Scott at Scotts Payless Tire in Watertown. Scott and Paul are always honest and fair priced. They told me yes it will need to be fixed eventually but it wasnt the end of the world. Scare tactics in my opinion. Thinking the old lady either was to dumb to know or too dumb to have a decent mechanic.
