The girl at the front desk was absolutely the worst...Usually we go to organic sugar waxing down the street at 675 N. Highland Ave and they are friendly and professional. This star is not for the service itself just with the customer service experience we had.

My experience was amazing!! When you walk in the smell is wonderful!!! It smells of peaches and its very beautiful and neat! They greet you like you are family! When you go back the rooms are clean and sanitary each door has the name of your wax techician and after you are finished with your service, you get a warm wet towel roll in sweet peach brand packaging!! Very professional she also provided me with a few free samples!!! Loveddd it!

I cannot recommend this place enough! As a travel nurse, I’ve been coast to coast and gotten Brazilian sugaring at nearly every location. Nothing has come close to Sweet Peach! They have truly mastered the art of quick and less- painful sugaring! After yet another horribly painful experience, this nurse will legit be flying home every 6 weeks to stop in here....

Michelle was phenomenal, kind, and did a great job. I would recommend her to anyone, but especially first timers. She made it as painless as possible. Will definitely be going back!

I went in for a wax and ended up with half of my eyebrow waxed off. I leave this review to be honest so people can have the heads up. My face looked absolutely ridiculous & left me in tears when I walked out, so heads up if you’re getting an eyebrow wax. However, the manager on duty was so nice and great/professional to try and fix it! I’d definitely go back to see her but be careful with anyone else.

I really love the atmosphere and cleanliness of the facility but the receptionist needs to be more friendly and courteous to the customers. I called to make an appointment and her tone was very unpleasant and not welcoming. If I were a first time customer, her demeanor and lack of personality over the phone would’ve promoted me not to schedule. However; bc I’m taking my daughter for the first time, I wanted Liz to complete her wax. After reading the reviews other customers feel the same about the receptionist, which means she needs a training in customer service.

I have been to most of the waxing places in the city, and Sweet Peach is the best BY FAR! It was quick and ALMOST painless, which is new for me. I definitely recommend it!

It was clean and hygenic. The wax itself was gentle I didnt experience alot of pain. The only issue I have is that they missed a few spots so when I got home I noticed their was still some hair in a few places.

I used to love it and it was the best place to get waxed but lately they have changed a lot since I first started going. I was going to the one in Virginia Highlands now I am on the look for another waxing studio. If you make an appointment they will now ask for your credit card and charge you if you cant make the appointment. I was a really good customer and spent a lot of money there. I, not once, had to cancel or was a no show but I dont like giving them my credit card info and having them charge me if I dont show up (what if there was an accident on the way, you know how Atlanta traffic can be). Additionally, they have a policy (which I understand, but dont agree with how they handled it) where no spouse can wait in the waiting room for you. I understand since the waiting room is small and they want to protect the privacy of there clients so I had my husband take a walk till I was done. Once I was done and getting dressed I called him to let him know to start heading back since I will be out in about two minutes. He was closer than I thought so he came back and the moment he stepped inside the receptionist started questioning him and was very rude. He told her that his wife was leaving and he was picking me up. She was very rude and made him leave. I was literally walking around the corner, it will not hurt anything for him to stand there for two minutes while I walked around the corner. I used to get a at least five items done most of the time I went (I spent a lot of money there) but they have lost my business. Just wanted to let you know how frustrating it became, I used to love it there. Great atmosphere, but not anymore. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, there are plenty of other waxing places that are just as good

Love their services! Inside always smells yummy and the services are always exceptional! A Brazilian Wax takes no time. Literally in and out in under 20 minutes! I look forward to when I can get my free earned wax.

I had full eyebrows when I walked in this place and walked out with one eyebrow waxed in half and the other had a sliver of hair left. The shape and fullness of my brows are completely ruined. I’m crying in my car right now. The staff was very sweet and professional, but I just spent $15 only to have to wait another month for my eyebrows to grow back and try a new waxing place all over again.

My first visit and very first waxing; May 4. For my birthday I decided on getting it done and I must say it wasnt as bad as I thought or heard. Hope was phenomenal. She was very informative, professional and fast. Thank you again for taking your time to make me feel comfortable.

The place is beautiful and the woman who waxed me was the sweetest person ever! My only hang ups were the parking because it is a downtown area but also the when I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist was not kind on the phone. It was disappointing because I was making an appointment for my birthday and it really spoiled my mood but the kindness from the actual wax professional made up for it!

I love this place! I did try other waxing places but, I feel like Im visiting my friend Liz who just happens to wax me too... Theres a level of care that goes into every appointment that makes me want to come back every month. From the moment you walk in the door I feel welcomed and comfortable. Liz, Ally, and Angela are all amazing at what they do! Liz is so funny to me and makes me feel comfortable while handling her business. I try to tell all my friends to come here, its AWESOME!

Monique is the best at sweet peach. She makes you feel comfortable and isn’t one of those pushy techs. All of the staff is friendly as well if Monique isn’t available I’d definitely trust another staff member because of their professionalism.

Visited Sweet Peach for a wax while on vacation and I must say Liz was amazing! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made me comfortable. The salon is super clean and presentable-- makes me want to take a 3.5 hour drive each month just for my waxing! :)

If you’re a first timer, ask for Hope. She is knowledgeable, fast, and friendly! She helped me understand when wax vs. sugaring made sense, and I had an all-around comfortable experience.

A peach deserve a peach wax

I just left after my 1st visit and I am very impressed. This place is the best.The facility is clean, and their products and wax are excellent. Christina is extremely friendly and funny. She makes the whole waxing situation a whole lot less awkward. She does a great job and makes sure to give you all the information you need to prevent in-growns, etc. Package prices are reasonable and like I said, everything is outstanding.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Sweet Peach! The women at the receptionist desk were super friendly, my wait time (if you could call it that) was less than 2 minutes and everything from top to bottom was spotless and organized. Maria is the BEST, she communicated with me every step of the way and I was more than comfortable! I have visited different waxing establishments in the past and none compare to Sweet Peach.

Carol needs to no longer work at this practice. Point blank period. Ladies, beware before you book with her. Extremely rough and just doesn’t take the satisfaction of the customer serious enough.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Sweet Peach, but yesterday took the cake. My wax with Flavia was the least painful wax I’ve ever had which when it comes to waxing is the highest praise. I have super sensitive skin and am typically red for 48hrs after but here we are 12hrs later, perfectly fine with no sensitivity. Love Sweet Peach and Flavia!

I went to the highland location and it’s such a cute boutique setup with private rooms for the actual service you’re getting!!! It smells so good with a very inviting atmosphere! I got a Brazilian sugaring, by Danica. She was really nice and understood that me and pain aren’t very good friends. She told me what to anticipate and by the time I started getting antsy she was half way done. Now to be honest ppl say sugaring is less painful than waxing I would say let the individual decide on that one. I mean after all hair is being pulled out of your skin so the pain factor is still there. The difference in sugaring is that the sugar paste attaches only to the hair unlike wax which attaches to your hair and skin which can cause waxing to feel more painful... Danica talked to me through the whole thing and it helped keep my mind off the discomfort. After she was finished with my service she gave me a moist towelette and left the room so I could wipe any of the sticky paste off and get dressed. I wore a dress so all I had to do was pull in down. I recommend wearing a dress or skirt, not a one-piece or you’ll be basically naked on the table... The sugaring process is less messy than waxing, I didn’t have much to wipe off afterwards. They also sell body scrubs lotions, and body soap/wash which all smell delicious! Over all I had a great experience and I’ve preset booked my next months appointment. Need less to say I’ll be back and I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to get sugared or waxed!

This place was amazing! I had my first wax here and my Sugaring Expert was amazing! The facilities were very clean and it took 15 min for my Brazilian. She remained calm when I wasn’t and walked me through the whole process! The second time was much easier than the first and I plan to keep going back!

I had to wait about 10-15 minutes after my appointment time but I was accommodated for the inconvenience. My overall experience was GREAT! Today, I had an incredible esthetician named Danica and felt obligated to post a review. I will be returning to see her, she was very thorough and friendly.

I love Sweet Peach. It is one of only 2 waxing studios I would recommend in Georgia and of the two it is by far the more ambient. All the staff are great but I particularly like Racquel, Tanya and Liz for waxes and Angela for facials. The price is hard to be beat and you get even more for that money than you would at one of the overpriced and frankly less stellar wax studios in the city. They are fast, professional and friendly and I am always pleased with the finished product. Ive converted many of my friends to Sweet Peach. You honestly should not get waxed (or sugared) anywhere else in Atlanta.

Best Brazilian wax Ive ever had! I hadnt waxed in two years when I tried out Sweet Peach and I was very pleasantly surprised. Not only was the process quick and thorough, but the results were so much better than I expected (even though I had been shaving for two years, almost every single hair was waxed off with little pain and irritation.) I would recommend this studio to everyone, and I cant wait to go back and try the sugaring next time!

This location is busy but well organized. Raquel is the owner but still provides services which I think is AWESOME. It is extremely difficult to find her at this location so I sometimes travel to the Sandy Springs location just for services from her. She is super sweet and makes you feel comfortable right from the beginning. Raquel is very professional, knowledgeable and trains all of her staff. Her technique is fantastic!I love that there is the ability to book online. I have never had to wait longer than an appropriate few minutes. I have even been taken before my appointment time on an occasion. The atmosphere is nothing short of sparkling clean and the Sex in the City episodes in the rooms was a very cute idea!I was routinely getting waxed prior to coming to Sweet Peach. I was referred here by a colleague of mine who did sugaring. I must say that I like sugaring way better than waxing. It is a completely different technique but done quicker and it is less painful. I have also found that it lasts a little bit longer than waxing. Definitely worth the money.There is metered parking at this location but I have not had trouble finding a spot.TIP: BE ON TIME. They are VERY strict about time because they are so busy! Dont think twice about calling even if you are running 5-10 minutes late!

The parking for this location is a pain because if there isnt any on street parking with the meters then you are taking a risk with your car being towed and traffic is always a pain. However, Tanya is a my preferred person at this location. She is wonderful at waxing, sugaring, and spray tans! And its a very cute store front and merchandise selection. Definitely worth the try!

The esthetician I had made all the difference with my experience here. I have gone for over a year and always had Maria, who I enjoyed. She recently quit and I am very afraid to try any of the other ladies. I had someone by the name of Ally before who seemed very unsure of herself and how to do a Brazilian. Worst. Pain. Ever. I wanted to run out without getting cleaned up! (That bad). Other than that, I have loved this place. Will slowly find someone to take Marias place, but its going to be hard.

Easily my favorite studio in the Atlanta area. I frequent both the Buckhead and VaHi locations and haven’t had a bad experience yet. At this location, i recommend both Liz and Taylor. I have had to make last minute appointments for vacations and have been treated well by both of them. The rooms are always clean and the studio smells amazing always. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Quickest eyebrow cleanup Ive ever had. No care or technique was used. Would not recommend.

Hated the experience and wasted $40 that would not be refunded. I went to have the sugaring hair removal done. I was told that it catches more hairs than regular wax and your hair does not have to be as long. Apparently that was not accurate and my hair was too short for the sugar mixture to latch onto. NO hair was removed. The employee at this location did not advise me my hair was too short and started sugaring it. She then tried to tweeze what was not removed but had no time because of her next client. Dont waste your money on the sugaring without a test spot. Wasted trip.
