The neighborhood is very neat and beautifully decorated. Staff was very helpful with the move in process. I would definitely recommend Canyon Springs to friends and family.

I have lived here for almost 2yrs now. One of the best places I have ever lived. Doesnt really feel like I am living in an apt. It is a quiet area and gated community. I havent had a problem with anything here. Xavier, the maintenance man, is very fast and does a GREAT job at getting everything fixed. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to live in this area.

Dont move here, when we live they Would not fix the water damage or the heater even after you would ask them to come fix it many times.there is dog poop everywhere and never get pick up

A truly great community with beautiful apartments. But more important is the quality and professionalism of the staff. As I had to move due to medical issues, Bailey took extra care to rent the apartment as soon as possible since I was paying off my lease. She has been an excellent manager and has taken great pains to serve the community.Also Xavier, the maintenance man, is extremely knowledgeable in his work and provided me invaluable assistance during my move. He went so far as to help me load my car, as I was physically unable to carry things down the stairs. Couldn’t ask for a nicer person.In summation, they are an outstanding team and, should the occasion ever arise, I would have no qualms in living in any place these two worked at.

I love it, very pretty but no pool or gym. it needs at least something fun to do. a little bit boring

I have had an issue with my kitchen cabinets since I’ve moved in and almost a year later it’s still the way it was when I moved in. The front gate is constantly open so there is no security here.

Bugs. Very small inside.. not worth it..
