Without these people I don’t know where I’d be! Me and my husband have been through it all while living here and had a baby! From the time we moved in they’ve been nothing but helpful. We’ve hit so many bad times and they’ve helped us around them all, always being understanding and helping out. Everytime I call for a work order they follow up the same or next day. Nothing bad to say about this company! They are so awesome. Got us to where we needed to be with their great prices and wonderful, understanding staff. Thanks!!

Place is old but maintained well. All Bills paid fully furnished. Great for student and elderly on fixed income

Lived here for a year, and they never got rid of the roach problem. Also claimed I didnt give them 45 days notice that I was moving out at the end of my lease despite the fact that I told them when they called me. I have no proof of that though so I guess Im just out $150 for the deposit after spending two days cleaning everything. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Lived there for two years. There were a lot of bugs and neighbors are smokers and the office did not help at all. The worst thing is that you would not get your deposit back after you mover out. They will use any excuses as they want to avoid giving you deposit back even though you clean your apt as neat as five star hotel! Definitely persuade you not to move to any of UNIVERDITY RENTALS apartment! DO NOT!!

The staff is wonderful. Best prices in town. Ive never had a single problem and I lived in multiple apartments of theres. The manager mrs. shara is the sweetest. She just makes you feel at home! I plan on staying here through out college and maybe after too.

I moved here to save money. There are bugs abound, and the neighbors are huge smokers. The office is really unwilling to do anything to help this, and they should disclose that this might be an issue to potential tenants. I would not recommend and wish I could get out of this leasing agreement.

Not good, they tryed to set me up with the smallest apt known to man for 500.00 a month. They called it the closet, because its sooo small

It was really terrible experience I’ve ever had I wanted to move there because my work place is near by these apartment but the lady who work in leasing office she wear glass she was so raciest she didn’t even gave me the information about the apartment she talk so disrespectfully with me she is so horrible I can’t even imagine how the management giving her job there😢😢😢
