I lived on a property managed by this group and I found Alissa and Alison to be so kind and helpful. They were always very attentive to my needs and understood and listened when I had concerns. When it comes to working with a property management office, I find that being patient and personable and friendly matters if you want to be treated the same way :)You can consider that a pro-tip😉

Ginger, Brian, Alison and Alyssa are amazing! They have always been helpful and immediately responsive to our needs. They are so caring and have worked with us in every situation. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience we have had with them during our rental needs. I highly recommend any property they manage, you are lucky to have them in your corner!

Having lived at several owned property and now back in the rental market I had high expectations. Alison and Alissa were always professional and went out of their way numerous times to help us and my 85 year old mother in law. AWESOME STAFF!!

I lived here for 4 years and never had a bad experience. The property management is easy to work with and always available if needed. My loft shared the best view in all of Waco. Allison is a pleasure to work with, and she has everyones best interest at heart. Would recommend to anyone looking for beautiful lofts to live in.

The apartments at Austin Avenue Flats are spacious and full of light. The building is secure and well-maintained. During the three years I rented at the Flats, the management team was always friendly and super helpful. Thanks!

Terrific location if walkability means anything to you: food, entertainment, services. A greater variety of food choices than you can find in Uptown in Dallas. Had a 1BR on the 3d floor of Austin Ave Flats overlooking the plaza, great for people watching at 5k runs or other events. Management always took care of my requests promptly, but I didnt have many even though I was there three+ years.

The area is pretty cool but HH hasn’t been renovated in a long time. I did get compliments on location, overall vibe of the building, ceiling height etc. Kitchen is outdated though. Was told a new fridge would be put in upon my move in, a year later still nothing. Management did nothing to stop smokers from smoking inside over a total of 6 months. They eventually moved out. Got in to tenants clothes next door and in my unit. There were times where the staff was helpful, which was appreciated, but most they fell short. Walls are thin, can hear neighbors TVs as if it were your own. Security deposit was returned late for me, and for other friends I️ knew that used to live their. Nothing was done for weeks about roaches. Dealt with rude staff upon calling and entering office. Like I️ said, sometimes they were kind and awesome, but it was really hit or miss which I️ found unprofessional. Floors need to be redone, got splinters under my fingernails just from picking thins off the floor on several occasions. Overpriced for the quality of unit, and management. Disappointed overall.

The management is very helpful and courteous. I have had many complements on the loft and area.

Holiday Hammonds is a truly authentic loft style living like no other area in Waco. If you want a rustic warehouse New York style loft feel, you will love the character of the old building. When living downtown or in an any authentic loft, you have to realize that it is just that. The open ceilings do let more noise in than what an apartment would, so you just need to know that going in. But, the character of the ceilings and original unfinished floors is also what attracted us to the HH Lofts.We have enjoyed many aspects of the lofts, and the location downtown is in the heart of the nightlife and urban feel. We get so many compliments on our loft when people visit. Again, its not suburbia, so just make sure before moving to any property downtown you know all that entails.
