These people ought to be ashamed of themselves for running this type of business. I take responsibility for clearly losing track of time but $150 bucks just to inconvenience people and take their hard earned money just isnt right. Lesson learned but my word of advice to avoid these leeching companies is to park in the parking garage for safe keeping of your vehicle, not those out in the open pay by the hour lots...they will tow you!
I called Aristocrat Towing for a tricky tow situation. My vehicle was in a parking garage and after calling several other businesses, Aristocrat sent out one of their drivers to scope the situation and see if they could help. Their driver was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Despite the close clearance and difficult situation, they towed my car out to the auto shop for an incredibly reasonable rate. I would recommend Aristocrat to anyone in need of towing services!
We were here on a visit from tennessee and parked at the mcdonald’s to use the bathroom for a quick second and came out to find our car was gone. we called the number listed for the tow and the man said we would have to wait until 7pm tocome get our car because they didn’t have anyone working in the building and to my understanding they steal peoples cars 24 hours a day so why was no one there to release my car. we waited hours to get our car and 7 comes around and Big Al was rude to us and a bunch of other women who were there to get their vehicle. He was in the middle of releasing a car and then went to his truck got in a left without finishing what he was doing. he needs to re-evaluate his life career because YOU took our car and have the nerve to be rude. this place is definitely sketchy and needs a big wrecking ball right through it.
Very aggressive driver. 1/4-1/2 car lengths of I-264. Swerving between cars, with less than 3’ of room front & back. Cutting across 3 lanes of traffic very abruptly in front of a tractor trailer at the Military HWY exit, causing the tractor trailer to lock his brakes. I then seem him next to me at a light on Military HWY and I looked over at him and shook my head. He rolled the window down, threw a bottle of water at my passenger door and proceeded to cuss me out. All for shaking my head....I have a witness to all of it in the passenger seat. The drivers are extremely reckless and could only imagine if he was doing that stuff actually towing a car. I believe it’s a felony to throw things at moving vehicles, and I was rolling forward so just saying. Driver committing felonies in company vehicles?? I want no parts in that company.
Awful.. best advice I can give. Get a hold of your local government put a stop to there scams.
This tow company provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Throughout the entire process, it felt more malicious than just simply doing their job. We asked for some kind help with getting it resolved and the staff showed no empathy and the process got increasingly more difficult. I work for a rental car company and my customer was stranded 1300 miles from home. They did not work with us at all to resolve the issue for our customer.
Found out i was pregnant while picking up a friend. they told me “sorry it’s $145” and hung up. i was there for 5 mins max. “professional” scam artists!!
Do not use these scum bags, they are scam artist
They stole my car from an apartment complex while it was parked in a marked visitors spot, complete theft!!
Wrongly towed my car in my own apartment complex. Idc that it’s only $145 I’m suing them and my landlord. I’m that PRESSED !
Ok so I got my car towed, not my best day, but I did have the fortunate opportunity to know that my car was towed and not stolen. I called the hotline and it took a moment to find my car which they were able to locate. When I arrived at the location I was glad to collect and pay. They do accept card, but I paid in cash just in case that was not an option. The lot attendant was polite and allowed me to collect my car with ease and unlocked the cable so I could depart the lot.
I was towed while at work. Off season, in a free designated parking “no tow” zone until 10pm... I was towed at 930 pm.... as if 2020 hasn’t been hard enough on service industry! Of course the driver had no authority to release my truck without payment, even after acknowledging wrongdoing. $145 later... thanks VB... locals screwed again
Nothing like having your car towed from the place you live where they seen it parked multiple times.
