Super friendly, courteous, and professional when they were at the crash site of my vehicle. Made it to the impound lot and was able to gain immediate access to my vehicle to remove personal effects. Everyone involved was extremely helpful in this very disastrous time.

The driver was great, but the front office was horrible. I tried to buy my car back after it was sold by someone other than myself, and she refused to even speak with me .Horrible front desk person, great drivers though.

If they tow your car over a weekend, they charge you for 2 days storage, Even though theyre not open until Monday to get your car any sooner. Basically they hold your vehicle hostage for the weekend to make more!

My car broke down, I called, they showed up, they took it to the shop, and I paid. Simple, just the way I like it. Will use again if needed.

I wish I can put them 0 stars, this is the worst company I ever use, woman who answer was very very rude, driver who tow the van at car accident scene didn’t tell that we can pay at the scene to tow tow it to our shop, he just took it to there’s parking lot, without saying anything

Poor customer service, questionable integrity, unreasonable prices, staff not on one accord as to the policy and procedures of the company, etc..It’s never good to lie to customers by making up your own rules and regulations, In Virginia everybody knows everybody for the most part and BAD BUSINESS travels .

Tow driver yelled at my husband because he was looking at the truck before he left. We waited an hour in the rain with our two year old who had a fever and this is how we were treated. We weren’t rude and didn’t do anything to cause it. If he had politely asked us to hurry because he had another location he had to make it to we wouldn’t have been upset. Our day was bad enough we shouldn’t have been spoken to that way.

Great towing prices

The guy who towed me was the best ever. Great conversation and taught my different ways to go and beat traffic.

I had my vehicle towed by these folks, and although it wasnt a friendly tow, the staff minus one dispatcher... were friendly, courteous, and professional... the majority of them empathized and neither blamed me or the tow caller for wrong... Thanks!
