While we were on vacation in Virginia Beach, our car wouldnt start on a Saturday night. We thought we were in the clear after a do-gooder helped us with a jump start, but that wasnt the case. Though the car started, the power steering wouldnt work, our displays were flashing... you get the gist. After unsuccessfully calling 3 other tow companies (Saturday night after all), Cal picked up right away, talked through the problem over the phone, and was on site in less than 10 minutes. He immediately diagnosed a busted alternator and then went the extra mile all the way, calling a local mechanic he knew, and arranging for our car to be towed to his shop and fixed the next day (Sunday, when the shop was technically closed) since we had plans to leave town on Monday. Since we got a ride back to our place from family, Cal texted me a picture of our car in front of the shop to verify he had towed it there. All before requesting payment, which was a little pricey, but worth every penny given the bind we were in and how much he helped us out. Even followed up the next day to make sure the car got fixed as planned. Really appreciative of Cals attention to service!

Truck broke down at 6 PM, After calling 5 other tow companies and either getting no answer or a 2 plus hour wait Calc was there in 20 minutes and got me to the repair shop before they closed. Great Service!!!!

Dont get ripped off. This place is horrible and expensive and they will take advantage of you. Dont even call because you will not realize you have made a mad decision until you get the bill.

The owner needs to hire someone to answer the phone or read a self help book, because he has zero people skills.

They literally have no respect . VERY. High prices for them to just leave my car in the middle of the driveway & not even park it right . It looks like they went completely thru my car . Don’t clog here

Wouldnt reccomend their mechanics to my worst enemy. Needed a fuel pump replaced and after I picked it back up it was jerry rigged together and leaking fuel everywhere because they broke the connectors. Called and was told that I would have to drive it back and be charged to fix the things that they broke... pretty garbage quality work and service.

A little pricey but fantastic service

Great people, great service, and great prices. I was on vacation when my Tahoe brake lines went bad. I was able to drive it to them and they repaired everything fast and at a fair price and got me back on the road so we could enjoy our vacation and get home safe. They even dropped me off and picked me up at no charge .They really went above and beyond !

This company is the best! We were here in VA Beach on a business trip and completely spastic when we locked our keys inside! We called this company and he said he would be to us within 15 minutes and he was there exactly when he said he’d be! He had us unlocked and back in our car within 5 minutes! This guy was a blessing and I would highly suggest them!

They are rude, unfriendly and not human at all. They came to tow my car at the crash. They didnt say who are they when come to crash seen, straight-ahead tow the car. They could steal it and I wont know who are they. The tow guy even did say a word! Dont call them!

Quick and courteous are not typically synonymous with tow company but I can’t say enough about how great this company is!!! They went ABOVE and BEYOND! Ive known Cal Garmin for nearly 10 years. He has worked on my Mazda Van, Geo Metro, girlfriends Jetta, daughters Jeep Cherokee and even fixed my boat trailer when the axle rusted out and left me stranded.He has always been there for me and his prices are fair and Ive trusted him with my families safety.Last year he worked on daughters Jeep Cherokee and later on a long trip the right rear started to smoke. The car was taken to a local repair shop and the cause was an overly tighten emergency brake. The entire brake needed replacement and the mechanic pointed out this happens but noted he could tell the repair job was done by a pro as everything was lubed perfectly.Cal is a good mechanic, does his best and charges a fair price. Bed side manner is not his thing but getting it done right is.

He’s only getting a star because I had to put one .very bad customer service and attitude . He had my car since Saturday and everyday he said we’re running test . It’ll be ready the next day . Or the next. It’s now Wednesday and he’s done absolutely no work on my car . I took my keys back and took it to another place . Will never go here or refer anyone here again .

Tourist BE WARE this guy is a f#####g crook. Ripped me off 3 years ago almost $600. I was down to the beach on vacation and had a problem with my blower motor. Turns out there were mice in the blower motor and condenser. cal said he tore the dash and everything apart cleaned and disinfected and reassembled. Brought the car back and still smelled. I drove home and immediately tore it apart myself to find a dryer sheet on top of my cabin air filter and 4 mice in my condenser and guts all through my cage for blower and a broken blower motor mount. Called cal and told him what I found and he didnt have much to say. He said all I wanted to do was argue!!!!!! This guys is lucky I live 360 miles from him!!!! He might still be on a soft diet. THIS GUY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!! TRUST ME>

I dont recommend this company! One of their tow truck drivers aggressively tailgated me this morning. His bumper was literally about 12 inches from mine. After he got angry that he couldnt bully me I to speeding, he passed me and I watched as he went on to tailgate and harass three other drivers as well as drive dangerously over the speed limit 70+ in a 55mph zone

Not a great place to buy a car from. They give you no warranty and truly no help. Had a friend buy a car from there and it broke down the first week

Horrible person! The horrible jerk that operates this place should never own a business. He is a disgusting, nasty man! He should be closed down!!! I Would avoid this person and his business.
