5 stars for customer service. They couldnt find a replacement part to fix my bike(i am having issues too) but they were really nice and helpful. I normally do most of my bike work but if i have to bring it somewhere this place will definitely be on top of the list. Thanks for the help!

Ive taken my bike to this shop twice before and they ALWAYS did a great job at tuning up/servicing it. Recently I called to get some work done but they were busy for a few weeks...instead of waiting they just talked me through a few easy fixes on me own and if that doesnt work Ill call back and bring it in. great service and good people!

Good people. I got a tire replaced here for wayyyy of alot cheaper compared to HD. They gave the bike a look over too. They found some issues and gave me a quote for other services they determined I could benefit from, but they did not push the service. Will return to this shop for any future work.

Horrible experience. Dont waste your time or money!!!! They are getting very careless and its ridiculous. I got the motorcycle repaired last year here and I was very happy for a few months until the same issues came back less then a year later. I brought the bike in for a diagnostics to find out why its still having the same problems. I decided to decline the repairs because it seemed redundant and I wanted a second opinion. It took them a week to put my bike back together so I could come pick it up. I gave them an hour notice before I came so they could have it ready. When I got there I paid for the diagnostic fee and was told that someone would help me load it on my trailer and give me the keys. We loaded the bike then I had to ask for my keys which that person didnt have who then told me to ask the front desk. I went back inside then had to wait for him to find the keys because he thought the technician had it. So this is where it gets worst... I took the bike to another shop a few days later and found out I was missing multiple parts off my bike and my battery. I had to call precision and ask them what happened to my motorcycle PARTS and BATTERY??? I was told they would call me after they investigate to find out what happened. After they realized the technician forgot to reinstall the parts and the battery they called me back so I could pick it up. At the other shop I found out that PRECISIONS recommendation was exaggerated and it only cost a fraction of what they were going to charge me to get the bike fixed. I was very upset that I had wasted all that time and money already however my bike is fixed now. PRECISION almost RIPPED me off for a whole bunch of unnecessary repairs. Even worse their careless mistake could have cost me a lot of money later from having to replace all those factory parts they forgot to reinstall. I was very disappointed and not satisfied with the resolution so instead of asking for my money back I decided to post this review for the world to see and let all of you know how they are doing business.

Went on a Saturday to get my tires changed on my Buell. Caitlin (I hope thats how I spell it) helped me out as soon as I rolled up and suggested me a set of Michelin tires. It took them around an hour to throw them on and they feel great to ride on already. The service here was quick, knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend!

By far the best shop in the entire area. Hands down. Caitlin and the entire staff will take care of you no matter what it takes. They will do what they can to fix whatever problem you come to them with. Only shop I go to.

I do 99% of my own work, but for the stuff I cant do like mounting tires and inspections, these guys are great! Way more personable than the dealers in the area! I also buy all my replacement stuff from them that are not dealer specific, like tires and brakes. Great guys over there! Even after a 2+ leave from riding, owner still knew exactly who I was and the type of bike I had.

Always a great experience. Kaitlyn is super helpful and always has great advice for maintenance on your bike. I have tried to spend more than I needed to for certain items and she quickly showed me other ideas and saved me lots of money. Bikes are still not cheap to keep in good mechanical shape but... They truly help you save where you can. If you ride and need a great shop to get work done then you are missing out if you dont go talk to Kaitlyn and give Precision a shot. You will no be let down.

Just left their shop. They came highly recomended. Walked in and ask how much labor cost on a 107 top end and cam chest build. Young lady working counter was not very cooperative. She seemed more convinced on showing me how much she knew all the while showing me how much knowledge she lacked. They may do good work but dealing with her will be something i will avoid.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!I brought my motorcycle here to get it inspected and they told me that my turn signal lights had to be DOT approved just to pass inspection. They told me that the only way I was passing inspection that day is if I cut the wires and remove the turn signals, apparently you can pass inspection without having them on. I had to ride back with no turn signals which was totally unsafe.And that is not even the worst of it yet.They went to test my brake light and they broke my foot brake off! They told me that it was going to happen anyways and that if I wanted to pass inspection they had to fix it which they ended up charging me for it when they were the ones that broke it.Their costumer service is so bad that I had to call them to see what the status on the bike was. And when I called Steve (the manager) he got mad for calling and always gave me attitude.WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED!!JUST A MONEY HUNGRY PLACE THAT IS WILLING TO BREAK A PART JUST TO HAVE YOU PAY TO FIX IT AND EARN A COUPLE BUCKS!

WOW!!! OUTSTANDING customer service!! After getting the run around from my insurance company after my accident that happened last September, it was so refreshing to deal with individuals at a motorcycle shop who were patient and understanding during the claim process. Kate was very pleasant and stayed in contact with me the whole time. Steve and Lee were also very helpful whenever I called to check on the status of things.Thanks SO very much to the Precision team. I dont have one negative thing to say about the process of dropping my bike off for an estimate to the end with me picking it up. Bike was clean and they walked me thru every line on the estimate before I rode off. Dealing with my insurance company was the worse than getting robbed at gunpoint. (Riders Insurance... dont use them if you are shopping around.) So again, THANK YOU guys for your patience with dealing with my insurance company too and for making this process after the accident go smoothly for me in the end. Now i can FINALLY put this accident from ALMOST 6 MONTHS ago behind me. Im still smiling!!! Thanks you guys!!

New to the area, this shop was the one I found with the best rating and they absolutely earned it. Brought my bike in with a idle issue and within 24 hours they located a faulty wire and repaired it. Great customer service, quick turn around time and helpful to allow me to understand the issue. Great repair shop.

This shop reminds me of what shops should be like. I did some work with him upgrading some computer systems and noticed how he cares about customers, actually listens to their needs and refuses to use subpar parts with his clients motorcycles. I am extremely pleased working with him professionally. If you are a vendor doing business with him, he pays on time, very easy to work with and extremely helpful and decisive. Would recommend for any B2B work you need to do.Steve and his team would be the only place I would bring my bike if I rode!

Took my motorcycle for an oil change and a general checkup. They were very efficient and honest, they didnt try to upsell things that werent necessary, even helped me with extra stuff. The lady at the front desk was very nice and pleasant, thats a plus.

Outstanding job at mounting and balancing my tires on my rims to my 2015 HD Ultra limited. Quick and professional service for a very reasonable price. Went in today to ask a couple of questions about my Deuce, didnt buy anything but after being in there and seeing that they actually take the time to talk to you and try to help even if you havent spent any money yet. When I figure out what Im going to do to the rear end of my Deuce they will definitely be the ones I go to. Ive been to almost every shop in town in the last week or so and no one else would even really entertain any question unless it was about them making money.

My Harley Streetbob had a damaged bolt hole on the transmission case and Precision was able to repair it and save me from buying a new trans case. I was super impressed on how clean the repair was and how they made it stronger than it came from the factory. From towing to making the repairs, several Precision team members -- Steve (Owner), Dominick (Tech), and Corey (Tech/Tower) -- demonstrated the utmost care and customer service skills. I was relieved to find out about their towing capabilities specifically for bikes. They also kept me well-informed about the status of my repairs and were always willing to answer any questions. To yhis point things have been Great. I brought my bike here when another shop had reached for limits of their abilities. With in two days I had an estimate in hand for the work I wanted done and today its will be time to pop in and see the progress that has been made. The guys in the shop have been knowledgeable, respectful, and kind even staying open an hour past closing on the night I dropped the bike off.

Read the reviews on here, thought I would give them a shot on something simple that they should knock out of the park like a state inspection. Arrived, was greeted professionally and politely, was promptly attended to, bike was inspected promptly. Ill definitely be bringing further business to them, the reviews on here are spot on, these guys rock thus far.

Ive never had a bad experience with Precision. A friend recommended them back in 2013 and I havent taken either of my bikes anywhere else since. Steve is very friendly and so is everyone else Ive spoken to on the phone or met in person. They dont yank your chain or try to nickel and dime you - theyre honest and do well communicating if their service/repairs will take longer than they estimated. Id highly recommend their business to anyone in the area looking to have their bike tuned up or repaired.

Great Customer Service and Fast! Not sure the type of experience others are having, but I called to have my bike inspection done and Steve asked that I bring it by (said it would take 10-15 mins). I was in and out within 20 minutes, if that. So far, its been a great experience...will go back.

Precision motorcycle is the best shop around!they dont try to feed you a line of BS like the other service shops or dealerships.they know what they are doing and are honest.their rates are fair and competitive and you get more than your moneys worth in service.let me put it this way;I work on my own bikes and I will drive across the water to bring them my bike for the stuff I dont have the time/tools for or just cant do.

Stopped in for a new front tire and inspection. Was thoroughly impressed by the front desk and her expertise on tires and bikes in general. I do all my own work but admit Im tire ignorant so she helped me immensely in choosing a tire and also made me feel silly for not checking my tire pressure more often. Also, was able to get a new tire and inspection in the time it took me to drink a beer at the virginia beach tavern down the street. Ive NEVER had a better experience at a shop. Great place for repairs... piss poor for state inspection. Failed me for non-DOT approved rear turn signals... so had me cut the wires to remove them just to pass inspection. I then had to drive home without rear turn signals.... totally unsafe state inspection. SO f$%#ing retarded.. thats like a cop writing you a ticket for 1mph over the speed limit. I have had these turn signals on my bike for years.. never had a problem with other mechanics.

I went in for an inspection and basic tune up/check and it was done in just two hours allowing me to pick it up before closing. Helpful people and quick service. Ill definitely be back.

I bought my first two bikes from Steve back in 2009. I always feel like they are very honest when it come to diagnosing my repairs. Now they are not cheap by any means but they are cheaper than a lot of the other bike shops around. I understand this is a business and people are in business to make a profit. You get what you pay for and though my last estimate dam near gave me a heart attack. I know when I rode out of there it was done the right way. And they stand behind their work!!! I generally have an estimate and a list of what’s wrong within 48 to 72 hours and quicker than that during the off season. In April 2018 I got fork seals, new swing arm, replaced oil pan chain and sprockets, and kick stand. It took them about 6 days. Keep in mind this is during the start of the season when business peaks. Overall my experience with they has been great! And the chick at the front desk is awesome too, she is really the brains of the operation she never makes me feel stupid for my dumb questions. Oh btw I have a 2007 GSXR 1000.

Professional and Friendly, really nice AND knowledgeable staff, the only place in town that had a reasonable rate for mounting tires I bought online, most shops either charge you a fortune or just wont do it if you dont buy the tires from them. They took really good care of my bike and recommend them to anyone that need work on their bike.

I have had them mount multiple tires as cost at dealerships have gotten crazy( maybe why HD sales r suffering). They will do all the work for u but if u drop the wheels and take to them you get a better price.

BAD SERVICE, PRICEY, SLOW WORK, RUDEOk so where do I start. I bought a motorcycle and brought it in for them to make it safe to ride and get it inspected. And they charged me even more than what I paid for the whole bike, (more than ($1,000) which I felt that it was way too much.They charged me for and told me that they were going to get all the bolts that were needed to hold the fairings correctly and they couldnt even do that. There were bolts missing when I got the bike plus they broke off one of the bolts inside the thread and I noticed they zip tied it. And when I asked about it they told me that it was going to break anyways because the thread was bad.. and if I wanted it fixed that it was going to cost me extra. I asked Steve (the manager) why would I have to pay for something that you guys broke? and he gave me attitude telling me that I had to pay for it if I wanted it fixed. I ended up not paying for them to fix it and had to drill it out myself.The bike was there for a long time and they never call you to update you on the status. If I hadnt call I wouldnt know that my bike was ready to pick up. Plus whenever I called to ask for a status Steve got mad and gave me attitude telling me that he was going to call back when the work got done. I called and asked them to call me before they closed so I can plan ahead to pick it up and they said that I was getting called back and I never got called. I had to call the next day only to get him on the phone with attitude.They have a great mechanic (Sam) which is really knowledgeable, nice and honest guy. If you still end up going there and ignore this review I would recommend you ask for him to work on your bike. But the costumer service is really bad (apart from Sam) and prices are high. They will try to get every penny out of you! Trust me!

The shop changed out the tires on my BMW. The work was done quickly and professionally. I will go back for maintainance in the future.

When i had a flat on my rear tire about 2 weeks ago, my first reaction was to call the Adventure BMW dealership in chesapeake. the nail was in the middle of the tire inside the groove, so i could not plug it myself. the dealerships response was to replace the rear tire for $350 in total. they said they did not repair tires. so i ended up finding Precision as they had near perfect reviews. i talked to two different people on the phone, both very polite and understanding despite my accent :) the same kind and helpful attitude carried on when i got the bike towed to them, checkin process was very smooth by Steve. since the repair, i have had about 300 miles on the tire and it has not lost any air. i am certain the patch they did from the inside will outlast the tire.i advise anyone to go before you have any trouble just to chat and meet the team. their service was really great, tire prices i saw over there were almost half of what the dealership quoted me.they are my current first choice for anything related to my 2014 GS.

Ever since bringing my bike here, while it worked for a small amount of time, more and more issues have cropped up. My carb boots werent aligned, vent hoses were left improperly hooked, they broke part of my carb and improperly fixed it hoping I wouldnt notice, among other things I dont have time to list. They did not understand how my bike worked at all and flubbed their way through the repairs, ending up costing me 1600 dollars for a partially working bike. They tried to charge me 2000 to look into my engine to find a knock source, that I already knew was an ACCT knock that I fixed in 15 minutes for less than a few bucks. Unless you have a Harley do not take your bike here. I am extra upset because the problems they left unsolved became a real issue too late for me to get compensation.

Took my bike in for oil change, tune up, and to fix an oil leak and a starting problem. They took over a month and I still have the oil leak and the starting problem. Bike won’t start at all. Now I’m trying to find another shop to fix what I pay them to do.

They are the worst of the very few bike shops in town! Alfred Thomas jr put a post on here that says it all...They are very tricky at the way they do things. Very nice and professional upfront and then once they have your bike they lie and BS telling you that you are lucky if you even get your bike looked at before 14 days of them having it. Base your thoughts on my approximately 23 day experience of them having my Hayabusa for an HID replacement...yes a HID replacement which by the way they did originally about 2 years ago. The reason it went back is because it fell out and no the bike is not ridden hard raced or anything like that hardly ridden if anything. I kept getting if it happened in 90 days no problem. Understood been sometime however if they had done it right in the first place it wouldnt have just fell out like garbage. I was also told he had to make a ton of custom parts to hold the headlight in(This time) cmon man if that was the case why wasnt it done the first time same shop same folks....They suck period and have VERY POOR customer service. Especially Cailin the secretary.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY OR EFFORTS WITH THIS PLACE!!Go there if you are a nonbeliever...!!!
