My tow truck driver was so rude to me when he called me because the wrong location was shared with him, he had an attitude with me on the phone, pulled up to the location I shared with him after we got off the phone and he was rude to me and then was STILL RUDE TO ME WHEN HE GOT THERE! He got back in his truck and proceeded to wave to me as he drove away without my car! This costumers service was absolutely unbelievable and I would never recommend this place to anybody

The young man who actually delivered our truck waved to us while we watched in fascination and upon bringing me up my keys our 2 yr old grandson hugged his leg. He was thoughtful enough to bend down and hug him back. Making baby’s day. As he pulled out of our driveway, he turned and waved to him again. It takes special folks to make hard moments softer. We found them at Beach Towing. Definitely our go to from here on.

I’m very appreciative of Beach Towing. I called today with a last minute odd request to help me move a motorcycle that was shipped overseas in a huge plywood box. I live in the Redmill area of VB but this item was over off Diamonds Springs. They met me there in an amazingly swift 25 minutes. He was great and so helpful. I wasn’t sure how we were going to get it off once we got to my home but he reassured me he could handle it. He drove very safely the entire way there. He was so polite and helpful when we arrived. I highly HIGHLY recommend beach towing.
