I loved coming here. I just moved and I am dreading looking for another nail salon.The salon itself is modern, light, and extremely sanitized. The staff are sweet and they give you a complimentary drink! Your nails will come out to PERFECTION. Please go see Joonh, he is detail oriented and he takes his time, you wont be disappointed. I came in this past weekend to get a full set and a pedicure. I was a little hesitant due to the reviews but still decided to check it out. The customer service, ambiance and overall experience was great. I gave the nail tech a design and he went above and beyond. I love them so much. My pedicure was great and so relaxing. Cant wait to go back soon!

Beautiful and relaxing interior design. I enjoyed the place just as much as I did. Wonderful service and the staff accommodated for us to sit next to each other even though we got different services. Everyone was extremely nice and the whole experience was perfect for my birthday! Definitely would recommend and would come back.

Id never had a professional manicure before, so I did my research on local salons. This one had some of the best reviews for an affordable and quality gel manicure, so I decided to check it out. They welcome walk-ins, which is a huge plus. I was helped right away, and I explained that this was my first time. My nail tech was great about explaining the process to me. She worked quickly but she was still very precise about her work. I walked out of the salon with a smile on my face and beautiful gel nails. I would definitely recommend this place! Super affordable and great service from what Ive experienced so far.

Very nice salon, very nice employees.I am new to the area and yelped a salon that was near me. Im glad to have gone to Nails Image 2 . The vibe inside is calming and quiet. I felt comfortable bring my 8month old baby because every lady there was very understanding. Thank you I will be coming back.

This is the only nail salon that I go to. They do such a great job! Its always very clean, the inside is very nice and big, and the prices are fairly reasonable. What I get the most is a deluxe pedicure with gel nail polish and my pedicure lasts for MONTHS. All of the staff there is very nice and they have a WIDE selection of colors to choose from. They take walk-ins and appointments and they are very accommodating. Just went back for another deluxe pedicure today and as usual it was flawless. Will be going back multiple times.

This is the only nail salon I will visit in Virginia Beach. They do a great job. My gel manicures last forever and look amazing weeks later. The pedicure are very relaxing. I love everyone who works there. Very sweet.

I moved here about three months ago! And I used to get my pedicures every single month back at home!! But then I came here and was looking for something that was just as good as home. After reading reviews I came here! Im a server so my hand were rough and my tech really worked some magic. Pretty cheap too which is great ! Nothing too fancy as far as inside goes, but that pedicure is something that will keep me coming back!

5 stars! This was the most relaxing nail spa Ive ever been to. I have Full set and nail artsIt . All the nail techs are super kind, sweet and bubbly. The ladies who were working on my nails paid close attention to detail and took their time which I liked. They were definitely hospitable and made sure I was being taken care of.

I went here with a friend of mine and we had a great experience! I got a gel polish, its so worth it. Its been a week, and my nails havent even come close to chipping or losing shine. I was really impressed with the service.

Went back for new set and had to go short for now. KD truly is AMAZING!! She killed this short set also! This woman can do it all! I always use color acrylic powder no polish. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. The place is set up like a typical nail salon but they have plenty of stations and employees to accommodate a lot of customers at once. This was a plus in my opinion. I will definitely be making this my regular spot when Im at school!

This is one of the best and most consistent nail salons Ive ever been to. I love going to a place where I can be flexible and dont need to have one specific tech do my nails. I want to be able to trust that anyone I get does an excellent job and this is the place. They work so hard to accommodate anyone that walks in the door.

Ive been coming here for about 2 years and have had multiple nail techs do my acrylic sets and havent had a problem with any of them. Such a clean and aesthetically pleasing place to come to as well aside from the amazing work each of the techs have done. If you want any designs done def come here!

Mr.Jonh is personally so good at doing peoples nails and i love my nails every single time i get them done there!!! I love the fact that my nails still look cute and they are naturally getting longer which is amazing since i bite them and now my natural nails are a million times more healthy and my nail growth is phenomenal!

Amazing love it

The acrylic wasn’t good quality because it was really lumpy and uneven. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted and he said he could do it but couldn’t. I wanted matte black nails and he rushed me out of the place before the coating could finish drying which caused the paint to come off. Also I told him the shape of what I wanted which was square and he did the opposite which was pointy. I tried telling him 3x and showed the picture again but he acted like he couldn’t understand what I was saying. While I was paying he didn’t speak to me at all or say have a great day. I felt ignored and I drove to another place to get them fixed.

Friendly staff, no wait time, nice salon.5 pedi’s later and I haven’t gone back to my previous location. Nail Images pampers my feet no matter which pedi I decide upon. The best nail salon Ive been to!! All the girls are very creative, nice, and great at conversation!! The designs they are able to do are unreal! Every time Id go somewhere Id at LEAST get asked where I got my nails done about 5 times. The salon is very cute, warm, and welcoming. I wont go anywhere else for my nails!!

Quick and friendly service. Affordable and reasonable prices. However, manicure doesnt last long. I got my nails done on Friday and now on Tuesday, my gel nails are chipping. Disappointed but perhaps thats to be expected for the price. Also, since I dont get my nails done I wasnt sure about the fact that the technician didnt use brand new cuticle trimmers. Will probably not return since they dont seem experienced.

Best place I ever been too wasnt in a good area but the person that helped me was very friendly, took his time and was gentle. Also he did alot of extra work that was not in the pedicure package.

I paid for a pedicure and fillin. Nail tech forgot to paint my two of my toes. How does that happen???This was rush job.This was second time beginning disappointed.

Great place offering quality nail servicesI called them earlier in the week and was able to book an appointment for 3 people: myself and 2 sisters. We each had a pedi and a manicure. The staff took their time, and made sure we were happy with the product.Perfect location with enough parking. The place was clean and organized.Would recommend!
