Very Attentive Liz takes pride in her craft. It was my first time there coming from up North and I must say her abilities to make me feel comfortable and well tended to was awesome. Honestly I visited this salon for the first time today and it was the best most relaxing experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. Two different ladies did my fill and pedicure and the both took their time and paid attention to detail. I fell asleep during the pedi!! The music was nice the atmosphere omg. And the mimosas!! The prices and very align with what I’m use to but the service and quality are well above my expectations!! Nails looks great I left feeling more relaxed than I have in a very long time.

I took my girls to get pedis and they were just the sweetest to my 7 and 3 year old... My pedi was also very nicely done! Ill be coming back!

The quality of services vary depending on who is working at the time of services. Times of your appointment also is a factor of your quality of services. The one consistency of this place is that its inconsistent. For some reason there is always a short supply of hot water at this place for pedicures. I have been a consistent customer with this business for the past year thinking that once and a while there is a off day for them and that my next experience would be better. So I dont write this review from just one bad experience. Also the last three times I was there they did not have their liquor license. They advertise that its a spa that serves beer and wine and its included in their pricing. Its one of the main reasons I kept coming back to unwind with some wine and get a pedicure. I need to see what else is out there.

Very sloppy job and left pinky nail came off while still in the facility then reglued, thank goodness I was still in the facility. After 10 days another ones came off so I called and spoke to a Lila who argued with me thats been 2 weeks have past (called May19th & got it done for mothers day), but in actuality its only been 10 days. I even clearly informed her that I had full set acrylic nails before from other facilities which lasted for 2 months, but her TH Nails only lasted 10 days which is very poor. Lila didnt even acknowledge my distress and all I asked was a little bit of glue to place the nails that came off. It wasnt unreasonable, but she insisted on full fill I gotta pay. I truly am disappointed with this and as a patron who spend so much in that facility, I am not valued as a customer. I will be taking my hard earned money along with my entire family and friends to do our business elsewhere. In fact, it is my family and friends who recommended this place because the Filipino workers are actually good, but unfortunately I was given a sub par nail tech. With sub par handling of customers coming from its owner. Lila, you need to learn how to listen and not all people are trying to rip you off. There was no single apology, so good riddance.

It was my first time coming to this salon and I had a great experience !! My nails came out looking just how I wanted and the fire and ice spa pedicure felt great ! At the end I felt like they gave me brand new feet! They use hot stones, scrub etc. Also they don’t charge extra for taking off gel. Will definitely be coming again

I can not express enough how much I loved the service here. When I got here I was waiting for my friend and I waited in the MOST comfortable couch. We then drank some sangria and the ladies (Mila and Andrea) did an amazing job on our nails. And everytime I said how much I loved my nails Mila looked so happy. Im happy I have found someone who is truly passionate about their work and customer service. Hopefully 2 weeks from now well be back. Thank you so much Mila and Andrea!

Had an appointment for 2:30. Sat and waited for 20 minutes AFTER my scheduled time. They finally sat me and my boyfriend down for our pedicures in some cold water and left us. Waited for another 10 minutes and finally left!!! Not only was the service AWFUL, they were not practicing social distancing. They had us in a room sitting right up on others and the staff didn’t have face coverings. WILL NOT visit this location again. Dirty, poor quality. Not following guidelines. Would not recommend. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else!

I was a regular here until they realized I only preferred one person over others. They stopped taking my calls for reservations. WOW. But I got over it. My monies no good there I guess or maybe the other ladies were jealous. Oh well, I went to the one on Battlefield and they were good to me. Im sure they make allot of money anyway. My good tips wont be missed. Sad

I have been a client for almost 2 years now. Elizabeth (Liz) is my technician. She is the absolute BEST!!!! She is very attentive and accommodating. The spa is always clean and comfortable. The prices are very reasonable for the services they provide. The mimosas and wine are a bonus! :-)

Bomb.com!!!! I have been a regular customer for years and now I am happy to say that I go to the location on Lila off of Indian River Road in Virginia Beach. First of all, I have to plan a good chunk of my morning to be served by this area’s finest not because of a long wait, but because of the lengthy service they provide. They cater to you in every way from the mimosas to the longest most relaxing foot massage I have ever had. Prepare yourself for relaxation, comfort, and exquisite attention to detail. Henry gave me a foot massage about three weeks ago that was so amazing that if I had to wait for an hour to be seen by him again I’d happily wait knowing it’s well worth the wait. Not too much pressure, enough to make you relax, and long enough to get a good nap... the kind where you’re embarrassed because you wake up with a little drool. 😂 Jaimie was so sweet and pleasant to talk to. As a mother and teacher, I’m not accustomed to being waited on and served, but Jaimie made me feel like a precious princess. My nails still look good three weeks later, but I’m going back soon because I need another spa day. This time I’m bringing a friend. Great service, great atmosphere, and great people!

What a disappointment today! The young gentleman that serviced me wasn’t friendly and didn’t say one word to me the entire time he was servicing me. I have been serviced here in the past but this time was a BUST! VERY disappointed...... I miss Andrea!

Love this salon, it was my first time coming to get my pedicure, Mila did amazing job. Shes also very sweet, polite and super friendly. My toes nails looks great and she took her time to remove my callus on bottom of my feet. I enjoyed her massage with hot stone for deluxe pedicure too, very relaxing. Recommend to everyone.

My friend and I came in for a new color of shellac. Mila helped my friend and Andrea helped me, were so polite and professional. We were offered an adult beverage to which there were options for every taste. We had a sangria selection of wine. Our nails are perfect, the business was super clean and neat, all the staff was so friendly. Ill definitely be back!

If you come here to get your nails done, you have to see Anime. I’ve seen her only three times in the last three months because her work is so good, my nails last so long! She’s very precise and my nails always look amazing when she’s done.

Design is nice but after 3 days my acrylic came off. my friend went to this shop too and her acrylic disnt last long. expensive too. poor quality

As a client of TH Nails on Battlefield in Chesapeake for over 4 years; Ive now followed Liz to the VA Beach location. I have experienced no less that good service from other TH Nails techs but Liz is AMAZING. She takes her time, understands the challenges with ingrown toe nails stopping at nothing to make my feet feel the best when I walk out. She is honest about steps in the services, also gives advice what to do between appointments to keep nails looking their best. The staff at TH Nails is friendly and the facilities are always clean. At the time when services like this are hard to do 6ft apart, they have installed plexiglass dividers at mani stations and wear masks for both manis/pedis. They take your temperature upon arrival and signage posted clearly sets expectations for customers.I highly recommend Liz and any other tech at TH Nails.

I got my nails done the 20th here for acrylic but when we got there the lady who does acrylic left so i got dip nails. I chose a color and they didn’t have enough to do all my nails so they mixed it with another color. Color wise it turned out okay but the nails were chunky and i had a friend getting them done with me and hers looked terrible as well. in less than a week two of them broke i didn’t get them fixed right away because i was busy. I was still able to get them fixed before the 14 day warranty was up. When i got them fixed they told me to just get them filled so i did and i asked for gel polish originally but they told me for a regular polish fill it’s 25 and for gel it’s 45! a 20 dollar difference!! I was shocked. Once they realized i had got dip nail they told me they don’t fill dip nails but they’d do it this time which upset me because I would have gotten regular acrylic if the person at my original appointment was there! I got them filled anyways with regular polish and the polish already chipped before i even made it home and the lady who did them despite being sweet only did 2 layers when she said it will need 3 and painted over wet paint and didn’t wait for them to dry. I wish i went to the one on kempsvilleit’s been less than a week since i made this post which i made the day i got my nails done and a nail has already broke...

Samantha did a great job on my nails. But not a fan of gel dip. It is not hard. I got the fire & ice pedicure and loved it, the hot stone massage was great but would of liked to use the massage chair longer. The pricing is great and I would recommend TH nails to anyone.

My daughter and I, after waiting 3 months to get an appointment to get our nails done.Everything started off ok till my daughter messaged me the girl has never done nails before. ..... I always speak my mine. I text under notes and showed the lady that was doing mine. It happened to be her daughter. Oh boy.So the manager has someone re-do her toes.Then the other girl that did her nails made them extremely think. But she was much happier w the her.I’m ok with mine. Took forever like she wasn’t a professional either. Then After 4 days my gel starting chipping. Ugh. 89$ including tip for pedi and mani sucked.Besides no 6 ft distant during pedi. I could touch the girl.I’m thinking of reporting them. 😪😡

I finally found a great nail salon and Im particular! Tina did a great job with my French nail powder dip! All the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was pleasing and clean and they are reasonably priced. I was offered something to drink as soon as I sat down. Very welcoming! They also use the sanitary tub liners in their pedicure tubs (all nail salons should be required to use them). This salon is OPEN SEVEN DAYS A WEEK to meet the needs of their customers! How great is that?!

While the customer care was nice...the Powder Dip application was not. Nails were lumpy, messy, thick and product under nails. Please V.Beach Nail Salons, improve P. Dip application!

This is the best place in the area to go for nails❣ We booked our appts online late the night before we wanted them. They were so accommodating and friendly! Free mimosas while we got pedicures done! I will no longer be attending this nail salon! Initially they had wonderful service however the past two visits I have experienced terrible service and turned away! I called on Thursday to have a 2 mani and pedis. The lady told me they were completely booked for Saturday and the only availability was Sunday at 3pm..I rearranged my schedule and arrived Sunday at 3pm and they did not have me scheduled correctly and acted as if it was my fault! Not only did she dismiss me, she didnt even try to reschedule or resolve the situation. Poor business and she lost two consistent customers. Second time, I called ahead to see for a walk in and rushed from worked and was turned away. I understand being busy however you dont turn away clients like that and act unprofessional! Anyway, I recieved wonderful service and Nail Works located in Pembroke Mall!

Im visiting from New York with my boyfriend, and we came to see my best friend and her baby boy. Hes only 5 months now so itd been a while she since had time or energy to treat herself so I told her Id sponsor a little spa day for her, and my boyfriend decided to tag along. We arrived just after 5:30 and when we walked in we were greeted immediately. I told the young lady at the station that all 3 of us wanted deluxe pedicures and she explained that someone would have to go first and the other two could wait until technicians became available. No biggie, boyfriend decided he would go ahead and we went to sit on the couch in their lobby.... when she said we could all sit together in the back but that wed just be worked on after him. Perfect! She brought us three mimosas and started in on his pedicure and was really friendly and wonderful.... boyfriend was really enjoying it and I was happy he could experience it in such a beautiful, clean, and spacious environment. New York salons tend to be ridiculously crowded with equipment and such, so it was a nice break. My bestie was worked on by an older gentleman and I was worked on the same lady who did my boyfriends feet, I wish I wouldve caught their names. Our pedicures went past their closing time but they didnt rush or skip any steps, they even took the extra time to really scrub my besties feet (shes an army girl so her calluses can get crazy).... and then I remembered Id wanted to get my eyebrows done too and the young woman was happy to accommodate that!!! She did us both and it was legit the most painless and quick eyebrow wax Id ever experienced, she has magic fingers!!! We ended up leaving at 7:50 (they closed at 7). I paid $86 before tip for two pedicures that used HOT STONES and included a leg massage and two eyebrow waxes. These prices are unbeatable for the level of quality.TL;DR Beautiful, spacious, and clean salon with friendly and truly accomodating staff. Please give them your business so when I come back down I can experience it again 💖

I made an appointment here for a Sat. morning pedicure. It was ok. The tech was very young (high school age) and didnt put as much care into my feet as I have had at other salons. 😐 And no toe polish drying station... That was a first ever! I was sent out the door with wet polish and foam separaters between my toes.
