Andy is awesome. He’s detailed, thorough, and listens to what I want. He’s also prompt and I’m usually in/out quickly.

This photo was taken 6 weeks later. No lifting, chipping, peeling. This is shellac over my natural nails. Ive havent had a gel manicure last this long before. Its still vibrant red and shiny. Nov. 2017 absolutely going back. The waiting chairs had polish on them and seemed well worn but the stations were clean and the wash sink was maintained. There was a pregnant woman getting a pedicure when I was getting my nails done and she seemed like she was having a religious experience. Bless her heart, I thought she was gonna fall asleep.

My friend went to get her nails done here and the lady who did them was very unprofessional. She took her nails off when that wasn’t asked for and argued with her about what would look right versus what she, the customer, wanted. THEN had the nerve to say come back tomorrow to finish her nails because her 9:30 appt came. And no one else in the store could finish her nails because of their appts. My friend is very kind hearted and didn’t deserve to be treated this way. I’d never get my nails done here and wouldn’t recommend this place anyone else either.

I got my eyebrows waxed last week and this place was great. I went back today for a pedicure and walked out before they even started. I asked if there was a wait since I only had a babysitter for my newborn for an hour and had to pick up my older son just before then. They said no and seated me in a chair. 20 minutes later Im still sitting there without even soaking and was told 15 more minutes. I couldnt stay any longer and walked out. They should have just told me from the beginning it would be a wait and I would have come back another day. Very upset.

My first time going there today and it was the best experience I’ve had thus far with any nail tech! Ethan was my nail tech, and he does a nice clean job while taking his time to make sure you’re satisfied ; then there’s another very nice nail tech lady who did the most beautiful marble art, that she freestyled on my hands!

I randomly stopped in this place to get a pedicure with my husband. We asked if they could do 2 pedicues and they said yes. They started on him but I had to sit and wait with my feet in cold water. Okay no biggie. There was a lady across from me doing a pedicure.When she finished up her customer she immediately came to me. She bought over all the tools she used on the lady and proceeded to try to use them on my feet. My husband told her no we needed her to use clean instruments. You could tell they were visibly upset that we asked for clean utensils. She went and got clean ones but also proceeded to use the same purple stone she did on the lady without cleaning it. I had her stop immediately and told her she could proceed with taking my polish off but that would be it. That is nasty and disgusting. I will never come back to this place. Yuck!!!!

Great place to have your nails done. Friendly personnel, nails look great. You can walk in however, they are very popular and are usually pretty busy Friday thru Sunday. Best to make appointment on these days just to be safe especially during the spring and summer. They also do great pedicures, and waxing.

So friendly. Not the biggest or most modern but a nice, clean place. I dont need their services often but they act like they are happy to see me. Of course I am always happy with the results.

Soooo.... I went in to the salon three weeks ago to get a full set with gel and was charged $30 for the service. Then I go today to get a fill and was charged the same amount! I don’t even pay that amount for a fill at Anthony Vince on Hilltop! The only reason I started going here was it was close to my house and my mother in law recommend them. I think they make up their own prices to satisfy their needs for that day and it is ridiculous. Needless to say they lost another client and Will not be getting any referrals from me.

Very fast service, got the deluxe pedicure. Loved it. I did slip and stub my toe (my own fault) they were so quick to appologize and try to make it right even after I reassured them its ok. Very awesome service. I will come back, definitely.

I’ve been coming here for years along with my family and they treat us just like family. It’s like my second home. Mrs. Thuy always makes sure our eyebrows and nails are looking their best and Mrs. Susie does an amazing job on the pedicures. I highly recommend this nail shop for all of your beauty needs.

The lady who did my gel nails messed up both of my thumb nails completely, cured a speck of dirt into one of them, and forgot to put a top coat on another four of my nails. When i asked her to put a topcoat on the others she did but they were all bumpy and have holes in them. she also made my finger bleed.

They are very accommodating, friendly and will try to work you in when you need a mani and pedi.

Been going there since 2002. Clean and relaxing atmosphere.....love the massage chairs. Great customer service. Love Twee and Tina!!!😊💖

Jackie was great! Ive been going to another shop and I wanted to start my gel nails again. Jackie suggested that we wait another month since my nails were still breaking. Great to get good information instead of going for the more expensive service. I will definitely be back!

Horrible horrible nails place I went in Saturday because angel nails was busy and I didnt want to wait a hour so I gave kp nails a try. They hardly have any colors to pick from, the staff is horrible, they all talk about you in another language, and then my nail polish chipped a day after and it was GEL polish which is suppose to last 2-3 weeks! when I went back to get it fixed Monday the lady was so rude and she even messed up again!! and I had her re do it again. I informed her I was never coming back and she said good that makes us happy.. what kind of customer service is that!!??!!?? Horrible horrible nail place !! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! And by the way I never write reviews on a website but this was well needed. They need to go out of buisness worst nail place in Virginia Beach!

I went and had me feet done and a full set and i always get my eyebrows done. very clean place and Jackie is my favorite i can go 3 weeks before getting a refill. there very pleasant and i never wait

Cindy is awesome! She does a terrific job with my acrylic nails. I dont get any color and have a clear gel overlay so you see EverthingThey look Wonderful. Andy is really good too & ive been to him several times on Monday/Tuesday but cant always come on those days. Very friendly folks and Tina, the owner, is very gracious.

UNPROFESSIONAL Door said Walk-insawwelcome. I was rushed to a booth a man sat waiting. I spoke briefly about the style I wanted for my new set of nails. He quickly started with the dremel tool. He filed down one hand to a ruff texture. He then jumped up with out a word to me, spoke to a new woman who had waked in. Came to me and said his appointment had arived. I had to go no one else was avaliable to finish what he had started tho 2 or 3 other employees were around. I was asked if I could come back.....um? No! Why start 2 min befor you have an appointment

I went in there to get a gel fill in and they were super nice but I had to leave because when I asked them how much it would be they said $30 for a fill in I dont usually go there but I know that where I usually go I only paid $30 to get a gel full set their prices are way to high thats just ridiculous

I walked in at 430 just for them to take gel off and repolish them I walked in at 426pm they dont close until 530 and they told me as Im waiting that they dont have time to do my nails today. When I walked in they didnt even say anything just talked to each other when asked what I needed.

I had my nails done here not even 2 wks ago, before the first week came i was already missing a nail and now 2 have come off and 2 more are coming off. I will never go there again.
