I have been coming to this location since 2018. The staff are always friendly and professional. Brandi and Yen are wonderful nurses and provide great results every treatment I get with them. My go to treatments are the laser skin rejuvenation facial, micro needling, and laser hair removal. Laser hair removal at this location is quick and pain-free. Alessandra at the front desk is always very friendly and remembers everyone’s name. There are always specials and packages so be sure to ask about them and they can also put together custom packages for you based on your treatment goals. My only issue is they have one single phone number for all of their locations so sometimes it is difficult to get through to either make, change, or cancel an appointment.

Love this spot! Brandy always keeps my skin looking top notch and Alesandra always does her best to accommodate my crazy schedule.

Superior service that is unparalleled. I came here to get a tattoo removed over several treatment sessions and got excellent results. Most of my treatment sessions I have been seen by Brandy who is just absolutely amazing. Very professional, friendly, and my favorite provider because I get the best results from her treatments. However, I had the pleasure of working with Yen who is also pretty awesome so you cannot go wrong either one of them :) Last, but not least I want to thank Alessandra who is always very accommodating working with my schedule and has even squeezed me in at the last minute a time or two.

They do a really good job, they have few ladies who do laser hair remover but you can pick the one you like and book with her. They are also flexible to reschedule if you couldnt make it.

Unfortunately, I was not informed of best options for my concerns. Was also given unrealistic expectations prior to services. The injector seemed pre-occupied and uncertain of best technique. I am disappointed with my results. I still have deep laugh lines.

I wanted to update my previous review because this place has been under new management for a while now and Lacey has made it her priority to address all of my concerns concerning the refund for Fraxel and all the constant scheduling mishaps. For the last few months I have been nothing but satisfied with the service and the scheduling and I was able to successfully close my help card account!

Great location, amazing and friendly staff who gives you the best experience. The only place I would come to get laser done.

Possible violation of health, medical and safety guidelinesbusiness require filling out HIPAA-medical privacy forms that provide your information to other government, private and public companies, consent to beauty company research, laser hair removal guidelines, signing off risk procedures before risks explained, expensive cancellation requirements and arbitration as settlement without rights to court or other further actions. Also, no doctor onsite for medical procedures like Botox, skin and face lifts, and other medical procedures. Please be careful.

Ive had to reschedule numerous appointments due to the laser machine being either not operating or at another location. It s a bit odd that the employees schedule appointment days without knowing when the machine will be at that location. Granted, the staff is always polite but the business struggles with fundamental operational issues.

I did 5 microneedling & no changes.wasted $1100.very disappointed.
