We had to make the difficult decision to put our little doggie down. Dr. Jess was amazingly kind and compassionate. Her knowledge and professionalism made such a difference for us, and I really appreciated her approach. It’s never easy to say goodbye to a pet, but she helped make it peaceful for us, and not as stressful as I’ve experienced in the past.

These guys are still my first to call if i have a emergency and need help fast. However, getting a follow up is incredibly difficult. Calling to make a appointment is a crapshoot. I called 4 times and left voicemails but recieved no call backs. And when my goat needed a follow up after a lion attack they told me the lump on her neck was scar tissue. Call a different vet and they actually examined it and it was a lump of bacterial infection that was should have been taken care of the previous visit. Call them if there is a emergency but dont bother for a follow up

I had the pleasure of meeting doctor Alan White out at my stables. He worked to on my gilding Bay boy. He did his teeth, adjusted his back, give him a complete workover. Doctor White was very knowledgeable and a pleasant person to be around very professional. I would surely and confidently recommend Bear River Equine doctor Alan White DVM is our doctor from now on. I love these people! They have been so great to all our pig pets. They are efficient and friendly and kind. And in my opinion they are super affordable.

Their services are fantastic. We had to put our 15 year old chihuahua down with an enlarged heart on a Sunday and Dr. Mather came over. Doing it in the comfort of our own home was extremely comforting for us and our baby boy. He went peacefully in the comfort of his own home and it was the best thing we could have done for him. I highly recommend this veterinarian. Thank you, Dr. Mather so much for your kindness and compassion at a very sad time.

They were awesome! They came out for a ranch call and were wonderful with the horses and dogs. Vaccinations and teeth floating went perfectly, and I really enjoyed talking to them. Very friendly and personable people, and their prices were great. Id definitely recommend this vet service.

We said goodbye to our precious dog Zoe yesterday. I cannot tell you all how absolutely impressed we were with Dr. Jennifer Mather from Bear River Mobile Vet. When I called I was crying. She was so calm and kind. She asked if I wanted her to come right now I told her that Zoes dad was on his way home from Newcastle and she said okay should be here by 5. I have seldom met a person that carries that level of compassion for both the humans and the animal involved. I honestly could not have asked God for a better person to have helped us though this. She was incredibly sweet and gentle with our Zoe.

Used Natalie this weekend on a tick fever to colic horse. Really enjoyed working with her. Very communicative and practical. She was very understanding and willing to work with me on what I could do to help and keep my costs down. I love that she is now certified to do acupuncture. Really excited to have this new team in our community.

I have been using Bear River Mobile Veterinarian Service Inc since I got 2 rescue horses 2 years ago. They are always able to fit me in, are really friendly and helpful. They answer all my quest without making me feel like its a stupid questionot and are always very professional. They came to my house when my 16 year old cat needed to be put to sleep, and took her to be cremated. They were very gentle and kind, I will be forever grateful.

Dr. Natalie came out to our home this morning to put our little boston terrier down. She was so compassionate and gentle with Molli. Thank you so much for helping us put our pup out of her pain and misery. Natalie is the best vet and we thank you very much for your service.

This morning, my grandparents had to make the heartwrenching decision to put their beloved 12 year old dog Sadie to sleep. She had severe arthritis and showed signs of kidney and liver failure. Natalie and a nurse, I believe her name was Shelley, arrive within an hour of the call being made. They talked extensively with my grandparents about what was going on and their options. We all had ample time to say goodbye to our beloved Sadie and we are so grateful for the level of respect that was shown to our family. Thank you so much.

I cant say enough on how supportive Dr Natalie Drost and her team were to me during a very sad time when I needed to put my Dog, Spike, to sleep.The whole team made me feel OK to cry and sat with me and let me tell stories of my dog. They were even willing to help me bury him. But I felt it was something I needed to do alone.I cant thank them enough for their kindness and loving support.

We have used their services for years with all out animals and they are great.

Jen is a practical, honest and reliable vet. I have called her out for nighttime colics, vet checks, innocuations, mid-day emergencies and pet problems, she is always prompt and personable. I love that she is a U.C. Davis grad, one of Americas best veterinary schools. I trust her completely, she is happy to answer my questions and share her insights. She seems to teach me something new every time I see her. I am outside of her regular farm call area but her mileage charges are very reasonable.

Very expensive - limited resources - poor RX system - takes a long time.
