Got individual lashes done on Saturday 9/4....it is Monday 9 /6 and my whole left eye and half of the right is gone already. I am so mad and disappointed she charged me $25 for a service she clearly cant do. i can say that now bc this is not the first time, I tried a strip with her just last week. And it came off the next day but I was thinking that it was the type of eyelashes I used. please do not let the owner touch your lashes

Went to get a polish change and the job was done horribly, I couldve saved my $15 and done it myself. Polish not even on my nails, smeared by time I made it home. Will not be going back

Went to get a pedicure and manicure waited atelast 20-25 mintues for them to even start my feet they just had my feet sitting in water .. toes weren’t fully covered in polish.. Brenda also rushed on my nails i went back asked to redo or either get my money back she said she would add a extra coat of polish and file 😒😒 that’s not redoing my nails they aren’t professional at all .. Andy was arguing with a customer in the back just close the whole whole shop they are all about a dollar .. mind you this was supposed to be overlay and i even showed her a picture. Of what i wanted and this is what i got she also tried to charge me a extra 5$ at the end

They always do a great job if you tell them what you like, the only problem is that depending on who is doing your nails it can be a 2 hour process for nails and feet, but the service is always good and nails always look great.

Horrible service. They charged my 12 yr old daughter 90 dollars for new set and gel polish and the nail work looks Horrible. I will never go back there ever.

Ive been going to Vann Nails for a couple of years. I ho there just for my pedicures. Andy is the only only one I prefer to do my pedicure, Im always satisfied when he does it. I went to get my pedicure today and Andy was busy and I couldnt wait. Someone else did my pedicure and needless to say I am not happy wit it at all. So disappointing. Also they charged me $5 more than they did 5 weeks ago then try to make me think Ive always paid that price. Just so disappointed this visit.

They are so friendly and pay close attention to detail! First time Ive been here and they took great care of me. After this, I wont go anywhere else to get my nails done. Very satisfied customer!!!

I had to give them 1 star to post this review, otherwise I’d give NO stars.. they don’t deserve it Do not go here if u take pride in how your hands and nails look! Brenda is ruuude, rushed and has no attention for detail!! And does not care how her customers nails look, she just wants your $$. While she worked on me she worked on 2 other girls, although there were two other workers there, did not soak my cuticles or at least brush that oil they’re supposed to.... dag Brenda!! No lotion and You can guess there was definitely no massaging of the hands. AND THERE WAS GLUE ALL ON THE EDGES OF MY FINGERS!! My nails came out thick no matter how many times I asked her to make them thinner or how mant times I showed her a pick of what I wanted. And don’t tell her u don’t like something or ask her to fix or redo anything because she has a bad attitude! Don’t waste your time of throw your $$ away at this place. For real!..

Always do a fantastic job, been going there for 10 years now. Andy is great and wife Brenda, very kind. Place is very clean and they sanitize their stuff, which is important to me.

The reviews that mention the rush and rude attitude are 100% true. I shouldve listened. Myself and 3 others went there for mani pedi and we were there for 2.5 hours. I had to force Brenda to redo my design 3 times and left with my nails looking sloppy and glue on my skin. Brenda is unprofessional and greedy for money. For the price you will have to pay, go to a nail salon with better quality.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The place could use some updating but other than that, its a great local place to get your nails done!

Ive been going to Van Nails for 15 years. The reason I go there is because of their consistently good work and customer service. My whole family goes together to get pedicures every few weeks and we always come out smiling.

Wont go back. Took my daughter to get a mani and pedi. The lady asked me if I would like anything. And I asked how much for a pedicure. She told me 13 dollars. So I got a pedicure. When the work was done my daughter came to 35 dollars and I was 30 not 13. If they cant speak the language they should not be giving out prices. Find some place that can speak English better. 2 hours later my daughters nails started to chip.

They rush through. Unfortunately the wife has done my nails twice with powder and less then a week they were chipping. I got them done Thursday and by Sunday evening 2 had chipped, now a 3rd that has broken my real nail and another one barely hanging on. The first ti.e i got a manicure and powder set theu charged me less than $30 but half a** ed on the manicure. The last 2 times i only got powder set and they charged $45 for them to be rore up in 3 days!!! Seriously!!!!The husband is great, however when I asked him could I make appointment with him going forward he told me him or his wife . I would dare allow her to touch my beautiful nails again. I have long natural nails and it seems impossible to do d someone good in the area who can do them consistently without damage in the first week of getting them done. I absolutely will Never return to Van nails for any service what so ever for as long as I am breathing.

The lady RUSHED on my nails. Acrylic was stuck underneath several of my nails and the polish not coated evenly. I asked if the she was the owner or the guy and she said she was the owner. Ladies the owner was unbelievably RUDE and I had to tell her not to disrespect me.

I had a very inexperienced lady work on my pedicure she was very nice but I was about to leave when I noticed my feet were very rough and uneven on the bottom. The manager stepped in and noticed this as well so she fixed my feet however I waited to have my eyebrows waxed for around 30 minutes after this.. I personally felt that $ should have been taken off my pedicure since I had to stay extra to have the manager fix what the previous lady had messed up.. Also my brows didnt turn out well either I had to pluck them when I got home to get the many extra hairs she missed. I would not go back to this salon for the prices you can go to a much better salon. I prefer Asia Nails in Virginia Beach.. They really take the time to get everything right.DO NOT GO HERE!

Great pedicures with really nice massage chairs

Never going back again. Nails were uneven and gel was stuck in cracks of toes causing pain. Didnt fix much when I went back in. Not worth 90 bucks. Wont be returning. They dont list prices so its a surprise when you checkout and they just give you half ass services you didnt ask for and then charge you for them.
