I was looking for a shop close to my home and just happened to come across this one. Ms. Shelley is an absolute gem! She and another gentleman there gave me a lovely pedicure and designed my nails better than in the picture I showed them. They joked and laughed with me and my daughters, and made my autistic oldest daughter feel comfortable enough to get her nails painted.... Something I couldnt get her to try for years. My girls loved their service and so did I, itll be my new home shop!💖💖💖💖

Great place they only taken appointments but worth it

The nail tech is so impatient and rude with unnecessary eye rolls and sighing for my first time getting acrylic. Secondly the square shape I wanted didn’t even look right, it was to wide at the tip. Also when I went home to remove them, the acrylic came off slimy and sticky is mma monomer which is prohibited in the Virginia to use.

I’ve been coming here since I was 14, and 6 years I’m still not disappointed! It’s so personal and professional, and a overall 100000/10 experience! Thank you Nate and Shelly! ❤️

I was very impressed with the service. I do health home aide services and took my patient here today to get a pedicure. Shelley (I hope I spelled her name right) was very accommodating towards him. Staff was all very friendly to us and service was wonderful! We will be coming back again for sure.

Mixed feeling. Sign says $20 set but I got a set and gel and came to $45 which isnt so bad. Love how my nails look when i look down at them but after i left i noticed my middle and ring finger nails are shooting straight upwards. . While the woman was doing my nails she almost took a chunk out of my finger with nail clippers.

Nate & Shelly are THE BEST! The attention to detail and patience with every client is Extraordinary! I am so thankful that this shop is near my home so I can visit easily and often! Truth is they do such a great job unlike most area nail shops - you won’t have to go in every few days to fix an issue! And My Gel polish lasts 2+ weeks on my oily nails which at previous shops would peel off in days! ❤️ them here!!!!

The owner/woman is so impatient with customers. She got upset because she couldnt understand what my daughter wanted and was rolling her eyes. It was horrible. I finally had to give her piece of my mind. I would never spend my money there again. I gave a star for greeting me when I walked in.

They don’t use sterile equipment. I went and they just pulled it straight out tray. I asked if they could get sterile ones and they looked at me like I was krazy. Wow smh not good for business so I won’t be back!!
