I am new to the area and needed some repairs done to my Jeep. A friend recommend Cavalier Garage. Very professional. I am very satisfied with their work. The repair was made promptly, The price was fair and reasonable for the work done. I have found my Go To shop for future auto repairs.

Kind atmosphere with very helpful staff. Seeing as I didnt know much about cars to begin with, they took the time to breakdown information and keep me up to date every step of the way! That much I super appreciate as a first time (and returning) customer. Bonus points for having to deal with my super slow third party warranty company 😅 and being patient with me.

I read reviews, Cavalier had awesome reviews. Jody is extremely nice very helpful and explanatory, had the transmission serviced and Im very pleased ! I had a question on another repair shop in another town for another issue and Jody took the time to explain to me and ease my mind. I would recommend him to anyone, Scott the technician that worked on my vehicle is also extremely nice and explanatory, I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Jody and Lisa the owners are the nicest people, and are there to assist you. Jody quickly evaluates the vehicles problem and schedule repairs. One of the best car repairs weve had. From the quality of work to the honesty and and integrity of employees. Just moved here from out of state. This place came highly recommended by my car buddies in Virginia Beach. I came in and immediately felt welcomed. Jody at the front desk listened to my car troubles, talked me through the likely causes and had me in the next day to get it on the lift and confirm our suspicions. Me and my husband just moved to Virginia. It took us a year to find a great shop that we can trust. Trust is number one for us. We finally found a shop that we will always go to.

I have been going there for the last 40+ years. They have done everything from inspecting all of my vehicles to replacing my front suspension on my truck! I will never go anywhere else. Jody has always been 150% honest and helpful to me and my family. You can trust them to tell you the truth and not do anything that you do not need! Honest and professional local family owned business. Good work at a fair price. Been in business since the 1950s. Bound to be doing something right! Integrity is everything. Nobody likes to get their car worked on(or the cost involved) but, repairs are needed occasionally. If you like what they do tell your friends, if you have an issue tell them. Support this local business or they wont be there when you need them!

OUTSTANDING! After a horrible experience with a different shop, Cavalier was highly recommended as a trustworthy automotive center. And they did not disappoint! An incredible burden has been lifted and I am so very thankful to Jody and staff!

Will definitely return. I was able to get in quickly for an inspection and break repair. Being that I moved from out of state fairly recently and am often concerned about mechanics trying to take advantage of customers, especially women, I was really concerned about finding a place that is honest, transparent, and provides quality service with reasonable prices. I found all of these things at Cavalier. I was repeatedly offered the opportunity to see and review the issues that were found and repairs being made and did not feel talked down to by the mechanic or other staff (which was much appreciated). I feel like the cost was comparable and fair. I was able to sit comfortably in the waiting area for the repairs and inspection to be completed as I wasnt able to drop off the car and pick it back up later. Definitely recommend.

Went here after getting a quote of $400 from a leading repair shop in the area for a right front wheel hub replacement on a 2007 altima.Jody qouted me $1000 for the hub and right side axle and $800 for just the right front hub.Almost double than Fireston@.After telling him no over the phone when I go to pickup my vehicle he says $560 for the hub.Still way more than the other shop.I will never come back and will tell anyone I know to stay far away from here.

Took my 2010 yota in to replace my Transfer case...they got a used one here quick and installed it quickly. Everything worked and was below estimate given...awesome Job team.

Our drive south took an unexpected turn when our AC decided to fail in the 92 degree heat. Fortunately we came upon the nice people at Cavaliers Garage. Frankly its hard to express how courteous and professional they were. Not only did they walk the talk of their posted mission statement, but they thoroughly explained the diagnosed problem and solution to my satisfaction...all at a very reasonable price for the needed repairs.
