I found dental x-rays very painful. Method used needs updating. Technician had difficulty positioning films in my mouth without discomfort. Dental Chairs padded arms were repaired with duct tape it seemed. Not a good first impression.

Ive been coming here for about 4 years and I really adore the entire team. My Hygienist, Jennifer is definitely a two thumbs up kind of lady. Very informative and funny. She treats you like a friend when youre in her chair. I would highly, highly recommend them. Very courteous and professional group.

As someone who gets ridden with anxiety about seeing a dentist, I cannot say enough good things about Palm Harbor Premier Dental! I just got home from getting my tooth extracted and normally this would be an ordeal for me. Staff makes you feel so calm, so at ease that I was able to do it without having an anxiety attack. I am so happy I found this dental office and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Front staff are warm and friendly. Treatment thus far has been going well. I chose this office because theyre the only one on my insurance with Saturday hours but now that my work schedule has changed, Im going to continue going based on the experiences. Dental work is no joke and finding a good one that doesnt make you feel horrible about things is amazing. I like this office so much Ive switched my husband and teenagers over as well.

Palm Harbor Premier Dental is absolutely fantastic!! The wait time is minimal, the staff is welcoming and super nice. Jen does a fabulous job with the cleanings and the dentist took his time to make sure everything was good with my teeth and jaw!

Woke up on a Saturday morning with a horribly abscessed tooth that needed immediate attention. After calling nearly every open dental office in the area, it was Dr. Castellano and his staff that got me in right away. Both the doctor and his assistant were very kind and took the time to explain the treatment needed and answer all of my many questions. Altogether the appointment was a pleasant one, minus the very unpleasant abscess of course. Should you find yourself in a similar situation, this is the dental office to call first!

Haven’t been to the dentist since in well over 10 years and was fully expecting a rough experience. It’s was entirely the opposite. Would highly recommend! Even convinced my fiancé to leave his dentist he’s been seeing regularly most of his life to come here!

I went to PH Premier Dental. Due to my surprise this place is amazing.Ive never liked a dentist experience in my life. So this has been the best Dental experience EVER!!!Front desk staff is very nice. Gardenia is my hygienist! Shes very kind.Made me feel very relaxed and was very thorough with my cleaning.Dr. Castellano is also very kind. Hes knowledgeable, confident and gave me several options to move forward with a plan. I had a great cleaning. They took x-rays of my teeth because they thought I had problems inside them. I had an abscess in my gums and had no pain but they caught it and put me on antibiotics to clear it up.

I know my son and I will always gwt the best care at Palm Harbor Premier Dental. From the reception to treatment they are always very thurough and accommodating.

Relatively new patient with my first time regular visit going well a few months ago. Broke a tooth and they got me in very timely and figured out a game plan which required a crown. Walked away with a temporary and the permanent came in within a week so back to finish up the process. Everyone was very friendly and professional as well as all procedures explained thoroughly. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Dr. Kantwill and his staff.

I was unable to use my dentist because of the covid situation. However, this was a blessing in disguise. This dental office got me in right away to treat an emergency. They were so friendly and assisted in any way I needed. Theyre my new primary dental office. I love all the staff. The work was fast and its done by a very experienced dentist who has years under his belt.

Had an amazing experience with this office. I went in for some major work and I had the pleasure of working with all 3 dentists. Each were phenomenal. The young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helped me through all of the paperwork and appointments. Everyone was exceptional but who left the biggest impression was Carlos. He was very knowledgeable and walked me step by step through the entire process. From showing me pictures and explaining what I was looking at to small talk in between, I was put at ease because I knew these guys were experts. If I could put 10 stars I would!

Jennifer did my cleaning today after not going to the dentist for an embarrassing amount of time. I have a real phobia of the dentist and have neglected my teeth. She was so gentle and explained everything she was doing making me feel very comfortable and calm. The Dr. came in and was also very pleasant reassuring that although I need a bit of work we can do it in phases so it’s not overwhelming! I felt very good about choosing this team after I left today. There is so much anxiety when it comes to dentists this one was the perfect fit for me!

I cant recommend them highly enough, especially for nervous patients.They have made themselves available at a moments notice on a few occasions, made sure I was comfortable, and have never pressured me (which in my experience, is rarely the case), and if you have problems, they will take care of you (I had an issue and they resolved it for me without cost).I have nothing bad to say about anyone working there. the staff are all friendly, straight forward, skilled, and knowledgeable. Dr Kantwill has an excellent bedside manor and attitude, and I have never met a more experienced, professional, and knowledgeable medical professional.

Be Very careful from this unprofessional people I spent over 10k at their place and on the last time after they push me to do some stuff that wasn’t urgent or necessary in my teeth clamming that they accepted my insurance then billed me for $887 saying they made a mistake and my insurance not covered that part after 3 month and they want me to pay this amount . Not professional at all. Stay away, ripping off.

I am petrified of the dentist and when my tooth started to hurt after already having a crown placed by a previous dentist, I knew I needed a root canal. I went to this location instead of their trinity one because they offered root canals and Invisalign services. My root canal was scheduled quickly and let me just say, it was so easy! It was a breeze, the only difficult part was afterwards because the corner of my lip was so torn up from the constant pressure on it from the tools (granted, they were working on the molar in the far back of my mouth at the top!). All in all, it was painless and quick. They eased my nerves (didnt even need laughing gas like I thought I would!) and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The front office assistant (Jennifer) is amazing and quick to get information and call back.I am so looking forward to getting Invisalign with them and continuing all my future dental care with them. If you have to choose a place, choose this place!

Had my first appointment with the dentist today I was concerned that I had a cracked tooth. Everyone was professional - place was extremely clean. They looked at the tooth and let me know it was not cracked it was how it should be. They were so honest and I felt so relieved that it was not a repair. Made a follow up appointment for teeth cleaning. Would highly recommend them.

I just want to thank Dr. Richard for being such an AWESOME Dentist!!!! He fixed my new bridge and has the BEST bedside manner I have ever seen in a Dentist!!!!!! DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE ANXIETY. Please read my edit below this original sentence, which was posted after my first visit. Handled my anxiety issues with understanding. Explained everything and made sure I was comfortable.Edit on 1/22. Do NOT go to Dr. Kantwill if you have extreme anxiety. I felt that on my first visit, the office staff and Dr. Kantwill were understanding of my extreme anxiety issues. They prescribed me pre-meds and had nitrous available. My next visit was for my root canal and my temp crown. That visit was fine but I was pre-medicated and had nitrous. On my 3rd visit to have my permanent crown placed, my anxiety got the better of me and I asked for nitrous. I was pre-medicated and had nitrous but still could not overcome my anxiousness. I then asked for a shot. At that time, Dr. Kantwill did give me a shot but his demeanor was a bit different. It seemed that he was patronizing. I chalked it up to just being the way he spoke to people since they were willing to make me comfortable to have my crown placed.Today I returned for a cleaning with the dental hygienist. She was talking about some dental work I would need and I had shared my anxiety issues with her and how it was difficult for me to come to the dentist.When the cleaning was over and Dr. Kantwill came in to talk to me about my dental care plan, I became anxious. I started asking questions about different tools because this is the way that I cope with my anxiety when Im not pre-medicated. I was obviously nervous as my voice began to shake. After he brushed off my questions, he called me ridiculous. At that point, I ended the appointment and shared that it was highly insulting to say that to me because I understand my anxiety can be unreasonable. I do what I can to control it and one of those things is to ask questions. The fact that he felt I was being ridiculous showed me that he either does not know how to emphasize with anxious patients or does not care. I would much rather a dentist professionally dismiss me from their practice by letting me know that my anxiety is too much for them to work with than to be treated the way I was today by Dr. Kantwill.

Ellen the Dental Hygienist was without a doubt the best Hygienist I have visited in my 60+ years. Dr. Rick and Carlos worked on my crowns. Hard to rave about getting a crown but honestly again both very pleasant and went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible in the process. Ok so far so good. What an awesome dental office & staff! Walking into the reception area you are greeted with smiles and kindness. I walked in as an emergency patient w/o dental insurance but with a dental plan which they took. No sooner than I completed the paperwork Carlos took me to the examining room and began with x-rays. I was literally shaking and expressed to him I was extremely terrified. He was so comforting & assured me he and Dr. Khalil would do everything to make this is a good experience. He made sure sure I was calm and when Dr Khalil began she made certain I was in as little pain as possible, even turning off the lighting and waiting to give the injections time enough to take effect...in my case about three separate times... how rare is that?? She took her time and was incredible to me. This truly was the best experience with any dentist in my past. I already made follow up appointments too.I guarantee if you give Dr. Marian Khalil and her staff the opportunity, you will be just as pleased with Palm Harbor Premier Dental too!

Cracked a tooth one morning. In the middle of COVID. They got me in that day, fixed the crack, did a root canal and fit me for a crown. All during the craziest plague. Seriously fantastic. Couldnt recommend them enough.

I got helped by Jenn at the front and Jenn who did my teeth cleaning.The visit was great, really good customer service and very friendly staff and environment. After i walked out my teeth looked like a million bucks. I should sell them while their still looking good now.Jenn really dug in between my teeth and gums to make sure everything was gone and it feels so much better with proper cleaning.
