Took my car here for tires and brakes. Eugene did an excellent job, I had some odd noise coming from my back right tire. NTB was able to look at my car and find out it was just a hanging piece of plastic. They did the work for free and I am a very happy customer!
Best tire shop Ive ever been too! They didnt even end up getting me a new tire but honest service is the most important in my book! Definitely the place to go here in the VA beach area.
Friendly and efficient service. Work was completed very quickly, and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. Comfy chairs in the waiting area, too. Thanks, Eugene and the mechanic who put my tire on!
Great place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Fast service. I will be back any time I need tires.
I have never had better customer service! I have been using them for years, and I have always found their prices competitive and their customer service above anywhere else in Virginia Beach.I had to replace a tire recently, and they didn’t have it in stock but found it for me at another location. I could have gone to the store where they had the tire in stock, but I believe in customer loyalty and brought them the tire to mount. I was so thankful they were able to find the tire, and unlike other stores didn’t try to convince me I needed to get two tires or a new rim, which is definitely something I appreciate considering most places will try to convince me to get more than I actually need.James was honest, helpful, and even mounted the tire himself when I told him I was bringing it back to him to put on my car. His customer service is exceptional, and I will never go anywhere just because he was so helpful and didn’t try to convince me to buy anything I didn’t need. As a female, I am always grateful when people respect me as a person, and don’t assume they can get fool me into buying more because I’m a female. If you are looking for service, go see James! My whole family uses them, and we are always more than satisfied with the quality of their service and the way they treat us. I promise you will never go anywhere else again.
Do yourself a favor and google/YouTube your symptoms before coming in. Tried to up charge me on two separate occasions. I can see how these places make money, they minuplate you into thinking there’s more wrong then there actually is. Also, the store should verify if they actually have materials to repair your car BEFORE they take it back, not a hour after sitting & assuming they’re working on it.
Rude person on desk and made an appointment only to find out they don’t do one for state inspections which was made person called this morning and told me he didn’t have a key to open safe won’t come back again
Stop in to get a trailer tire plugged after waiting in lobby for 5 minutes man comes out and tells me we dont do trailer tires .Im shocked a tire is a tireI now know where not to buy any tires at
Great experience. The service manager, Brian Garrett was so nice and got my car in and removed the rock from between the rotor and wheel, changed the oil and didnt cost me an arm and a leg! Great work ethic. Thank you! Will definitely return.
Gave one star because zero is not an option. I can’t put into words how horrible the customer service is at this place. Twice now I have made reservations for an appointment to have an oil change. Those times they have refused to do the service and told me that they were too shorthanded. The second you walk in the door the rude and unprofessional behavior that they exhibit shows that all they care about doing is trying to make sure that you choose not to get the service and leave.
My splash guard came off my car and I was stuck in the middle of the roadI called them up and even though it was closing time the store manager James and the service manager Brian immediately took care of it.They refused to accept a payment for doing it. Can’t thank them enough. Amazing
They work great and don’t always need an appointment. That is if you are the “correct” gender
Went in to get my tires checked. Slow leak. Newer tires on my 4 runner. The manager was completely unprofessional and rude. He didn’t seem to want to look at my tires. Told me he was the best at checking for leaks and this could take hours. His guy found the leaks and came to me saying they were unrepairable. Nail in one on an angle and a pin hole in the other. I needed two new tires. I said ok I’m out.Went to Discount Tire on Virginia Beach Blvd near Town Center. They said the tires were completely repairable for the length of the time of the tires.Be very careful with this place.Dave Johnson
The manager, James, and the mechanic, Steven, provided great service and did a fantastic job of squaring away my car and fixing the brake and noise issues I was experiencing with my Chevy Traverse. Great job. I will be going back to them for my auto car needs.
I have taken my 2008 Mazda3 to the same place in Richmond for years - even living in the Tidewater area now, I have made plans to have service done when I return home to visit friends. Im sure it sounds foolish, but Im a young woman who admittedly doesnt know enough about more complex car repairs to know when Im being had. But a friend recommended this Merchants location on Laskin road and I was seriously due for an oil change, so I decided to take a chance on their 19.99 online deal.I was not disappointed. Their online scheduling was very easy to use, and when I called to push my appointment back by a few hours, I spoke with a very polite, well-spoken woman who pleasantly confirmed the details of my new appointment. I dropped my car off early with two men at the counter who were friendly and alert.I wish I could remember his name, but I spoke with a deep-voiced gent who called to let me know I was due for inspection and that I had both a headlight out and a tire that was approaching its last legs...but that with a new headlight, Id pass inspection. I hesitated on the headlight when he mentioned a $10 service charge, but he waived it for me. I picked up my car promptly at 5:15 where another woman - also well-spoke, polite and pleasant - rang me up and send me on my way. Thats at least 4 different employees who all know what was going on, who I was, and which car was mine - all of whom were very, very nice. Turns out the deep-voiced fellow had lived across the street from my house in Ghent for almost 10 years. Small world.Keep in mind, this was a single experience - but it was so smooth and painless, I had to post a review. I will definitely go back for my next service appointment. Thank you, Merchants!
Fixed the problem much faster (and less expensive) than expected. Highly recommend.
When I pulled up to the Laskin Road location Janine walked out of the front door to greet me at my car. Now that is customer service. She said it would take about 40 minutes so I walked across the street to The Beach Pub to have a bowl of chowder. She called me 40 minutes later and said my car was ready for pick up. Not only did I get a new tire at a discounted price because of my roadside hazard feature, they rotated, balanced and aligned my all 4 tires and no additional cost.Way to go Merchants Tire Laskin Road.
The worst place. The customer service is terrible. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
If it was possible to have negative stars - I would. The following actually happened - I’ve waited a few weeks to write this so I could be rational and calm - so here goes.Fix your car yourself before coming here. My experience was nothing short of dysfunctional. My car broke down 1000 yards from their location. They would not let me borrow their portable jumper to attempt to get the vehicle to their lot. I had it towed there - they picked where to have the tow truck driver - who by the way warned me not to use them - leave my truck. It was 23 degrees out and the worker couldn’t jump my car and then had me attempt to push my truck into their garage bays. He encouraged me to go to Beach Pub and ask random men to help me. After 45 minutes attempting to push a truck up the lot into the bay - the worker then decided he’d just replace the battery in the cold. Apparently he could have done this from the get go - but better to ask the paying customer in work clothes to attempt to push his own truck. That’s solid business practice. The battery was replaced and the truck still didn’t start - at which point I was informed it could be spark plugs, fuses, the ignition - but nothing they could help with. Awesome - thanks! Now this all started with an estimate of $245 for labor and parts. Fast forward and the woman working shows me an invoice for $580 including 2 hours of manual labor! I did the manual labor! She offered me a discount on the battery after doubling the estimate and offering no explanation of why the cost doubled.I requested my battery be put back in the truck which drew the ire of the employee who barked at me over it. I had the truck towed to Firestone who changed my oil, replaced 2 fuses and a spark plug and had me back on the road for under 300 total.NTB is the worst of the worst. Honestly - you’d be better off trying to fix your own car!
The rear breaks went bad (screeching metal noise) on our Ford Explorer when we drove to Virginia Beach for our spring break vacation after 13 hours drive. We arrived Friday night and then Saturday morning I searched Google for a brake shop that has good reviews. The one I saw was a small shop but when we went there at 7 AM the person that opened the shop said their brake expert only works Monday to Friday. So, I decided to go to this Merchants shop. I was hesitant at first because its a popular shop I guess in the east coast and might be very busy and it only has mediocre reviews in Google. We arrive around 9 AM (they opened at 7 AM) and talked to Tim (service rep) and told him we are vacationing in the area and needed the brakes checked in our car. He took our car in quickly. The staff are also very accommodating and friendly. They even allowed our dog to hang around in the lobby. Tim was able to get the brakes inspected in about an hour and let me know how much it would cost to fix it. The price he gave I think is reasonable. Im sure if I shopped around I can get a little cheaper price to fix it. But I think its worth it for the quality of service they provide, friendliness and convenience (its walking distance to our hotel). They were able to get the brakes fixed around 2 pm and we had time to spare to visit the First Landing State Park in afternoon and evening.I would recommend this shop to travelers in VB.
Hey, I was going to give a 5 star, untill today, went in for an oil change, OMG, 1hr 30 mins latter I needed brakes rotor tires ! ! ! Just got a clean bill, 4 weeks earlier, with a GREAT inspection 😞
This location is right across the street from my work so I was able to drop my Jeep off and walk. Irving was very nice and helpful when I wasnt certain what was wrong with the vehicle. He called to let me know he didnt see any reason for a tune-up yet and didnt want to charge me for work that wasnt needed for another 10k miles. Now my Jeep drives like a dream. Big thanks to Irving and the rest of the Merchants crew!
Eugene and his staff have always taken good care of me. Recognizing what I need and helping me get the best bang for my buck. Convenient and friendly. :) Thank you
Horrible service. Went for a flat tire to be plugged. Was told theyd have to make sure it was able to be plugged first. Okay cool. Dropped the car off when I came back they charged me 100 dollars for a plug with labor. Two days later I just decided to get new tires. Went somewhere else.. They pulled the old tire off with the plug pretty much hanging out of the tire and cord sticking out the side. That tire never should have went back on my car. I went back in to show tire and get a refund and the store manager yelled at me. Got in my face. Put his hand in my face and acted extremely unprofessional. I also manage a business so I was extremely shocked and upset then I got angry. I can understand dealing with irate customers and I will admit I was upset when I walked in there but I was never rude or loud with him until he put his hand in my face and started screaming at me. RIDICULOUS!! Beware of this place. That tire could have killed me.
Shoutout to Henry and Jeanie, I have 2 vehicles that I have serviced with them and they always take the best care of me. Its nice to finally find a place that is honest and looking out for ur best interest/safety!!Keep up the amazing work yall do👌👍
Janine helped me get the information I need to make a decision to get a service done at this facility. I was worried about what the value install package came with. I was so pleased I got that and a oil change. I plan to go back to the facility and cant thank her enough for not trying to pressure me into services I dont need.
Excellent customer service. When my light came on my dashboard for low pressure on one of my tires, they looked at it right away, even though they were busy. After putting air in my tire, they checked all the others as well, and did a visual inspection to see if I had a nail. They didnt charge me.I was immensely grateful, as I was quite far from home.
Called and spoke with Irving. Told him I believed I had picked up a nail or screw in one of my tires. He said to bring the car on by... I recognize these places can be backed up by appointments... so I asked if I left it for a couple hours would that be long enough to fix it.He said yesI came back. My tire was fixed. He said there was a small nail in it and told me there was no charge since I had purchased the road hazard policy with my tires! They did not try to tell me anything else unnecessary.I was treated VIP... handed my keys... and I definitely will be back for my general maintenance needs!I have had my bad experiences with Merchants over the years but it all has to do with the staff at the location. I feel confident that returning to this location will be a good experience.Excellent job. My car was ready as promised!
What a wonderful experience! They all were very polite, greeting me, thanking me for coming in. When I called they got me right in, not only am I sick but have a tire going flat which was not on my list of things to do today, but my experience was so pleasant that it made up for the tire problem. They were very efficient and I was very comfortable, relaxing and having a cup of coffee :) thanks guys!
Le and the NTB team replaced the tires on my Silverado, they went above and beyond to make sure they were done the right way, as someone who values great workmanship I highly recommend the NTB team. I will be coming here from now on for all of the auto needs. Thanks for the great service!!!
I went here for a state inspection and they called and told me that my headlights needed aligned. I just had them aligned at the last inspection at another shop. I guess that since they dont make much with $12 inspections that the headlight issue is the new way of making extra dollars at $53 to fix. That is .5 hour to turn two screws to align. I recommend that you go some where else for your inspections.
They got me in quick for an oil change I needed before going out of town. Very friendly and helpful.
Very helpful service while I was away on vacation with my girlfriend. They helped SO much and handled the situation very professionally. I would recommend them to anyone looking for auto service in the Virginia Beach area!*two thumbs up*
Quick repair, balance, and remount of a punctured tire at a reasonable price. The friendly service writer worked me into the schedule and I left about an hour later.
Went in for oil change, and they tried to upsell me to replace front and rear brakes, rotors and a brake flush. Took to my usual service center - beach automobile service center on birdneck who are known for their trustworthiness (that’s why their always busy as heck), and my front brakes needed to be replaced but that was it. Rest was fine and brake flushing and replacement is a white unicorn, apparently never needed. $120 for front brakes versus the $650 plus they wanted to charge for unnecessary stuff. BS! Buyer beware! Won’t ever go back. And wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
This place just charged my g/f $90 for a state inspection ($16) and a turn signal bulb ($2 part on a 5 minute job). They prey on those who dont know any better. Stay away at all costs. They will rob you while smiling in your face
I dont understand the past reviews for this Merchants location. Maybe something has changed in management, but in any case, my experience was excellent. Tim, the manager, and the other employee that I had contact with were excellent. They gave me a very fair price and provided excellent quality service. A few days after the experience, I can honestly say that I have not had a better auto service experience. They did a large job with tires and periodic maintence, used quality products and did so with an on-time delivery. Besides the expected, they also dropped me off and picked me up. A++++ experience for me on the first time I used this Merchants location. Thank you Tim and the rest of your crew.
Went to get 4 tires and inspection and alignment, got a quote for 670.00after all was said and done cost me 940.00. Told me that camber bolts were in backwards, said it was a hour and a half job charged me 124.29 to correct, I could have done in in 15 minutes, also said that tire rod endwas not on right, charged me 56.50 for a job that i could have done in five minutes in the parking lot if I had my tools with me. Also charged me a 3.00 disposal fee for four tires which they only did 2 because i brought 2 of them home with me. Thought I was getting a deal buying 4 tires and getting one free, but i guess this is how they make up for it, Will never go back there again
Terrible service and experience from start to finish. Should have left after the first exchange with the employee, but I needed the work done. Oil change and tire rotation. Before the car was on the rack they were preying on the customer for an up-sell. They failed to do the tire rotation ultimately.. When I mentioned this their response was completely unprofessional. No denial or apology, basically called me stupid. Ill be sure to contact the manger of the store, their manager, and whatever manager is over them.AVOID THIS STORE.
Double check they wanted over 250 to reaxe a belt on a friends car. took 20 dollar plus 10 Mon for me to do in parking lot SMH..
Called and spoke with Irvin this morning at around 8am, needed an oil change and light bulb to be replaced. He stated if I hurried over they would have it completed today by 12 noon. I let him know I did not have time to wait, as I was coming from work.(Also problems in the past with time frames here as I have been a customer for about a year now) He assured me it would not be a problem, when I arrived 5 minutes later being I work directly accross the street, he stated I would have to wait. HOW FRUSTRATING! I had no time to wait, so I left. No one tried to call or reschedule me, so I called back to the store at 11am, got a technician, I asked for a manger. He placed me on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up and called back spoke to a female, asked to for a corporate phone #. She placed me on hold, then Irvin about 5 minutes later came on the line. I asked him for the corporate #, he stated how could he help me. I stated whom I was, and that I was very displeased and would like the corporate #, He stated they would just direct me back to him. I stated I had no more time that could be wasted, please just give me the corporate #. He placed me on hold for 10 minutes, and I then hung up. (No one has even tried to call me back and it is now 12pm 1/28/2017. I had an inspection at this location about 6 months ago, and Irvin was just IMPOSSIBLE, (Rude statements while I was in the office, horrible body language towards his staff etc),even though I was not dealing with him directly. He is VERY unprofessional, and talks very rudely to his customers, and employees as I have witnessed in the past, as well as today. I just never took the time to write an actual review, as I do not like to leave any kind of negativity. Yet this has just gotten to the place where I was left no choice. I will not ever use any other Merchants due to this experience.
My girlfriend went to have her oil changed before taking a trip last month. While there she also asked to have her tires rotated. They came back and told her her brakes were assembled wrong and also her tires needed to be balanced. Her tires were fine and didnt need to be balanced since you dont even balance tires while on the car. They proceeded to tell her that brakes wouldnt pass inspection because they were on backwards and werent touching; which they did. They told her the cost to fix her brakes and balance her tires was over $240. Luckily she called me before going through with this. They prey on people who dont have much knowledge about vehicles.
They were awesome
Had a rough start and a great finish. My Volvo passed inspection, but the brakes were close to done (125,000 miles). They quoted me a price and said the parts were high quality. The price was much less than the Volvo dealer wanted so I said yes. Well they squeaked during the first use or two every time it rained or was humid. They did me right though. I brought it in and they upgraded the pads and the squeak is gone. Thanks for doing it without a fight.
Great shop for tire work, really knowledgeable and professional team that listens and does the right thing for you and the work you need.
Always had outstanding service, and good prices here at this shop, I do most of the repairs to my truck myself, but for everything else I bring my truck here!
I highly recommend this place. I felt the guys who work there were very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, I feel better now for my 530 mile trip home.
I was in a bind. I had a flat tire during a road trip, and it was close to closing time. The staff told me they could change the tire, and bent over backwards to help me out. I had a great experience with this location. Thank you.
Irving has been very helpful and knowledgeable every time I have gone. His detail to customer service is high above the dealers around. Will go back for roune maintenance.
They were awesome! Got me in that day and even gave me a discount! Would definitely recommend since they have new management.
Here I was changing a tire on my car. On the first time I drove on highway car start to shake past 60 miles per hour. I went back to Marchant tires and explain everything, men on the front desk said I have to wait for somebody so he can drive with me and see why its doing that (45 minutes wait) . When we came back he took car to the shop. After 10 minutes I was told that they did were poor job with balancing all 4 whiles, so wait another hour to get it done right. Waste a lot of my time.
Took the car in to have them fix a leaking oil pan gasket that the Hyundai dealership wouldnt fix because they said it was seeping. Merchants tell me the oil pan is cracked. I dont know where they got that from because I ended jacking the car up and putting a new rtv seal on myself. No leak since.
Excellent service with a fair price. Professipnalism with a hint of courtesy, thats the ingredients for customer quality. Thank you NTB.
Worst experience and techs that cant explain problems. Already verified with another shop that your tech was wrong. Youll be hearing from state trooper about your tech Alex. I hope you enjoy ripping people off
Great great service super friendly and gets the job done eugene is an awesome ntb representative
I requested a tire that was at the Chesapeake location. I was told on two occasions that they would have the tired transported to their store and when it came in they would call me. Six days later, I called back to inquire to hear that they dont transport tires from that location to their store. I have been driving around with poor tires waiting on this store to deliver tires that they assured me would be in stock within 3 days. I was given a sorry and have a good day. No accountability. Now I am stuck with finding tires and waiting for another location to receive them.
Went across the street to competition first and fellow told me there were 3 cars ahead of me. Stopped here before finishing a U Turn and Figgs took me immediately (all that was wrong was low inflated tire). Great service!
This is my second visit and the first one was for a tire balance on tires i purchased for my stock wheels on my 2010 Subaru Impreza WRX, They did outstanding work that time. I came back after i purchased a set of aftermarket wheels and had an alignment & wheel balance done, i explained to them i had purchased tires from Pep Boys and that i was getting vibrations at highway speeds, They service tech did outstanding work and test drove my car after the alignment first and then after the balance, it turns out the balance was off, that solved my issue. [I do not recall the service techs name]Also the lady behind the counter is more than helpful, she did an outstanding job on helping me out, big props to Janine Bly. :)
My service rep was Janine Bly, she was very helpful in getting the best deal on tires. very knowledgeable of her vehicles and has a wonderful and inviting personality.
Great place to get tires and mechanical work done. They where friendly and honest about the wait times.
Customer of more than 10 years. Great staff and explanation of work!
Eugene and his team provide great service at fair prices!
I would recommend them. Ive never had major work by them. I feel like Ive always had honest work from what Ive had.
DO NOT GO HERE! I took my car in to get four new tires put on that was quoted at 80 dollars. Now this is important, I drove it their with no problem other than one tire with low pressure. Dropping the car off at 9:15 am, I heard back at 4:30 from Irvine that I needed new brake pads and rotors and for just $840 he could do that. Well Im not an idiot so I said no thanks, Ill do that elsewhere. He told me it isnt SAFE to drive a car that way, and hes correct, its not safe. Thats why I had already lined up an appointment with Sullivans on 17th (who did the job for less than half!). So I went to pick up my unsafe car only to realize it was UNDRIVABLE because they snapped off three of the bolts attached to the rotors and just left them grinding around in the drum of the wheel as they parked my car. They were also kind enough to not even replace the lug nuts they snapped off. Oh and they didnt even inflate the tires all the way...Not sure if he was trying to make it so my car was stuck with them or not but jokes on you Irvine, I have AAA and had my car towed away from that awful place and over to a real mechanics shop who fixed all of your mistakes for 400 dollars. When I called Irvine and told him about the fact that I dropped off a drivable car and got an UNDRIVABLE one back is unacceptable, he blamed me. This shop should be avoided at all costs, which are way too high anyway. Oh, and Ill leave you with a little advice Merchants. 1.) You take the tire valve cap off 2.) Place it in a safe place 3.) Attach the head of your compressor firmly on to the valve stem 4.) By opening the drivers side door, locating and reading the provided tire pressure guide you can see when to stop. 5.) If that fails, look at the tire pressure light on the tacs...If its a bright yellow exclamation point, go back to step one and try again.
Went in for a state inspection. They failed me bc of one light bulb was out and they said the head lights did not line up right. The wanted to charge me $56.50 to change one light bulb and $ 56,50 to adjust the lights. UN FREAKN BELIEVABLE!! I said no way! Ill have my mechanic do the work. I took it to my guy and he changed the light bulb. He said their was no problem with the head light alignment, he even showed me that they where correct. I went back to get a re inspection,. I was the first one in there at 7.30am. They open at 7.30 but starts working at 8am they said. He looked at my paper and asked so you fixed the headlights???? Why would you even ask that?At 8.20 they still had not even pulled my car around. 9 am the guy that failed me the first time came out and said he would fail me again, the lights did not line up. I asked what number on the scale they where off? He said we dont go after a scale. I said my mechanic said they good. He said, is he a state inspector ? No. Oh well then... I said just fix it Im done with this.I hurd them cussing in the bay area and acted really rude. I guess bc they didnt get my $56.50 for one tiny light bulb. After almost 3 hour he checked me out. You know when you are being taken advantage off and when people try to get you by just let you sit there and they are on the other side off the glass laughing at you. Good for me there are so many other places to go to.
This place help me out in a difficult situation. Josh is great.
They charge alot. Stay awayyyy... they wanted to charge me $170 to change the supports of my cars hood. I took it to another shop got it fixed for 50 bucks with parts.
Took my car to merchants today and had a wonderful experience
Could simply care less how long you wait.
Called to get my car serviced on a friday, I needed a 30000 mile service and the guy I spoke to sounded like he had everything under control and scheduled me to come in on the monday. So I get there on the monday and they did not have any record of my appointment. They still did the service but when I went to pick up the car the engine service light (or message) was still lit. I checked what they did and it only stated an oil change an tire change. So I confronted them about it and they said they did not know how to clear it and that it is very hard. after confronting them saying that all it takes is a diagnostic tool to clear the code they said why dont you do it yourself then? and that I was supposed to tell them what needed to be done for the 30000 mile service. So, in sort they missed doing what they were supposed to do for the service and the job was porly done with a unprofessional attitude. now I have to go to Volvo to get it sorted properly.
They charged for stuff that wasnt done charged my wife for a tire rotation that wasnt asked for and wasnt even done. have never went back and dont ever plan on going back
Took car there for a state inspection, they told my wife the headlight wasnt shinning right and that the entire light in the front needed changed cause it was broke, was going to cost around $400 to fix. So I go in the with my buddy and he asked them if that actually looked to see if the light was set in properly and if they tried to adjust it and they said no....the machine said it was bad. I didnt pay them to fix it and we took the car back home he popped the hood open dug into it and found the light had fallen out of the socket. Two seconds later boom fixed! Too it right back so they could pass it and of course they couldnt do it that day and had to wait another day,They didnt even try and see what was actually wrong! THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE! HORRIBLE MECHANICs! Have no idea what they are talking about save your car and money and DONT go here!!!!!
Very unreasonable when it comes to pricing work. Better off going anywhere else.
Called for a quote on buy 2 get 2 free tire sale, and told $265. Bill came to $675 with a 3-year alignment value package and they broke my tire pressure sensor (light stays on now). After complaining to corporate office, they said it should have cost $577 due to 1-year package requirement. No thanks. Next time: Sams Club.
Overpriced work. One worker while the manager sits and does nothing so service is slow....lady at front desk is very moody.
Friendly helpful staff!!
Extremely unprofessional staff. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am appalled at the way these people treat their customers. Ive been going there for years and I will never go again.
Great people and always great service
They will do everything to racks up the bill. Not very friendly either.
Fast Service Thats Reliable
Very friendly great service
Amazing great customer service fair and friendly
Usually go here for standard service and inspections. Havent had any problems this far. Make sure youve got a ride or some way to drop your car off. Turn around time isnt quick
They changed the oil in my car now its leaking
Great service,nice people
Place is a total fraud
Worst scam artest around
Service took longer than expected and was told
Great staff
Staff is rude. Labor rates are outrageous. Then there are all the fees......shop fee, disposal fee, environmental fee, diagnostic fee, owners Lexus fee, etc etc etc. Its close to home, but I wont mind going a little farther for better treatment.
