Driver was didnt take too long to get there! No worries the whole way, quickly and safely got my car on the truck and towed to repair shop without and issues.

Ben is my hero! My AWD car that wouldn’t shift into neutral needed to be towed out of my apartment building parking garage with low clearance and tight corners. Several other towing companies told me they couldn’t do it, didn’t have the right equipment, etc. I was starting to feel hopeless. Then Ben showed up and made it happen. He went straight to work and used his patience and creativity to negotiate all the obstacles to get my car out. He was also very professional. Not sure what I would have done without him.

My granddaughter needed a tow to Benicia from Vallejo. The guy that towed the car was very helpful and arrived quickly and the woman we talked to on the phone was very helpful with getting us a discount and answering all our questions.

This place could use better people answering the phone. Called and they were super short and acted like I was interrupting them. Lead me to believe that my tow had been booked, after waiting forever and called back and they said it had not been booked and put words in my mouth saying that I had said I was going to call back. Obviously they dont listen. Save yourself a headache and call someone else.

I have call to ask how much from one point to another and its about 1 1/2hours away from the shop I needed to be. But they had told me about 3hours top or 4 maximum and when towing came he was from a city that was 1 hour away from the point I was. So I was charge that hour and then the hour 1 1/2 to the shop and plus the 2 more hours for him to get from where he was. Thats ridiculous and I call them because they were close to where I was and they send me someone from some other city. Make sure you do understand what they are charging you for. So I end up paying 6hours total over 1,000.00 for a box truck. In that case I should of just stick with someone from where I needed the truck to be. Just unfair and very expensive! The reason I call them because they were close to where I was.

DON’T USE THIS TOW SERVICE!!! Dude towed my car to the wrong shop—left it in a collision repair yard next to the service yard for which I had given him the name and address. I was unable to go with the tow truck and felt nervous so I drove by later to discover the mistake. When I called the dispatcher he refused to have anyone go move the car and suggested I have the service shop people push the car to their yard in the morning. I explained to him the service shop wouldn’t be open and I was worried the car would be towed to impound. He refused to do anything to make it right. I am disputing the charges but getting my money back won’t make up for the hassle and nonsense these guys caused!

Jimmy was fantastic. Quick and efficient. Got in and replaced my battery within 20 minutes, despite the complexities involved with Mercedes Benz battery compartment. Overall nice guy that knows what hes doing. Definitely would book him again for battery replacement.

I received a flat tire on my way home from work and these guys were able to help me immensely. Called and gave my information and received a call back within minutes. The technician was already in the area and ready to help immediately. Was able to replace the tire and send me on my way in less than half an hour. Will definitely use this service again in the future if the need arises.

Incredibly rude dispatch. I called to find out how much they charge for lock out service. I explained that I didnt need the service today but would need it next weekend when the vehicle would be delivered. She advised me to call back the day before the vehicle was to be delivered explaining that the price might be different. I explained that all I wanted was an idea of how much it would cost since the seller was going to pay for the service. She promptly said, Im sorry sir. Then immediately hung up on me.When I called back she was unapologetic and gave me a quote that was incredibly outside of a normal price range.I have no idea how this place has such a high rating.

I don’t write reviews but the great service I had I have to. The other day I needed jump so I called Bright Start Towing and a girl answered. I think her name was Tina. She told me that she was going to send a truck right away and I was very skeptical because I’ve called for a tow truck before and waited 2 hours. But she assured me it was going to be quick so I sat and waited. My tow truck showed up within 30 minutes. I am so grateful. Thank you for all your help Tina. I will be using you guys again.

First off. i dont even rate nothing because thats a waste of time, so you know alex did that GOOD of a job. yes we had some miscommunication (they thought my tow was 11 pm rather 11 am), but despite all that he came swiftly and treated me with great service. came immediately. he gave me some great tips on the car and the who company gave me the best prices reasonable around the vallejo area. i fr do NOT rate services let alone give out a full rating. they did great. i definitely will depend on them later. they were willing to go a ways and a little more. mans took 10$ off my bill to even eat 😭 if thats not the best civil service? idk what is.

Called at 630 am. The company was 3 miles away, which is why I called them. At 8am I had to call to see where my tow was. They said it would be another 30 to 40 minutes. Called another company the same distance away and they were here in 10 minues.

The customer service is great. Very nice guy who was informative And actually Took The Time to teach me some Stuff about my toyota Prius. He was punctual and fair about the code.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited two hours for a tow truck to show up while stranded on the side of the freeway, and they couldn’t find me. Don’t provide a service if you don’t know the area. Then they had the nerve to charge $50 on my credit card.

I waited 2.5 hrs after being told it would be an hour wait. They took credit card # to hold service. So as Im sitting there on the side of the road, I see other tow companies driving by, and Im stuck. When the tech arrived, he came up with a lousy attitude and told me it would cost $250 to pick up and $25 / mile. I only had to tow about 5 blocks. No Thanks. I was very disappointed by the whole experience. I called another tow company and they were honest about the time frame, and charged less than half the cost this rip off company tried to charge.

I was less than 1 mile away from where I needed to be towed and it cost $145. Driver was a little rude to me when I told the address (said he knew where to go) and he missed it. Said I was suppose to tell him where to go. Only thing I did appreciate was I didn’t have the full amount and they were able to drop it a few dollars so that I could pay.
