You could put them up against any top notch hair salons and they would all come out sunshine them all.Jen, Kayla, Shannon, and Lydia - I have been coming to you for over a decade plus. Seeing the same smile, warm greeting and a wonderful style is what makes you all stand out above the crowd. To know I can call at the last minute-(which you know how I am) and know I can get a great style from each one of you - speaks volumes.Customer love to see the same stylist- be greeted by name without having to look it up, ask how you are doing….speaks volumes of each one of you. I hope the owner realizes that without this talent the business would shut down- as so many places during this time is. 5 stars x2! Shannon did my hair and I am very happy with it! This was my first time going here and I definitely will be coming back. I got 7 inches cut off and my hair looks and feels amazing. Everyone here is so nice and friendly! Plus the haircuts are very reasonably priced. My dad also has gone here for haircuts and has also been very happy with the service and quality of the haircuts! I would highly recommend Shannon and all of the people at cost cutters.

My granddaughter and I both got cuts today and we were treated wonderfully! We are both happy with our new looks and plan to return in the future. 🙂

This place is great!! Friendly staff, but Holly is a miracle worker. I have never been to get professional hair color, but my home highlights the last time weren’t quite good enough for my California vacation in October so I was in a panic to get it fixed. No body else could take me that day. I called Cost Cutters and she said yes. I had years of old coloring and she was really a wonderful woman. I just went again 1 week ago. No more home color for me!!

I had the best hair cut from hair stylist, Sandra. The quality of time that Sandra put into my hair to make sure it was exactly what I desired, was the best experience I have ever had! My hair looks better than it has in more than ten years!

Not a lot of experience cutting men’s hair and it shows. Went because everywhere else in town was booked and I figured I’d give this place a chance. Next time I’ll just let my hair grow one more day.

I had my hair done. They left hair dye in my hair and dye on my skin. The hairstylist was impersonable and couldnt do anything without help. Worst service I ever had here

Great service, wonderful staff

Started with 1 star because of the TERRIBLE job they did on my hair. I asked for layers and shorter angled bangs. The bangs were not even close to angled and they were so short that I couldn’t fix them. The layers were steps in my hair. I don’t know who taught them to cut layers but I can and have done a better job on my OWN layers than they did. Changed to 2 stars because their customer service isn’t bad. A lady mixed up her appointment time and they adjusted their schedule to fit her in. So if you value customer service and don’t care if your hair looks like poop, this is the place for you.

Cost Cutters is the only place I go for my hair needs. When they ask me what I am looking for, I tell them that they are the professionals who went to school for this, tell me what my face shape is telling you. Sometimes I get really happy reactions and sometimes if my hair is really long I get scared reactions. Are you sure? Now I went to college for occupational therapy and I wouldnt let a beautician tell me how to do my job so why should I tell a beautician how to do hers. They always tell me what they are going to do and I say, If that is your professional opinion, great. It always turns out great. Some people think Cost Cutters is not a professional place to go to have your hair cut but you can schedule your appointment with the same beautician just like anywhere else.

I have been going here for years and I just love them, I have never had a problem with their services and I have always gotten great haircuts here! Would highly recommend!

I made an appointment for 7 o clock and instead of checking their schedule, they ended up booking everyone at the same time(kept taking people ahead of us) and we wouldve had to wait an extra half hour to get a simple haircut..Not only did they make us wait but they were rude when dealing with customers so we went some where else instead.

Can never get a good hair cut that I want... like their not educated enough to do what I want! And believe me I went there more than once with all different hair cutters! And even when I was getting my hair colored they did not do what I wanted done and I even showed a picture and it looked way different from it! I’m not going back there again! I gave them way to many chances and I’m done wasting my money on what I don’t want!!! Very disappointed!!!

You think you can go anywhere and get a clipper cut without( he or she) messing it up.This was the worst ever, she paid more attention with her surroundings than my haircut. Im all about second chances, but not with her. Its a clipper cut REALLY!!!!!!

Great service

Hit or miss depending on seniority of haircutter. Got full buzz because of last mess up. Went again with a different cutter and just as bad. If you go only ask for the manager to cut. They used to run a tight ship but when you need to tell them absolutely every thing that needs to get cut (mens haircut) you get nervous and it still looked awful.

Haircut was crooked and uneven, very disappointing, especially for $16. Ill be taking my business to Great Clips from now on, better haircuts for less.
